Can you check to see if you have an Access tab on your admin page? Alternatively you can select the link here: https://calendly.com/app/admin/notetaker/access

You should be able to change if notetaker is enabled or not from there.

Acordingh to yir AI thsi is just a permiussion setting - you haved told me incorrect info

I would suggest reaching out to the support team if you haven’t already. If you chat in, they’ll be able to stsart a screenshare to see whats going on. :)

Hi ​@David enabling that options does nothing - just allcoates permissions - as per their help file - Notetaker is not appearing as available to join meetings.

I don’t think its available in Austraia yet thus why I can’t see it anywhere.

Anyone else in OZ have access to Noetetaker?
