Looking for a solution where if an invitee answers “No” to one of our questions, a follow up email or message is sent clarifying. I’m not finding that type of if/then workflow or option. Any ideas or solutions are welcome!

While we don’t have any conditional workflow triggers now, I’ve gone ahead and forwarded your feedback on to our product team, hopefully this is something we’ll see in the future!
In the meantime, you can use an integration like Zapier to setup more personalized, conditional emails based on the response invitees leave in the booking form. You can read more on setting up this integration here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/235289507-Calendly-Zapier
