Our problem currently is whenever a customer reschedules a meeting, it creates a new meeting without deleting the old meeting. Is there a way to prevent this, or is this a limitation please?
NB the thread started to discuss moreso the issue with the meeting defaulting to teams.

It definitely seems unexpected. If I recall, something similar happened with Zoom a while back. In this case, can you take a screenshot of the following:
Once you have this, if you can send it over to our support team by chatting in, or by emailing support@calendly.com, they can dig a bit deeper into what might be going on!
