The workflows are not to be trusted.

  1. Set up no-show workflow - the system emailed every old no show in the past. I’m new to this so luckily it was only 2 prospects and myself (the tester).  Emails should not go out to past meetings.
  2. Links “Reschedule here” are broken.  
  3. Paragraphs are spaced way to far apart.
  4. SMS text messages have no reply.  If a client receives a text reminder, then assumes he/she can reply to you directly, they’re wrong.  You will never see that message.  No good.

Firstly, yes that is correct. SMS Text messages do not have a reply function at this time, so any texts from the invitee will not come through.

However, for your other issues, it definitely seems like there are some issues here! I’d recommend working with our support team to investigate this further. They’ll be able to look through your account with you to see if they can get some of those issues resolved! You can either chat in with them directly, or email them at support@calendly.com
