Calendar Availability Issues

I set my availability within calendly yet days later you continue to allow people to book within my blocked time. WHY?! This defeats the entire purpose of paying for this service and blocking out times when your system doesn’t do what its supposed to do.

Availability Updates

I’ve cruised with the product updates for 5 years now, never commenting when I’ve been bummed by one. Overall, I love Calendly and it makes my business great. I’ve adjusted with any updates. But wow - Super, super disappointed in the Availability updates. The user experience is far worse than it was before. It used to be much easier to navigate and change groups at once in a larger screen. I’d love to see the Product team allow for the old experience OR the new one. Having an accessible and visible quick Availability tab on the main page (like it was) instead of only on every single event page would be great. It could remain it’s own separate experience as well as being added to individual events. As someone who schedules 40 calls a week of different types and 2 different lengths, it’s a mess to go into each type and make sure it’s accurate when major travel and schedule changes are occuring for many days or weeks. Planning par défaut

Bonjour!J’ai du louper un épisode, avant j’avais la possibilité d’avoir plusieurs types d’agenda, je n’ouvre pas toutes mes prestations en même temps et je travaille entre Nancy et Paris. C’était très pratique de pouvoir personnaliser. Mais là je n’ai plus qu’un planning par défaut et plus la possibilité de créer un planning avec des disponibilités particulières. Que s’est-il passé?

Preventing rescheduling of events once booked

Hi, I’m booking a series of market research interviews. Once they have booked a time, I don’t want participants to be able to reschedule their invitation by themselves. How can I remove this capability?  Cheers!

calendars not appear on the page?

hey there, I was wondering if anybody has a similar issue. we noticed that some people doesn’t see the embed calendars, not only from Calendly, but also from Hubspot. it seems like some local issue, maybe with VPN, some specific extra plugins blocking the display of the calendars?

Feature request: Improved customisation to email notifications (embed images / add attachments)

Although Calendly has been a game changer in terms of improving scheduling, we are unable to maximise it’s full potential due to the lack of customisation available in the notification/workflow emails. For us to be able to eliminate having to send follow up emails manually, we REALLY need to be able to embed images in the email body and attach documents to these communications. And also just from a branding perspective, I’d love to be able to add our proper email signatures (with our logo) as well. Any chance this feature is on the horizon?

Availability Setting and Syncing

My Calendly account is correctly synced with my Google calendar. So if there is an event on Google calendar, it’d show unavailable in the Calendly booking page. However, I did set up availability slots separately on Calendly, e.g., even if I don't have anything on my Google calendar, I want to set Friday as “unavailable” for meetings on my Calendly account.  It looks like the slots I set on Calendly are overridden by my Google Calendar and all Fridays show as available despite my setting.  Is this standard? Is there a workaround or do I have to block it on Google Calendar? Thanks.

reminder text to invitee

When will calendly send the reminder text to a person that I manually entered a meeting in for? I have entered meetings in for tomorrow and set up workflow to text them one day before. However, it looks like no one has be sent a reminder text .

Using Calendly to send automatic emails - but without meetings?

We’ll be doing many tradeshows this fall, and as our call-to-action, we’d like to offer attendees the choice to either simply received more info on our company and offers via email, and/or also book a meeting with us. Thus, I’d like to use Calendly to have a “landing page” offering the person to opt for receving an email, but without the obligation of also setting up a meeting. It this possible? If not, what would you suggest? Thanks so much! Marc

Group of meetings cancelled

I just received a number of cancellation notices from meetings I had on May 28, 2024.  Our Outlook automatically gets archived regularly and it looks like my calendar has been archived through that date (05/28/2024).  I’m wondering if that’s the reason for the cancellations?  What’s odd is I’ve never received these cancellation notices before even though I’ve been using the software for 18 months.

Times still not open when there are no appointments listed

I am using the scheduler to open up times on a specific date in the future . E.g., I need times open until 9 pm yet even after I update my preferences, the last slot available is 5 pm.

Calendar week view request

Calendar week view requestHello there, i think a very important feature is missing in Calendly: it is not possible to have a simple view of the planned evenst of the week without having to sync it with another calendar service.I would like to be able to see all my planned events for the coming week or event month. It’s not very easy and enjoyable to look at a simple list of all events.
