Integrated calendar not allowing multiple bookings on same time slot

We have synchronized our various wedding planner sales calendars, which now show overlapping available times. For instance, we are both available daily from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. However, once one of us is booked, the system fails to display the availability for the other planner to schedule a call with a different client for the same date and time, until that time slot is fully booked. This issue persists even for future dates where our calendars are otherwise clear.

The first thing I would check when you experience this kind of issue is to check your calendar syncs in your account. You should be checking for conflicts on all the calendars of your team and not just your calendar. I’m leaving some resources about setting up meetings for teams.
