Part of our 51 year old business is a service departnment for the hot tubs and pool heaters we sell.  I’m implementing an AI answering service that will be troubleshooting before transferring to calendly to set up a service call.  We don’t know how much the service call will be until we go to the customers house but because this is outdoor work and we usually are at the customers house, when they’re not home, before we go we need an authorization to utitilize a credit card to charge at the time of the service call.  An authorization is best for our logistics.  I’ve been in touch with PayFlowPro(PayPal) and they said calendly dictates what type of charge we can create.  Auth Only is preferred in our situtation.  If we can’t, I’m going to have to hold off on this platform, so I thought I would chime in here and see what’s possible.  Being in business as long as we have we have aided in hot tub, swimming pool & furniture design and marketing, I figured maybe we could make calendly what we need.  This is the only thing holding me back from getting this done.  Thank you for your help on this matter.
