Multiple Room Booking Function

Can anyone please advise how to set the following up?

I have 4 gym pods that i want anyone with the booking link to be able to book from a calendar, only 1 booking in the room at any one time. So they can’t double book a gym pod but the other 3 rooms are still available to be booked

The can book a 60 minute slot between 06:00 and 20:00 in 15 minute increments

 

I don’t want it on my personal gmail calendar too so i would see if i can connect it to a different one.

 

Can a password be set on the calendar access too?

Yes this can be setup using Calendly for sure! The main feature you’ll want to use is our Overlapping Meetings Feature. You can read a walkthrough on how to use this here: Overlapping Meetings

Essentially, you’ll create an event for each gym pod and set each one to be able to overlap one another. So all four can be booked at the same time, but still prevent double bookings.

If you’d like to connect a different calendar, you can do this from your Calendar Settings page here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/calendar_settings
Keep in mind, you won’t be able to set events to be added to specific calendars. All events under your account will be added to the ‘Add to’ calendar. So if you don’t want this added to your personal calendar, you’d either need to change it so all events are added to a work calendar, or create a separate Calendly account for these events.

 

There isn’t a way to set a password on Calendly links currently. You’d need to use a separate utility to create password protected links.
