Why can't iphone users view the event notes tab in the mobile app?

Hello,

I recently created a round robin team event, and iphone users can’t see the internal notes we add to events in the Calendly mobile app; they can’t even see the notes tab. On my Android phone it works fine. Are there any workarounds? We’ve tried reinstalling the app, checked for updates, and forced close and reopen. Nothing worked.

Just confirming before I dig into this, is this only happening in the Mobile App? If you login through a computer are you able to see those meeting notes on the meeting page? https://calendly.com/app/meetings/user/me

Yes, all users can view the notes on a computer, and Android users can view the notes on the mobile app. iPhone users can’t view the notes on the mobile app (or even see that tab).

Got it - Thanks for clarifying!

I had to double check on my end, unfortunately the Notes tab is not available on IOS just yet, but it is available for Android and Web-based versions.

I’m looking to see if we can get a timeline for when it would be released, if I hear any updates - I’ll let you know!
