How can I get support for billing?

I have been trying to connect with a support person for two business days and have not received any response to the chat session request or to direct emails to billing@calendly.com.  The online payment modal requires a zip code, but Calendly does not provide a zip code field, so I am stuck in a loop and cannot upgrade the subscription.

I’ve successfully created a webhook. However, it only triggers when an event is created or cancelled if I am simultaneously logged on to the Calendly web page. I understood it would run on every event called by the trigger.  I am trying to work out if this is by design (and I’m misunderstanding how they work) or the result of a misconfiguration.  NB I’ve created the webhook using the API Key and an oath token with the same result. What I’m trying to achieve is:Create a single use link using the API have a user book an event have that event trigger a webhook (calling an http trigger in PowerAutomate)I hope some can help.

Limit Events Scheduled by Person, not Event

I have a user who wants to limit the number of event scheduled through Calendly. As she has about 25 event types, limiting each event type does not help, as her day could still be completely filled. Is there any way to only allow say 4 meetings scheduled a day for this user total, regardless of event type?

When an invitee opens their calendar on their phone app the calendar event displays as code and takes up the entire screen. Why is this happening? Thanks

Can not upgrade due to billing zip code issue

My colleague and I are trying to upgrade our account. We select the plans and the seats and enter our credit card information we get this error:We have returned to our account setting and explored every tab and can not find any address/zip code options. We have emailed the listed address and have received slow response.Can anyone please help resolve this issue so we can upgrade our plan?

Discount and Promotional Codes in Calendly - needed urgently

I currently use Calendly for internal staff who book clients into my calendar and I use my own bespoke booking system for clients who want to book in with us directly (i.e. they go on our website, click to book an appointment, choose their appointment time and pay for the service either at the full rate or a discounted rate on the screen or if they have a discount code, they enter this and the RRP price reduces accordingly).  They pay £83 or £147 to book in but I offer discount codes of 20% off and also other codes to sell for a flat £60 or £90 etc.  I have around 100 re-useable codes and tens of thousands of one-time codes.  I also have third parties selling our service (such as Groupon) and so I want to give them a special code whereby they can book the £147 service for £0 – these clients receive the one-time use codes. I am looking at changing our CRM and other services to Zoho One and since our bespoke booking system is no longer supported, I will be stopping using that once I’ve b

Unable to view the iframe and calendar

Hello,I have spent a whole day trying to integrate calendly on my landing page but still unsuccessful. I have tried all options - inline, popup and all react integrations like react-calendly but all of them give the same issue - I see the spinner but never the calendar in the iframe.I have also tried z-index manipulation of calendly-popup element.What I have observed is - I get a “scribe-shadow” HTML element which has the max z-index value, so I dynamically try to bring its z-index down and our calendly-popup z-index up so that I can view the iframe content - no effect.I am using React 17 and using dynamic js and css calendly scripts to my page.Has anyone dealt with this problem?

Another Voice for Repeating Appointments

The topic was closed on another thread but the issue remains. I am certain I’m not alone in requiring this feature for my money’s worth.  A work around takes time. Time equals additional money. A service such as Calendly is based on saving time, and thereby money.  Thanks

One email, multiple sub calendars. NEED Calendly to treat them separately!

I own a production studio with multiple studio rooms for rent. I have one email address, but a subcalender (google) for each studio, so I can keep the bookings separate. Currently it looks like Calendly searching all subcalendars for conflicts to prevent double bookings, but I want it to allow Studio A to be booked, even if Studio B is booked, I just don’t want a double booking in one studio. I don’t want to buy more seats or more email addresses. Acuity Scheduling can do it. ;) Come on guys PLEASE?!This is a huge need for me and others, is there a way to put in each Calendar ID link? Another workaround?

Specific dates for one event type only

Hi,I have different event types with regular availabilites throughout the week.And I would like to have one event type which is only available for 3 day in March.If I use the “date-specific hours” (does not matter if only for that event ytpe or for all of them, my calendar shows all days, except for the ones I chose the availability for. What am I doing wrong and how can I have only specific days and times for this one event type?Thanks in advance!BestNadja

Additional Accepted Currencies via Paypal and Stripe

I would like to inquire about the possibility of integrating other currency options into Calendly. From my perspective, the current limitation is quite restrictive. While I appreciate and enjoy using Calendly, the inability to transact in my own currency poses a challenge in tracking payments and confirming appointments.This limitation requires additional manual effort, whereas other platforms seamlessly handle currency transactions in my currency. I am curious why Calendly does not offer this feature?From the client's perspective, it adds another layer by redirecting them to an external site for payments and adds confusion.It would greatly enhance the user experience if currency integration (other than $, € and £!) could be included within Calendly. I offer this as a suggestion for consideration by the Calendly team.Unfortunately, I find myself exploring alternative programs due to this particular limitation, although I very much would prefer to stay with Calendly.

I’m a behavioral designer helping a partner pilot a “pre-scheduling” intervention that leverages defaults to increase student attendance a advising meetings.I’ve been working with student advisors that have a:A caseload spread out across several different schools, 4 “engagement periods” where they go to visit different schools for the meetings with different dates for each school within each period.We first wanted to simply tell students to book all their meetings in one go at the start of the semester. I looked at every possible way to do this on Calendly with no luck.Routing forms could send them to different booking pages, and confirmation pages could chain-link them to the next booking page.  But in order to show students only their specific school’s dates within each specific engagement period the advisors would have to create 4 different event types per school. With 6-7 schools per advisor, that became unwieldy.  We are now trying a “pre-scheduling light” version of booking t

Hi, The last three meetings that people have scheduled with me, they have not gotten calendar invites and they have not gotten meeting emails.This will cost me money, I’m considering switching services.
