When I enter the link and open Calendly to book in a student for a call- it prepopulates with my work email rather than being blank. I am not sure why or where to look to fix this.

This can be due to Calendly’s and your browsers Autofill settings. You can disable it for both by following the instructions below!
To disable it for your browser, you can follow the steps here: https://www.beaufortcountysc.gov/apps/disable-autofill.html
To disable the autofill setting in Calendly, you can do this by going to the event settings > More Options > Invitee Form:
