Why can I not get into calendly support?

I have tried different browser, going onto my phone with my data and not on the Wifi and I cannot access the support chat. I urgently need help with a billing issue. How can it be so impossible to just get hold of an actual human being????

However, if you’re running into some billing issues, you can also email billing@calendly.com - They’ll be able to assist from there!

Hi David-

I too am having the same issues of accessing “chat”

I click on it and it does nothing.

 

Issue is Google Calendar is connected to Calendly- yet the appointments will not book- it

Based on the message we’re seeing here ​@Paul23456 - I would try disconnecting and reconnecting that calendar from your connections page here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings
