Wallet Verification with Crypto Wallet Authenticate

I have received a few emails from Calendly about this.  I do not use crypto and there is nothing booked on my calendar. The email appears to be from Calendly, and reads:This is a friendly reminder that your Wallet Verification with Crypto Wallet Authenticate is at 06:30 (Pacific Time - US & Canada) on Monday, June 16, 2025. Does anyone know what this is? I never agreed to link anything!

Bring back the old edit layout

My whole screen is taken up with other event types and the calendar edit panel on the right is difficult to navigate with everything else taking up the space on the screen. Please bring back the ability to edit with a full screen. Or at least put the editing tools back over on the left side of the screen. Or give us a choice of layout. This current layout is horrible and distracting.

Blacklisted Emails (Poland)

Hello,We are your clients and use several profiles, each of which is experiencing the same issue with receiving notifications when a booking is made. The problem is occurring more and more frequently, and in recent days it’s been happening daily, which significantly affects my work.I have contacted your support team via live chat multiple times, and I always receive the same excuses. I have now reached out to my domain host, and here is the response I received: Dear Sir/Madam, the issue lies with the sender’s server. It is currently listed on multiple external public blacklists:https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a149.72.200.43&run=toolpageOn our side, we cannot add an exception for such a server as it would expose our clients to spam from that source. Cannot access Calendy account and meeting links don't work

When I try to access my Calendly page, it comes up with a blank page.  Same applies to when I send my Calendly meeting links to people.  They try to access and get a blank screen.  Various browsers have been tried with no luck.

Desde ayer por la tarde nos están reportando multitud de errores con links que no funcionan (se queda la página en blanco) o con enlaces que se abren pero se ve todo descolocado. He probado en Safari y sin problema, y desde Chrome se abre bien desde un PC, pero desde Android siguen apareciendo errores.

Link not working unless the click accept

I have a free account and am just getting started using online calendering. - I’ve used the Calendly scheduling link successfully for the past couple months. Yesterday a user reported the link was not working - no further information was provided. I asked a friend to try to schedule. They reported that “something weird” is popping up but they were able to bypass it if they clicked “accept” - they did not get screen shots. I compared the link I have been sending to the link on my page, and they were identical. I sent the link to my personal email and was able to schedule with no issues. I would appreciate help from the community…. Thanks!!

Need to add Buffer when creating a one--off event type via API

I am struggling to come up with a solution on this.I created a booking page where a customer can choose topics they need help with, each topic has a set duration, so my first issues is I need to dynamically set the event duration. The second issue I have is I have a system knowing which agents are skilled on each topic, so some of the choices may require multiple agents to attend the meeting.I can accomplish both of these issues by creating One-Off Event Types using the API and can do collective events when multiple agents are needed, which is great.The issue I have now is I need to be able to set buffers on these event types, or my agents are going to be bombarded with bookings with no breaks potentially.I really don’t like butting 2 events together as a lot of our sessions do take longer than expected as these are onboarding/support sessions, and we can run into issues if a customer only books a 15 minute topic, and we run into an unexpected issue, which does happen frequently.I also

Connection between sub-calendars and events

Hello,I have the standard version. I have added my Google Calendar to Calendly.With my email address on this calendar, there are 3 sub-calendars included corresponding to 3 different people.How can I have the 3 sub-calendars available so that I can match them with my events ? I can only see one of them.How can I connect them to existing events ? I do not see the information given for that on my interface.Thanks for your help.

Reminder emails

Hello,Several of my recent clients have reported that reminder emails sent from notifications@calendly.com are landing in their spam folders. This issue didn’t occur before. It seems to have started recently.What might be causing this and how to prevent it? Thank you.

Why is my booking page showing no available times for my events?

When I click my link, it is stating there are no time slots available - I checked my settings and everything is correct but still says no times are avaailble for June.

I used to be able to get information about someone who has booked an appointment that included what time zone they are in. This is very valuable information to me and since the latest update, I cannot find that information now.Am I just not looking in the right place? Anyone know how to find this info now?

Is it possible for me to see which of my salesreps brought in the meeting from the booking schedule.

Is there a way for me to see which sales rep booked a meeting through our scheduling system? Should I create a separate event type for each sales rep by duplicating the existing structure and giving them their unique booking link? If I do that, will it still sync properly with my current Google Calendar?"

Outlook Calendar not showing Calendly Events

In the last week, when clients book events into my calendly, I receive the email confirmation of the meeting, Zoom intergrations continue to work but the event does not get put into my Outlook calendar.I have reinked my calendar via the connections page and reinstalled the plug in within outlook.Having tested it again, the same issue occurs.Any ideas if there is something I am missing or a box not ticked somewhereMany thanks

Does Round Robin allow for multiple meetings to be booked at once?

I work within a team on Calendly where we have a round robin set up for people to schedule meetings. This is because we want the pooled availability of all team members. However, it is seeming as though even if there are two hosts available only one meeting can be scheduled.Why is this? They both have availability at that time.

Notifications and Reminders

When trying to modify the template for an email reminder -- the variables don’t seem to be inserted where I want them.  I click and drag them to the right spot but when saved and I look again, the variable is no longer highlighted.  There isn’t a way to send a test to myself to ensure it’s correct. so, how do i correctly change the template.  And can I set my new version to be default?  I’ve tried this both in the set up of a new event as well as within workflow.

I had the wrong phone number for a contact and when i deleted it to re enter it said i already have a contact with that email…..how can i fix that

Single use links keep getting worse and worse

I and 30 others on my team need to consistently provide single use links to applicants to our nonprofit. We do this to protect ourselves from trolls and folks who no-show for one meeting and just schedule another. The process to create single use links used to be a single click from the chrome extension. Now it takes three clicks, both from the extension and from the dashboard. This is incredibly inconvenient. I was hoping to instead be able to either create single use links via API or at least as a block of 10ish to save everyone time, but now instead of getting better, it just keeps getting harder to use Calendly.

Issue with scheduling a meeting poll

 Hi, I want to set up a meeting poll but once my dates/times are selected and I click on “next” I get the message “select at least one host” although I do not want to have any additional hosts then me. I have a standard plan and never had issues like that. Please let me know if you have an answear

[BUG?] Single-use meeting "minimum notice" feature keeps resetting

When making a Single-use link from one of my three meetings, I get the dropdown options for the date range, and minimum notice. The date range works fine with overriding my meeting options, but the minimum notice option will revert back to the meeting value seconds after I select an override value.Normally I reserve a 48hr (2 Days minimum notice) on my meetings. Occasionally, like today I have to send out a custom one-off for a client wanting to book last minute, which I have authorized this one time, but this minimum notice keeps reverting back to the 2 days main setting when I choose 0 day, or even switch it to 2 minutes.I still need the meeting features like payment system, and questions I have for the meeting booking setup which is why I’m not just making a separate generic meeting for this.The only way I’ve gotten this to work, is by changing the main meeting settings directly, of which I have to manually revert back after they book so I don’t get any other potential clients sneak

stupidity in payment setup, UX and customer support.

So in general i like calendly.  BUT i want to change the payment information--- not possible. The account is linked to paypal. No change possible. I want to contact support: Not possible. You need to click on the not present chat bot … lol funny.  I cancelled the account now in the hope that the team can then END OF MONTH edit the payment information while procuring a new licence. Totally idotic user experience.

Workflows tab won't load how do fix this?

When I click on workflows it just has 3 dots ..... and the page never loads.  I have tried this on 3 different browsers and even in incognito mode.  All other pages work.   I need to access workflows to make changes, but the page never loads.

Domain change, locked out of account

I changed my email domain last week, and now I cannot access my calendly account to change it within the account.  The only option appears to be setting up a whole new account, but I can’t get in to my old account to delete it and I’m paying for it. Have emailed Support 4 days ago and yet to hear back.
