Wrongful Automated cancellation

For Calendly events unexpectedly canceled, this usually happens because of the "Sync Cancellations" feature with Google Calendar or Microsoft 365/Outlook calendar integrations.

One way we recommend preventing this is by disabling the  "Automatically sync changes from this calendar to Calendly" option in your Calendar Settings here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings

Once you disable this, I would monitor for a couple days to see if the same issue occurs.

The option you suggested is already disabled :-(

It beats me how are these cancellation mails automatically generated and sent with neither the initiator nor the recipient doing anything to the already accepted invite. 

Hm, in this case I would suggest two things.

1. I would disconnect then reconnect your calendar from Calendly, then test to see if this issue happens again.
2. If it does, I would reach out to our support team so they can do a deep dive on whats going on / The source of these cancellations. (You can reach out via chat or by emailing support@calendly.com.)
