Hi,I’ve found that Calendly, when embedded on a website, is showing the “click to accept marketing cookies and enable this content” message.Setting “ hide_gdpr_banner=1” makes no difference.By displaying this modal message, you are forcing users to consent, before making a booking. Forced consent and linking consent with other matters both invalidate consent under GDPR, therefore you do not have a lawful basis for marketing cookies. All your tracking data is unlawful.This is a particular deal breaker for me because you’re preventing customers from booking, just so you can gather marketing data about my website.Please fix it quickly.Keith

As the title suggests, we’re trying to redirect after booking is complete but it fails with the following error:Redirect issue: Unsafe attempt to initiate navigation for frame [URL] The frame attempting navigation of the top-level window is sandboxed with the 'allow-top-navigation-by-user-activation' flag, but has no user activation (aka gesture)We’re just using a standard Calendly embed, and it all appears to work apart from the redirect at the end.When I test using a simple HTML page, everything is fine. event_type_available_times fails if start_time is in the past

The event_type_available_times endpoint fails if start_time is in the past. In fact if fails with an opaque 400 error:`The supplied parameters are invalid`It took me an hour to debug this non-obvious behavior.Can you please document this behavior in the api docs, return a meaningful error message in the api response, or preferably both?Thanks!

Appointments from calendly are not adhering to my default outlook reminder notice

This is not for the email reminders or workflows, I see this right up front because everything I can find is talking about that.When Calendly creates an invite to a meeting and places it on my calendar, that invite does not follow the default 15 reminder notification setting I have set up in Outlook to give me or the invitee a 15 minute notification. The below should have 15 minutes selected. This example was created using my Event Name: 15 Minute Meeting and the invitee chose Zoom as the option if that is useful information. I do see the same behavior from the other event types as well, but I can not find what setting to adjust to correct this. For context, whenever I manually add an appt in Outlook it automatically popualtes this field and I have confirmed the default is set to 15 minutes Thank you!!

Solution need for multiple calendars and multiple zoom links

Hello, here is my problem:I have a team of 8 people who all have their own personal Calendly and Zoom account.We need to create one Calendly link to share with clients. The client clicks on the link and goes to the calendar page with day and times available. The availability should show all times available within the 8 team member’s calendar.When the client chooses a day and time (or person if that’s an option) it will coincide with that user’s (1 of the 8 people) Zoom account. Confirmations, reminders, etc. will go to client and the team member whose time was chosen for the meeting. Is this possible to achieve?

Help Needed Calendly Integration Issue with My Website

Hi everyone new here,I’ve been using Calendly for a while now to manage my appointments, and it’s been a lifesaver! However, I recently ran into an issue while integrating it with my website, https://kopfoderzahl.org/.Here’s what’s happening:Whenever I embed the Calendly scheduler on my website using the inline embed code, the widget doesn’t display properly on mobile devices. It shows up fine on desktop, but on mobile, it either loads partially or overlaps with other elements on the page, making it hard for users to book appointments.I’ve tried adjusting the iframe height and width in the embed code and even added some responsive CSS rules, but the problem persists. Set Repeat/Recurring Appointments

I see others have previously inquired about this and I’d like to drive home the feedback and ask that it is pushed with priority to your dev teams/product teams.I have found Calendly to be nearly perfect in every respect save this one. All of my meetings are weekly, and each week I need to remember to go in and REBOOK all of them for the following week.Several user notes here:I want to be able to, from the booking screen where I type in the users name/email, set the meeting to Repeat → Weekly and set the date until which this weekly appt goes (with one of the options to be indefinitely). In the meantime while this feature is ironed out, I would appreciate the option to ONLY send the Reminder email 24-hours in advance - not a ‘confirmation of booking’ email. This way, my patients don’t know exactly when I rescheduled them in for the next week, only that we have a set weekly appointment that they will receive a reminder for every week at the same time. I have connected calendly with an outlook.com account.Appointments made in calendly can be seen in Outlook calender, they also can the be canceled via Outlook.If I make a new appointment in Outlook, I can’t see it in calendly.Is this normal or what must be done?

Difference in Host email and recipient email - host can't add to calendar

Why is there a difference between the email a recipient (the client that initiated a meeting) and the host?The host email does not contain anything, not even a .cal file that is needed to add or have automatically add events to a calendar. However, the email sent to the recipient does and that email can be automatically added to the calendar.For email services like Protonmail that I use, this is extremely important since Calendly does not integrate with them at all. I tested this by making myself the person initiating the meeting and that email in proton auto add’. But again, not the host email. This needs to be changed so that those using other email services can at least have some sort of Calendar integration.

When rescheduling a meeting, not receiving any webhook data for new appointment times

I am working with the calendly webhooks, and I am successfully able to use invitee.created and invitee.cancelled. But what about when a user reschedules a meeting? I don’t see any event types for rescheduling, and when a meeting is rescheduled, it’s giving me a cancellation event, with a rescheduled: true in the event body, but it doesn’t seem to be sending me the new rescheduled date/times. Am I missing something here? The documentation for calendly doesn’t show a rescheduled webhook. Wondering how to go about this :-)Thanks!
