Wrongful Automated cancellation

Sometimes my invitees get meeting cancellation mails without me or anyone from my side initiating the cancellation. This happens on the day of the scheduled meeting. Why does it happen? How can it be stopped?

For Calendly events unexpectedly canceled, this usually happens because of the "Sync Cancellations" feature with Google Calendar or Microsoft 365/Outlook calendar integrations.

One way we recommend preventing this is by disabling the  "Automatically sync changes from this calendar to Calendly" option in your Calendar Settings here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings


Once you disable this, I would monitor for a couple days to see if the same issue occurs.
