At a baseline, you want it to be easy for people to schedule with you. It’s why you use Calendly! But did you know invitees often need a choice of location options? Consider:

💡  A prospect’s company only allows Microsoft Teams for video conferencing.

💡  A customer lives outside the city, and doesn’t want to commute to your office.

💡  A candidate is out of town and needs to do a virtual vs. an in-person interview.

💡  A student wants to do their tutoring session in the library close to their dorm.

💡  A client likes to chat face to face, and prefers meeting at a local coffee shop.

How do you accommodate these needs? In all of these cases, only offering a single location could be the difference between someone booking with you or not.

Good news: You can now add multiple location options to One-on-One and Collective Event Types! Start meetings off right by giving people a choice of meeting locations so they can pick the place that’s convenient and comfortable for them. Common options include offering: Zoom OR Teams, a virtual call OR meeting in your office…the list goes on! You can also add location options to Round Robin Events with at least one always-attending co-host.

Offering multiple locations helps you:

  • Improve the meeting experience: Show you care by giving customers a choice of locations.
  • Reduce no-shows and late arrivals: People arrive on time when they choose the meeting spot.
  • Simplify your meeting types: You only need to send someone one link to provide location options.

Does this give me the ability to be able to set in office appointments between 9am-4pm and online only/phone appointments between 5-9pm.

We are struggling to find a solution here as we want to offer after hours appointments but we also want to keep our staff safe.

Hi @DanielleColtman - Location offerings based on time is not a feature at this time - Something like this would require two different events, an event for in-person and then another event for online/phone appointments that occur at those times. Then, you can share the landing page link so that your clients can choose what works for them: Sharing your landing page link
