How Do I...?

I have the standard paid option and for some reason not seeing the +Add duration option so that I can have multiple duration possibilities for my meeting. What am i missing?

Hello Calendly Community!  Thanks in advance for any help.I’m using Calendly to create a series of meetings, each with a maximum number of attendees.  I would email the link to my clients and they can choose the slot they want based on what’s available.  When someone books, the number of available slots is reduced.  Set up and initial invite seems to be working well. The problem I’ve detected in my testing is that when someone accepts the meeting invite and then subsequently declines the invite, Calendly does not clear the slot to make it available for someone else. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've received confirmation of my payment for the Professional plan, and I have the receipt. The upgrade was through a human agent, who promissed me my account would go back to active/normal (I had the legacy Professional monthly plan.The payment was processed, I'm still a free user, and all my support tickets are marked as solved even though it's far from that.I supposed to be able to access the live chat for support, but the system isn't giving me the option, since it's not recognizing me as a paying customer. What should I do???? It's very frustrating the fact that I'm paying for something I'm not able to use at all, and they are just ignoring me without giving me my money back or stopping the payments. Would be great not to have to talk to a lawyer because of 15 bucks/month….

We have one email account that has many sub-calendars (for each of our locations) and we are wanting to have the ability to set up individual events based on a single sub-calendar, ensuring that the booking link looks only at that one specific calendar to determine whether there is availability for a meeting. Is this possible? 

Hi,I have been able to reschedule one appointment, however, I need to reschedule the same appointment again using the ‘override’ option (which I’ve previously been able to use to override my synced google calendar), and the override option is now not appearing like it did previously (I would need the override option available as I sometimes need to book clients in during times that are not shown as available).I then tried moving the appointment within my google calendar, however, it did not override in Calendly.I’d be ever so grateful for any feedback on how I can achieve this.Thanks in advance :-)

Good morning,I have several booked meetings that have shown up on my calendar, but are not showing up in meetings in Calendly.   Please advise….

 I’m traveling and wanted to set up 20min back to back meeting for an afternoon.  Calendly is only showing time segments in 30min increments…  12:30, 1:00, 1:30, etc..  I tried removing any buffers..  For this meeting how do I get the sign up times to 1:00, 1:20, 1:40, 2:00, etc..   -Thank you  

Can someone help me figuring out why this option is not appearing in my options, even when the meeting time already started and even if it is in my workflow? Thank you!

I can’t manage to contact the support to change my payment method

Hi there,I’m unable to add a participant to meetings that are scheduled by our clients through Calendly.com. Previously, I could click Reschedule on an existing event, and while rescheduling, I was able to include additional guest email addresses.However, it seems that option or field to add guests no longer appears when rescheduling existing events.Could you please confirm if this functionality has changed, and advise how I can add additional participants to a client-booked meeting now?Thank you for your help!Best regards,

Availability on Saturdays is 10-10:30 am only.Event type Scheduling also shows Saturdays 10-10:30 am only.Clicking ‘Preview’ at foot of Event panel, however, shows available all day Saturdays. What is going on? How to fix it?

Hi, I have different Event Types set up for the different therapies I offer.  I would like to edit an event type (because the client has changed their mind on what therapy they would like for their appointment).  I’ve selected the meeting from my list of bookings, selected ‘change event type’, but it wont display my full list of event types in order to choose the therapy I want to change it to (even when clicking on ‘show more event types’.  It would be great if I could just change the event type for an existing booking without the need to cancel it and rebook it.Any suggestions greatly received.I’ve only started using Calendly in the past couple of months and so far am finding it quite inflexible as a booking system tool. It’s great taking bookings direct from clients, but back office management, such as edits to existing bookings appear impossible. The override calendar option works when i’m booking a new appointment but not when i need to reschedule an existing book

I noticed that this topic here has good replies but two links in ​@Kelsi’s reply are broken (namely, links to Zapier and Outfunnel). How to report/fix the links? This topic gets served by Google, so fixing links could improve the user experience for many. 

When I reschedule a booked meeting with a client out of nowhere it is acting as if it is the client rescheduling it.  I’m not given the option to update the timezone to client timezone and the confirmation email for the reschedule says rescheduled by the client and not me.  Any idea why this would be happening or how to fix it?  Thank you for any help with this!

This is so annoying. How can I set the beginning of the week to MONDAY? We just wasted so much time (again) finding a time slot in a team only to find out that it was set to SUNDAY instead of MONDAY. The first day in the week is always MONDAY for us, so please find some time to make this configurable.I see this issue popping up again and again in the help and community forums. Makes me wonder where you guys set your priorities.

I have been using Calendly to schedule deliveries and it is integrated inbetween online cart checkout process.  Recently the calendly app has been blocked from popping up for several customers and transaction completes without calendly popping up.  How do I addres this?

When we try to reschedule to a different team member we get this error. Everyone on the team is connected to the calendar, and the function was working normally yesterday. The round robin function is working properly, but selecting a specific person to reschedule to is not. Help!

When we test a meeting in her calendar, that meeting appears duplicated, and she gets a message saying ‘this meeting conflicts with another’. However, on each test we only tried booking one meeting, for an event she created. She only had one meeting event in her whole Calendly account.Steps were:she created the event: e.g. ‘30 min Intro meeting’ she sent me the link I booked and selected a time/date when she was available the invite came through, for both of us but in her calendar appears duplicated. I’m not sure if it’s because she is the organizer and then, once I book the meeting invite, she’ll also be attending? What are the chances that “recurring” event scheduling is any closer to development or deployment? It’s a feature that I’m needing more and more of these days with recurring client touch meetings that happen weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly.  Currently I have to go in and set these up one-at-a-time, months at a time, and the client gets overwhelmed with the initial event creation notifications --- it’s time consuming on my end, not reliable, because I’m relying on me remembering to go back weeks later and schedule another block of events one at time --- and the client is annoyed by the process. Furthermore, it would be great that in the meeting setup that the “other guest” function could also query people from our contacts list instead of me having to remember each individual email address by heart and typing that out each time for multiple individual meeting scheduling with multiple attendees. Proficiency is what I’m looking for

My Outlook is not syncing with my Calendly. I’m trying to block off upcoming days that I am unavailable. I only have the one calendar linked to it as well. I have disconnected and reconnected my Outlook several times on different days. I’ve waited twenty minutes before refreshing the page to see if it has updated. Nothing is changing. What is going on? How do I fix this? My bookings are showing up but my busy days are not. I already have them marked as busy and not free. My account does say it is linked and I know I’m subscribed so I really dont understand. I’ve done just about every step possible that I can think of. 

How do I reffer a friend to Calendly ?

During the free trial, I had three types of meetings.Once the free trial ended, I only have one type of meeting - no problem here.BUT, I cannot now change or reschedule the types of meeting that have been discontinued. How do I change these? Help! Thanks.Alliott
