Generating Single-Use Links

Is there a way to generate a one time, use link, for each time I send out the calendly invite? We use another service to take payments. So I just need to send a link for scheduling, but I don’t want people to be able to use the same link over and over to get free appointments. Thank you

Availability not showing up on scheduling calendar.

Some changes to availability are not reflected in my scheduling calendar. I tried to make a couple of hours available on Sundays and it’s not showing up. Active events are set correctly. If I make changes to other days, they show up, but it won’t show Sunday availability. There are no conflicting events in my synched calendar.  There are no date overrides.

End-user trying to sync O365 calendar - token error

I have a user who is receiving the following error when trying to sync the Calendly. I found documentation for how a user can find their plug-in key, but 1) as I walked through the process it appears the video’s navigation of the site is outdated, as I could not find the same areas in the same manner, and 2) I still could not find a plug-in key, so I wasn’t sure if it was needed for O365 accounts. Also I am unable to access this key as an admin for my employees, and am unsure if that’s by design.

Secret Event Types: Control Who Books With You

It’s frustrating when you get bookings out the wazoo - when all you’d hoped for was a handful. It’s also frustrating when you, the ever-popular King 🤴🏽, Queen 👸🏼 or Nonbinary Royal 👑 cannot keep up with the spam-bot bookings that might be attacking your booking page. While Calendly does not currently have a feature that allows for blocking bookings (spam or otherwise - we are taking feedback about this into strong consideration! 🔊), we do have some methods of managing who can and cannot book your event types. 💦 Let’s dive in! 💦Depending on how you've shared your link, you may want to consider exploring the following options:Changing the event URL, and sharing a new event link. 🖇 If you have shared your personal scheduling page- and not the event-specific link- you could make the event secret which would ensure it did not appear on your main scheduling page. Any invitees would need to use the event-specific link to access your booking page, which would only be provided by you.

Waitlist option

Hi! I’m using Calendly to help customers book learning sessions, and I have a large team of people who can host these sessions. It would be great if Calendly could create a waitlist option so that if I’m not specifically available at the customer’s desired time, I could know what the customer prefers and then check with my team to see if anyone else is available to lead that learning session with the customer.

Product Request: Global Question Properties

Would like the ability to create global properties that can be used on events in the questions section. That way we can update the items in a property once and have it reflected on all events that use that property.

How to Disable "Powered by Calendly"

 Standard Paid plan. Calendly branding is turned off.Booking events still have “Powered by Calendly” in the upper right corner. Meeting invite emails to contacts still say “Powered by Calendly”.

Hello,I’m trying the new book over meetings feature and it doesn’t seem to be working properly. I put it meeting name includes to allow to book over those events in my connected calendar and it still shows i’m unavailable for timeslots that I would be available for.

How can I prevent timewasters booking appointments?

Over the last few months I’ve had the same person (a local stranger) book 10 different in-person appointments in my calendar and he hasn’t shown up to any of them. From his answers to the questions he needs to complete the booking, I believe he is a real person, not a scammer or a bot, however I’m wasting mine and my staff’s time with him not showing up and he doesn’t reply to our emails. I also have automated reminders set for 24 and 12 hours before. How can I automatically reject or block his email address when he tries to sign up for further appointments? Or can I block keywords from being able to submit the form, that would work too. Unfortunately I need to keep it as a free booking event because it’s lead-based.

Removing Time & Location block from the calender?

Is there a way to remove these two items.  My client only wants his customers to see the days he’s available and request days for meeting.  This is a law firm that does arbitration, so there’s now way to know how long each meeting will take.  Basically, he wants them to request a day that’s available on his calendar and his staff will work out how much time is needed.  I have it set for 8hr blocks, but we don’t want that to show.  Attaching an example:

Expose more fields than just `uri` for `calendly.event_scheduled`

Feature RequestThe https://developer.calendly.com/api-docs/2d6c9df9b89de-notifying-the-parent-window, and personal testing confirms that the only data available to the parent window when an event is scheduled  (calendly.event_scheduled) is the uri of the event and invitee. However, I see in the network tab that many fields are returned. Can you expose all, or some of these other fields? At least start_time, end_time, and uuid My Use CaseI would like to create my own “you are scheduled” page, because calendly is just one of the steps in my flow. I would like to show my users this ‘scheduled’ information alongside a few more “what’s next/what to expect”, my own styling for FAQ link, etc.

Date-specific hours/Date overrides have disappeared from Availability menu in account settings

I went to add a date override today and I could not do it. I tried on my phone and PC, and the option was not there.This is a disaster for me, as I have irregular and frequently changing availability. This is urgently impacting me and for now I have to stop using calendly.What has changed and is there any fix? Or am I simply missing something?I understand that you can add custom days off using the “time off” feature but I need to change my available hours on a weekly basis. Picture from my phone but the same thing happens on my PC.

I can see plenty of requests from UK users asking for a basic feature/setting enabling the week to start on Monday (the first day of the working week.)I want to register my frustration and my request that this please be an option in the settings.Thanks

Need help to fix calendar/booking issue

I recently signed up to Calendly and integrated 5 different calendars. I’ve set up event types and availability. When I click the booking link for any of my event types, it opens the booking page but automatically shows No Dates Available.  I’ve checked my calendars and there’s no pre-existing bookings or conflicts. The availability settings on my account and events are all correct. The time zones across calendars, Calendly, events is all set to Perth, Australia. There is a 15 minute buffer before and after each event but no limits on number of events. The Invitee can schedule up to 60 days into the future. The calendars appear to be synced properly and they’re all working properly individually. I cannot figure out what is wrong. Please help!

Link showing wrong available times regardless of timezone

Hi! I tested my Calendly link & it is showing different available times (completely) then I set up. I made sure to set up my timezone correctly, and I am opening the link from the phone with the same timing. Also I set up a few different timings during the day (9-12 and 2-4Pm) which do not project in the link neither, it just shows completely unknown schedule.

How do I add a text on the booking form?

Hi,The standard text used for asking the tel number for the SMS is somehow confusing. I have understood that it is not possible possible to edit that text (pain point that should really be fixed some day...)>> Is it possible to just add a text block in the booking, that would allow us to give more information?Exemple:((text block:)) “You have the possiblity to get a reminder prior to our meeting via SMS. To do so, add a tel number here below”.And then, the user would see your standard text asking for the tel number.Thanks!
