I can not set one on one meetings anymore with my Essentials plan. What is going on?
The error message says, that I should change my prize plan and add another host.
I don’t understand.
Thank for your quick help.

Hi
Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you try creating a one-on-one event?
I can dig a bit deeper from there!
I see an error code at the bottom of the screen - Have you added yourself as the host on the left hand side? There should be a section there to add yourself.
Let me know if that works!
Thanks David
On the left hand side - just before I click on Next and so just before the error message becomes visible - I see this (see picture). I tried to do sth, but the message suggests that I am already the host, and there is no link to whatsoever other place.
Got it - Also to be clear, you are creating a one-off event here.
If instead you wanted to create a one-on-one event to send to clients, you would select this option here:
For the One-Off event, would you be able to create a video of the error happening? I can take it to my team so we can attempt to recreate the steps. Thanks!!
I seems to be only a picture. Can’t upload the QT file :-(
Thanks for sending this over! I removed the post for the time being since it includes some PII - But I have it saved on my end.
Just to confirm, does this happen if you try this through an incognito window? Does it also happen through a different web browser?
Let me know!
Thanks David. Appreciated. Apparently I have sent over private information.
I do not understand the next point. What is an incognito window.
It does not work neither on Firefox nor on Chrome.
Thanks for your help.
Calendly is a key tool for me, I very often use the one off individual invitation.
BR, Willi
Hi Willi - You can open an incognito window in chrome by following the steps here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
In Incognito, none of your browsing history, cookies and site data, or information entered in forms are saved on your device. Sometimes, stored cache and cookies can cause errors like this, so using an incognito window helps us test this.
Let me know!
I tried it on Firefox. So that incognito - private - window. Same problem.
Got it - Thanks for checking all of this!
I’ll get back with my team and see if we can track down the issue. I’ll let you know once I have any updates.
Thanks David. Good night
Hi
Our Product team has confirmed this error affecting one-off meeting creation, where solo account users may see a “Select at least one host” even when there’s only one host on the account. While we don’t yet have a timeline for a fix, we’ve linked your ticket in our tracking system and will keep you updated as soon as more information becomes available.
In the meantime, I’ve found that this temporary workaround can help:
Go to your Availability settings
Locate your Holiday settings section (https://calendly.com/app/availability/holidays)
Change the setting from “Other” to any other option (e.g., “United States”), then switch it back to “Other”
This refresh seems to correct the error in most cases, and should allow you to continue using one-off meetings while we work toward a permanent fix.
Let me know if you have any questions!
