Question

Why I am being included in all appointments scheduled for one of my team members?

I work in a university office and my academic advising staff and I all have a round robin calendar for scheduling individual appointments with students, integrated with Outlook and Zoom. It seems to be working well overall, but for only one member of the team, every time she is set  up with an appointment it also shows up on my Outlook calendar (as a meeting between the student, the advisor, and me!) What the heck is going on, and what do I have to reconfigure to stop it?

Hi @DougUCSDJMC!

It sounds like you may have been set as a required host instead of an optional host from the round robin pool. This article should help you get it setup correctly: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/17861547344663-How-to-schedule-with-multiple-groups-of-hosts

We aren’t pulling from multiple groups of hosts, so this isn’t exactly the kind of event in the help file, but thank you for the reference!
