I am not able to locate the time increments on my booking page. I have pro so I’m not sure if that is set up differently.

15 min appts are only allowing 30 min booking times on the booking page.

Hi
The time increments for you event are in the Event Type editor under Booking Page Options. There you will see a drop down menu with meeting start time increments. I’m leaving a couple resources that describes this in more detail.
