Our team has our Zoom accounts linked to Calendly as a scheduling format option. The problem we are each encountering is that if a Calendly meeting gets canceled through Calendly, Calendly doesn’t automatically delete the Zoom call that was attached to that meeting. The Zoom call still shows up in our Zoom accounts. So when we log into Zoom, the Zoom calendar lists an upcoming Zoom call that is no longer happening, and we get reminders to connect to the Zoom.

I saw a post in the community from four months ago stating that this issue had been resolved, but we’re still experiencing the issue. Can it be fixed so that the associated Zoom calls get automatically canceled if the Calendly event is canceled?

Thank you!

Hi @Katie Harden, thanks for reaching out!

Have you or anyone on your team tried disconnecting and reconnecting the integration first? A couple of users I’ve worked with have tried that and its solved the issue for them.

If the issue persists after doing this, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team next via chat or by emailing support@calendly.com. They’ll be able to dig a bit deeper into it.

Let me know if you have any questions!
