Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Calendly setup. When I share a one-time link for scheduling, it shows some unavailable times as available for booking. However, when I use my regular link, the availability is accurate.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? What could be causing the discrepancy between the one-time link and the regular link? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

I can’t say I’ve run into this before - Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? If you use the troubleshooting button, does it show you any error codes? (You can read more about this here: How to troubleshoot unavailable times that should be available)


Additionally, if you create another link does the same behavior occur?
