Feature Requests: Admin Managed Availability or Availability API Endpoint

Feature Request: Admin Access to Set User’s AvailabilityI’m looking to centrally manage my team’s availability. As is, only users can set their own availability, but for my organization's use-case, this would be much better if we could centrally manage this. Cal.com has a version of this that let’s you impersonate your team members to achieve setting properties that can only be updated by the user (ie, not accessible via the admin).  Feature Request: API Endpoint to Set AvailabilityThe ability to manage availability of team member’s through an API endpoint. This would mean that we could collect availability within our our application and then programmatically configure their Calendly availability.

Multiple Calendars Sync but make booking with a specific calendar

I have 4 calendars across different businesses.  I can sync all 4 calendars from an availability standpoint but I want to have a specific booking link for each different calendar i.e. I want to have a calendar link in my email for @acmeinc that will see availability in all my calendars but if someone books time with me it will be in the @acmeinc calendar. Similarly my @ABCINC email calendar link will also see availability over all my calendars but if they use that link it will book into the @ABCINC calendar. I cannot see that this is possible on Calendly without paying for 4 subscriptions (which is a silly workaround IMO)

Enabling coupon codes is urgent

I’ve seen people ask about offering coupon codes and this workaround. I feel like this is unfeasible.Coupon codes can have rules about expiration dates, number of uses per person, number of uses overall, etc. They’re also easy to communicate and can work across my Stripe products and be managed in one place.I don’t feel it’s reasonable to make multiple versions of all of my events and try to keep people from only using the links once, etc. I also want to offer different discounts to many segmented groups, and I can’t do that unless I make more dupes, etc.Is there any way to escalate this feature? I think I could sell so many more of my consultations if I could use a coupon code.

Round Robin Event w/Choice of Locations

When scheduling meetings with one host, there is an option to offer multiple locations. Is that possible for a round robin event? We would like invitees to have the choice of scheduling a meeting with one of us either in-person at our site or over Zoom. Thanks!

How to capture Booked payments event to GA4?

I need help!The GA4 measurement ID was integrated to Calendly - based on this https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001575393-Calendly-Google-Analytics#calendly-google-analytics-0-0Scenario of booking: after the details are filled-in, there is the price included. Then payment details will be entered, then user will click the “Schedule Event” button.If this is the event for the successful booking “invitee_meeting_scheduled”, what is the event looked like in GA4 for the successful booking with payment? Will the purchase event automatically be captured in GA4 for the successfully booked with payment?I need your insights. Sending WhatsApp messages for reminders and event details

WhatsApp is a major communication channel in India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America.We schedule many meetings and want to send WhatsApp reminders to attendees to ensure maximum turnout. Currently, we use Zixflow via Make to send these messages, but there is no direct integration yet. Adding Travel Time into Calendly

Hello Calendly Team,I started using this service during the pandemic when all of my client meetings were online. Now that I am back on the road, I don’t want to give up on Calendly! I see about 75 clients throughout my territory, they vary from 5 minutes apart to 4 hours apart. If there were a way to add a unique buffer time before and after a meeting based on clients locations I would be unstoppable. The way I could see this working is, when a client clicks on the scheduling link they are prompted to enter their address OR I could create a contact that included their address for future bookings. Then based on my most previous meeting location that day they are shown booking options based on meeting length and travel length. Hoping this feature can be added in the future!

repeating events

Please add the ability for calendly to add repeating events.  Maybe something that searched your calendar for time availability in a repeating scenario like google offers daily, weekly, monthly, custom.   if say there was a scenario that there wasn’t availability for that same time maybe pop up an exception report with dates that could not be scheduled and alternates that you can quick select for fixing or skip for now.

Communication customization for Ad-Hoc Meetings

I’d like a way to customize the communications for ad hoc meeting types, specifically the calendar event title.Much like a users’ ability to modify the communication initiated from a Calendly event (with specific event-types), I would like to be able to do more to customize how ad hoc events’ communications are distributed. I find myself using the ad-hoc meeting feature more than my event-types, and this would lead to less confusion on my scheduled meetings with clients/prospective-clients. I’ve scanned the forums here and I know it’s well defined as not possible, and was hoping this forum post could be used as a recommendation/idea-board item.Potentially a place in the user settings where you could modify the ad hoc meeting distribution options, or more options when executing the ad hoc event. Thanks, really enjoy the product!

Calendly for Administrators of teams - more work needed to be done

On the whole, Calendly is set up for individuals. Managers of teams face a whole raft of issues that are hard to resolve..examples: Paypal / Stripe - all need to be set up on an individual basis instead of at a company level, that poses Authorisation issues, or a large admin task to get each team member taking money in to one single Stripe accountZapier - again this authorises on a per user basis, instead of a per team basis, meaning thbat effective integrations into other systems is overly difficult.  Example updating a CRM with all new customers has to be done on a per user basis, as opposed to a per account basis.Workflows / communications - Again - these are per user, not per team - the option of setting things up per team would be much easierEvent types - Being able to template things so that we can assign one event type to multiple team members, whilst accounting for differential pricing would take a ton of administrative work out of setting things up We have just spent a month w

[feature request] Change default phone zone code in the Contacts Page

Hello, I haven’t seen any option to change the default zone code in front of the phone number field when adding a new contact. It would be great. I am in france and the default phone number is set to +1 and i would like it to be +33 without having to change it each time i add a contact.

Wondering how you can use Calendly’s new browser extension? Here are a few ideas to get you started:Use the “Book meeting” button to schedule a follow-up in real time during a client appointment. That way, your next touchpoint is already in the books and you can keep client work moving forward. Book over focus blocks and movable meetings when scheduling from the extension so you can prioritize urgent client needs, like when a project deadline moves up or there’s a change in scope. Mark clients and prospects as no-shows if they miss an appointment and reschedule it in one click from the Meetings tab so you keep them engaged. Single Use Link Option Hidden in iPhone?

I noticed that Calendly has recently changed the easy to access links in Calendly which showed below the event name in the iOS app and have now buried it under a menu. While it seems okay for regular copying (NOT OKAY FOR ME) but might be considered okay for others that they need 2 extra clicks to get their sharable link, it is 4 extra clicks for single use links. My business requires me to copy a single use link and share it on WhatsApp or email. This has become a pain with the new UX. Why would Calendly induce so much pain into the life of iOS users? I don’t see any benefit of the new design. Can anyone tell me what they are thinking and why they changed this?

Physical group bookings

can you adjust Calendly more suitable for physical events. Individual is ok, however group bookings like events and workshops it does align.missing a few things to make it good.Is this something that can be done? or an extension added?

No availability shown erroneously - appears correct after troubleshooting

Hi, my availability was wiped out without me having changed anything at all (or logged into Calendly) through Tuesday to Friday last week.  Once I logged in and troubleshooted, it appeared correctly. After this it was no longer synching to my calendars. Upon checking I noticed that now individual calendar types could be linked in my iCloud calendar (not available before).  What has been changed? Was there an update? Is this likely to happen again and if so can you send warning before updates (not to miss any dates when availability is falsely removed)?

Ich bin neu bei Calendly und melde mich über mein Microsoft Konto an. Nach erfolgter Anmeldung kann ich keine Änderung im Account speichern.  Kein Profilbild einfügen, keine Zeiten ändern et.c.Bei jedem Schritt erhalte ich die Calendly Meldung:  ” Serverfehler. Bitte versuchen Sie es erneut.” Ich verwende die neuesten Browserversionen und habe es mit Chrome, Firefox und Edge versucht. Der Support von Calendly hilft nicht wirklich weiter. Kennt jemand dieses Thema?
