Why doesn’t calendly partner with Instagram so we can use their Book Now button? I’m thinking of going elsewhere since all other major calendar services are listed and not insta!

Buffer time

My events all have 15 minute buffers afterwards.  While Calendly recognizes the buffers, my Google Calendar does not.  Thus, coworkers looking at my calendar think I am free at that time.  Is there a way to have the buffer time added to the host’s calendars, while leaving it off the invitee’s calendars?

Old Logo keeps showing up when send calendar link

I changed my company name and brand. I updated my logo and put a new .png file. However when I send a client my link to my calendar via text my old logo continues to show up. Also when you hove the mouse curser over a link to my calendar it also show the old log/brand image.  I cant find any setting in calendly that still has my old logo. I removed my current logo multiple times and readded it. Still the long log shows. Any idea what I can do:?

Creating a Group Event

I have been trying to create a group event for 1 day and 1 time slot.  I am having trouble figuring out how to do it.  I created the group event.  I put in available for 20 people.  Then I make a custom date of Friday May 17th at 11:00 to noon.  When I look at the LIVE PAGE.  It shows availability EVERY FRIDAY and it won’t start until May 24th.  I need help!What are the steps to create a time slot for 1 day and t time?JameyRae

I am trying to listen to Calendly events using Power Automate but we cannot expose the url directly to the web hook registration, what different methods can be used to call the API? Whether Calendly allows JWT token integration while registration of a web hook subscription?

Weebhok sunscription “updated_at” & “retry_started_at” fields

What does mean the fields “updated_at” “retry_started_at” in the Webhook Subscription Object?I have read the documentation but it is still not clear to me what this data represents. In what way is a subscription updated? I have not found an endpoint to update a webhook subscription, only GET or DELETE.And in the case of “retry_started_at” what does it mean? I have subscriptions in NULL in that field and others with the same date as “updated_at”. I don't understand it.Thanks for your time.

I’ve renewed for 1 year of the standard plan, but my account has been downgraded to the free plan. When I go to the contact page it doesn’t work(no curser appears in the form) and live chat isn’t available.Who do I contact about this and how do I get in touch with them?Is there an email or phone number for billing or support?Thank you

Cancel group meeting event for one invitee by REST call

Hi, This is related to my post  I found out that if I have a group meeting with 3 invitees: inv1_uuid, invitee2_uuid, invitee3_uuidand I want to cancel the meeting for only one of them, for example inv1_uuid, I can call:PUT https://calendly.com/api/booking/cancellations/inv_uuid with body:{"cancel_reason": "Test cancel again"}and it works.Just wanted to verify we can use this API.Thanks.

Webhook idea - pings at the start and end of meetings

Hi,I find the webhooks really useful, to trigger local events.What would be really useful, and probably quick/easy to develop, would be a ping from the webhook when a meeting starts/ends.That would be really useful, so I can trigger localised events, like system updates, bespoke client emails,  etc.It’ll be great if you can make it!Best wishes,TNM

Cookie banner on mobile negatively impacting my conversions

As of mid-March 2024, my conversions from Google Ads (almost 100% mobile traffic) have decreased dramatically. I tested the scheduling experience from an incognito window and found that the cookie banner takes up the entire screen on mobile and then makes it virtually impossible to scroll down to schedule. It’s a terrible user experience. Is there anything I can do?

Webhook going disabled

Is there any way to prevent a webhook subscription from being disabled?It is happening often and the only solution I found is to check every day with the endpont webhook_subscriptions to check the status. Isn't it possible to configure an alert for when a subscription is about to be disabled to avoid it?

Is it possible to customise the text/name of the ‘Schedule Event’ button that customers see when they’re about to submit their booking? I’m using this for booking therapy appointments and ‘Schedule Event’ is a bit strange for them to click.

Discount codes and multiple module course

Hi, I am really desperate to be able to create discount codes for my clients, specially for online events. I read that I am not the only one needing this. Might make me move platforms actually.Any idea when that is possible?The other question I have is if you have an idea of how to deal with scheduling a course with multiple modules? I need people to sign up for the individual module though, but buying the whole course is a different price….. I need a bit more flexibility for this. Other platforms offer that.Obviously, there is a switching cost and I would really love to stay, but I need these features.

Changing Host of a Scheduled meeting

Please can we make this possible! We need to ability to change the hosts of our confirmed events. We operate with 3 people on tech support, all in the same office. if someone can’t make it to their zoom meeting, we need to be able to switch the host without disturbing the reciepent with cancel/rebook information.

Pardot Form Routing: Open in New Window?

So far I’ve been able to get the Calendly Routing to sync up with Pardot and detect when a form is submitted, but when the form routes to a Calendly page it loads it as a pop-up window in the iframe. Is it possible to load the calendly page in a new window? Note: When I provide a URL to route to instead of a calendly form it routes just fine with the whole window.

Difficulties with event type redesign

Seems like you've been doing alot of work lately, always great. The product has, for me at least, gotten much harder to use.  I only ever see Calendly links in emails that are sent to me, and I only ever put 'book a meeting with me' links into emails I send. I used to be able to go to one URL (https://calendly.com/event_types/user/me), click a meeting length to copy it, and then tab back to gmail and paste it. Now.... I go to the same URL, often click the wrong button (now there are 2 for each meeting length), get confused for a second, then close that thing, click the right button, get a ugh... popup, THEN click the 'copy link' button, then close that, then tab back to gmail, and paste. Whew. That's 4-5 clicks, or, if I click the right button on the new product, still 2-3 clicks instead of ONE CLICK which I used to have. So your product, at least for how I use it, is at best 200% harder to use, but typically 400% harder to use.  Why have you done this?

My morning dates/times appear correct on Google Calendar, but the evening dates/times are showing up on Google calendar on the day after the date set in Calendly.

Can Calendly Handle Dual Hosts for Seamless Event Scheduling?

I have a premium Calendly account, and my team and I are curious if it's possible to set up a Calendly invite where two Calendly accounts can manage a single event. For instance, if we book a demo for January 1, 2024 (2:00 PM) and it's already booked, the initial booking would be directed to Host 1's calendar.Subsequently, the same time and date would remain available for the next attendee, and if they book it, the reservation would be directed to Host 2's calendar. We're particularly interested in implementing this feature for scheduling demos with our clients. Is this functionality supported by Calendly?

I am trying to understand why Ukrainian is offered as an option and Russian is not. There are 6.5 times the Russian speakers than Ukrainian speakers in the world. It is a sister language. Can we please see development and use of Russian? Thank you

Not linked to Zoom Pro

I have it linked to my company’s Zoom account, which is Zoom Pro. But when I was in a scheduled meeting through Calendly, it was the free Zoom limited to 40 min meeting. Which isn’t a good look for clients. Any help?

Zoom meeting name confidentiality issue

My calendly is linked to zoom so when a meeting’s booked it automatically schedules the call and sends the details out to the client.I prefer to use my personal meeting room so that the details are the same each time, however this then causes a confidentiality issue if I have back to back meetings because the zoom call that’s scheduled always contains the name of the person that booked the meeting. If I’m still on that call when the next client joins the waiting room, they will see the meeting name with the previous client’s name.The only workaround I can find right now is to change the zoom setting so that it doesn’t use my personal meeting room and therefore each meeting has a unique code etc. This works but isn’t ideal. Is there anyway to adjust the zoom integration with calendly so that it DOESN’T include the name of the person that booked the meeting in the zoom meeting name?
