Hi, everyone.

It looks like someone tried to ask this question last March ➡️

That thread is now closed and marked as supposedly “Solved,” but I saw no response other than an assurance that the moderator would check on it. And that’s it. I’ve encountered the same problem and see no solution at all. Nor can I read any of the 400+ replies that supposedly accompanied that thread. Am I missing something obvious?

Short version for those who don’t want to click the link: the routing form gives the “+” symbol but not the “1” to make it “+1.” As a result, any American customer who starts to type in their phone number without beginning with a “1” ends up creating a phone number for a foreign country … with a missing digit.

Hi @Thomas_Alongi - Thanks for reaching out!

I’ve reached out to our team to see if I can get an update on where this is at, this wasn’t something that we could reproduce until now. I’ll let you know once I have an update!

The 400 replies you see on that post are actually that users total number of replies, not replies to the post itself. It looks like there was only one reply to that post from my end.

I’ll let you know once I hear anything.

Hi @Thomas_Alongi - Just wanted to follow up and mention our product team is looking into the issue. Once I have a timeline I’ll let you know.

Thank you!
