I have had numerous clients schedule sessions in my calendly diary and when I use the zoom link it says waiting for host to open the session.   They are also not able to access it.  What causes this problem and how do I fix it please?

I’ve seen this happen a few times before. The first thing I would check is what Zoom account is connected to your Calendly (https://calendly.com/integrations/zoom/edit), then, I would make sure you are signed into Zoom at the time you’re joining the meeting.

When this has happened, its usually because the incorrect Zoom account is connected, or the user is signed into the wrong account when joining the meeting.
