I am facing a recurring issue with the Zoom and Calendly integration. We use Calendly to allow clients and prospects to book sessions Zoom links are not being generated as expected. Literally no one can use the Zoom link. These are all people from different walks of life - so it must be a Calendly issue not a Zoom issue.
Despite reintegrating Zoom with Calendly, the problem persists. As a result, I’m having to manually send Zoom links, which not only disrupts our internal data tracking but also significantly impacts the client experience.
This issue has been ongoing for some time, and although we’ve reported it before, no resolution has been provided. It’s becoming increasingly frustrating and is affecting our operations. I have seen posts about this but nothing that resolves it.
