Hiding all open time slots except confirmation time in the confirmation email to invitee

Hi ,I noticed that in the confirmation email sent to the customer after booking the appointment, all available time-slots are shown including the booked (confirmed) one in bold.This might be bit confusing to the receiver/customer.Is it possible to show only the confirmed time-slot and hide all other time-slots?Thanks,Ram

Allowing Booking over appointments Not Working

I have some parameters set on my schedule to allow event types to overlap eachother. As an example: We use Calandly to have cusotmers book a cold plunge session and sauna sessions. These are in different rooms and can be booked at the same time. I put the paremeters in the scheduling times in the Event Type Set up to allow sauna appointments to overlap with events that “Include” Plunge. But the system is not seeing these appointments and still blocks out that time slot for the sauna event type.  Any suggestions on trouble shooting?

Unique Calendly links to Mailblue

Hi, My client works with Active Campaign for communication with her clients and automisation of workflows. She offers an online course and as an extra her clients get the opportunity to book a 1-on-1 call with her. So when clients buy they come into a funnel that sends them an email with a Calendly link from where they can book an appointment for the call. We want the appointment link to expire after x-time (3 months for example). Is it possible to create a unique link for every contact that  enters the Active Campaign funnel, and that this unique link automatically is added to the mail AC sends out?

BonjourJe suis thérapeute de conjugal et familial. J’utilise Calendly pour synchroniser mon planning de consultations pro avec mon agenda google. Ce ne sont pas mes patients qui saisissent leurs reservations, mais uniquement moi.Je suis amenée à reserver plusieurs creneaux différents pour une même personne.Sur ma page de planification, lorsque le contact est connu et saisi dans la base contact, je ne comprends pas pourquoi lorsque je saisis le nom de la personne, toutes les informations la concernant ne s’affiche pas. il faut que je saisisse tout à nouveau !!Il n’y a que si je passe par l’onglet “contacts” dans les paramètres, que je peux “planifier” un rdv. mais dans ce cas, si je veux saisir un invité, je dois ajouter son adresse mail. Mais là aussi, le système ne propose pas des adresses mails par défaultComment faire?Merci pour votre aide.bonne journée

Bonjour ,je suis thérapeute de couple conjugal et familial.Je suis amenée à proposer des consultations individuelles, MAIS aussi des consultations en couple (c’est à dire avec 2 personnes). Comment puis-je faire pour enregistrer ce même créneau pour les 2 personnes?D’après ce que j’ai compris, je peux réserver un créneau pour une personne et inviter l’autre (qui ne recevra sa confirmation QUE par mail (et pas par SMS)).Mais je voudrais savoir s’il est possible de réserver ce même créneau pour la deuxième personne afin qu’elle puisse elle aussi recevoir un mail ET un SMSMerci beaucoup pou votre aideBien cordialement

same event different places for different days

I practice in 2 different places and on different days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in one place, Friday in another place). I offer the same services (therefore the same events).I would like to know if I can keep my events already create and propose different places for the different days of the week by simply changing the settings. I would like to not have to create new duplicate events just for different locations. This will do a lot on my appointment page.Thank you

Hi, I want to use calendly to schedule 1:1 sessions with around 50 experts. I want students to be able to:Choose from the experts, see their availability and then schedule.  Choose their preferable time and then see who is available for session on that specific time. Is that possible?

How to Update a Custom Field in Salesforce When a Calendly Invite is Accepted by User?

Hi EveryoneI am working on integrating Calendly with Salesforce and need a way to automatically update a custom field on a Salesforce object whenever a new user is added to the organization in Calendly and he/she accepts the Invite. Here's the scenario:When a user accepts the Calendly invite, I need their unique Calendly ID and Email Address to be sent to Salesforce and updated in a specific custom field on a Salesforce object. Calendly ID should be the unique user identifier which is present in the scheduling URL of the new user. eg: calendly id which I am looking for is john-doe (slug) which is in scheduling url: https://calendly.com/john-doe Does Calendly provide any webhook or event that can notify Salesforce with the details I need, when an invite is accepted?

I see the closed thread. I have it disabled. But it still shows. On every browser, on every machine, on every device. We are on a professional plan. It doesn’t make any sense.

Meeting reminders and invites showing Coordinated Universal Time instead of correct time zone.

A client scheduled with me for “12:00pm - Friday, November 22, 2024 (Eastern Time - US & Canada)” however, when they received a meeting invite, it says “Friday Nov 22, 2024 ⋅ 5pm – 5:30pm (Coordinated Universal Time).” This led to meeting cancellation and confusion for both of us. My Outlook calendar that my scheduling page synced to has the proper time zone, as does my Calendly account itself.

Customer not being added to my calendar

When a customer selects a time for a meeting, it add myself and co-host to my calendar but the customer is not included.  They receive a separate calendar invite and we aren’t included on that one.  If I manually add them to the one that was scheduled on my calendar, they now have 2 calendar entries.

I am not receiving booking notifications

Calendly started sending notifications of meeting bookings to junk. So I have added notifications@calendly.com and @calendly.com to my safe list. However, I now no longer receive any email notification of scheduling at all.How can I fix this? Today I have had no emails in junk, inbox or any other folder of 5 meetings that have been booked.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Multiple Group Events with Differing Numbers of Participants

Hi!  I am trying to set up 20 specific dates for group CPR classes.  The classes occur at specific times of the day over a one-month time period.  Some of the dates will need to allow for up to 6 students to select that date.  Other dates need to allow for 12 students.  Students will be given one calendar link and all 20 dates should be available as options so they can select the date for the class they wish to attend, assuming there are still seats/appointment slots available at that date/time.  I’ve read every resource I can find, but I can’t seem to schedule these group events correctly.  Could someone tell me how to proceed step-by-step.  (I’m on the standard plan = $10/month)  Thank you!

Multiple team members calendar availability for the same event

We are a 2 member teamWe have a meeting type in which either of us can conduct the meeting on our own. We both will be available to take the meeting but on different days. For example: Member 1 is available tues and thurs and member 2 is available wed and sat. We want the customer link to display the availability of both members calendars and choose the time that works best for them. This should not be on a rotating round robin.

cancelling, via billing wont work.

I've tried numerous times to cancel, I don't even work for the same company as my email address on calendly and haven't for year but I keep getting charged an annual fee of 93 euro. When I try to go via chat to cancel it leads to my calendly account under my old company email but there's no paid subscription on there. How on earth can I stop them from charging me for something I don't have access to and never took out in the first place?  Thanks

Dear all,I’ve been using a booking event for appointements for a year or so, even printing the qr code on my business cards and so far, it has worked perfectly fine.But, I’ve recently changed the title of my event and it has also modified the qr code. Since then the bookings are not possible from the previous qr code printed on my business cards.I’ve tried to modify the title of the event, unsuccessfull effect on the qr code on my business cards.Do you have any idea on how I can come back to this initial link between ?Thank you

Hello,I'm currently working on integrating Calendly more deeply into our scheduling workflow and have several questions regarding the API's capabilities, specifically around scheduled events and meeting polls. Querying Pending Events: Is there a way to specifically query for scheduled events that are in a 'pending' state, such as meeting polls? This functionality would be incredibly useful for managing large numbers of appointment requests. Creating Meeting Polls via API: While the API documentation provides details on creating One-Off Event Types, I am curious if there is a similar capability for creating meeting polls. I noticed that the event type class includes a pooling_type attribute. Could this be utilized to create meeting polls, and if so, could you provide some guidance or point me to the relevant documentation? I appreciate any help or direction you can provide. hey there, I was wondering if anybody has a similar issue. we noticed that some people doesn’t see the embed calendars, not only from Calendly, but also from Hubspot. it seems like some local issue, maybe with VPN, some specific extra plugins blocking the display of the calendars?

Icloud calendar sync no longer possible?

Hello there,I would like to sync my iCloud calendar with Calendly so that Calendly knows when I already have appointments scheduled. However, following these steps, I encounter the problem that iCloud sync is not selectable anywhere. Only Google, Outlook, and Exchange calendar sync options are offered. The same issue arises under Integrations & Apps >> Calendars, where no iCloud sync can be found either.Is there another way to do this?ThanksOliver

Is this a glitch? Enforcing default schedule for round robin vs managed event

I use two types of event - round robin and managed events.For round robin, I have edit permissions set to “view only” for my team. Each team member’s default availability is used for the round robin event type and they can’t change this. On their account availability page, the “Active on” option for this event type is turned on and greyed out, and they don’t have the option of turning it off. i.e. default schedule is enforced. For managed events, I have edit permissions off for availability settings. The team member is not able to adjust their availability on the event page type. However, on their account availability page, they are able to turn off default schedule for this event type. When it’s switched off, changes made at the account availability level don’t push through to the event type (as you’d expect). But it’s not possible to go into the event type and make changes directly. For me, it seems rational that if someone is assigned to a managed event and the availability part of
