The workflows are not to be trusted.
- Set up no-show workflow - the system emailed every old no show in the past. I’m new to this so luckily it was only 2 prospects and myself (the tester). Emails should not go out to past meetings.
- Links “Reschedule here” are broken.
- Paragraphs are spaced way to far apart.
- SMS text messages have no reply. If a client receives a text reminder, then assumes he/she can reply to you directly, they’re wrong. You will never see that message. No good.
