For the life of me I do not know why Calendly does not display the following month’s availability during week breaks. We are noticing a drop off at the end of the month as we approach the last days of the month because it “looks” like we only have a handful of days available. People are NOT scrolling to the next month.

For example, this month ends on a Wednesday. The way Calendly views makes it look like we have no availability Thursday through Saturday (May dates.) And not for nothing, some folks simply don’t know the date, I know I’ve done it. If I go to book a meeting and I get “No times left in April” it seems like we’re inflexible, when really we have THREE WEEKS of open ended availability starting TOMORROW. Is there a setting somewhere that we can show the first few dates of the following month?

Hi @The17544 - Appreciate you reaching out and leaving this feedback.

At this time there is not a way to show multiple months in one view, users would need to scroll to the next month manually in order to see those days.

However, I do think you’ve made a great point and how this would cause confusion, I’ve passed your feedback along to our product team for them to review. I think this is something that would be a great benefit to our users.

Let me know if you have any questions - Hopefully we see something like this soon!

I don’t think I’m the first person to bring this up and it would be such a simple fix on your end. We’ve only been with Calendly for three months and we notice a legit drop in intake meetings in the last 5-6 days on the month when this has NEVER been a pattern in the past. (We have been in business for 20 years.) It’s actually costing us money. (There is no reason for such a drop off.)

I’m considering NOT using Calendly or having an alternate flow on our website to bypass Calendly meetings at the end of the month and that’s ridiculous. 😞 It’s so much busy work “just in case.”

Or if your alert said: “No Available Times in April, next available meeting is in 20 hours.” or something. That will only help for the final few hours of the month, and does nothing for the last week of the month when it visually looks like we only have a handful of days available for meetings. Visually, if we are available for meetings the first few days of the following month, that should be apparent during the current month. Calendly is such a visually bold calendar, that not providing this basic function is costing your clients.
