We have synchronized our various wedding planner sales calendars, which now show overlapping available times. For instance, we are both available daily from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. However, once one of us is booked, the system fails to display the availability for the other planner to schedule a call with a different client for the same date and time, until that time slot is fully booked. This issue persists even for future dates where our calendars are otherwise clear.
