How can I allow invitees to apply discount codes to the price of my event/s upon booking?

I am offering package deals for my event types and would like to allow my invitees to book multiple dates for a discounted price. How can I do this?

Is this a glitch? Enforcing default schedule for round robin vs managed event

I use two types of event - round robin and managed events.For round robin, I have edit permissions set to “view only” for my team. Each team member’s default availability is used for the round robin event type and they can’t change this. On their account availability page, the “Active on” option for this event type is turned on and greyed out, and they don’t have the option of turning it off. i.e. default schedule is enforced. For managed events, I have edit permissions off for availability settings. The team member is not able to adjust their availability on the event page type. However, on their account availability page, they are able to turn off default schedule for this event type. When it’s switched off, changes made at the account availability level don’t push through to the event type (as you’d expect). But it’s not possible to go into the event type and make changes directly. For me, it seems rational that if someone is assigned to a managed event and the availability part of

Multiple Group Events with Differing Numbers of Participants

Hi!  I am trying to set up 20 specific dates for group CPR classes.  The classes occur at specific times of the day over a one-month time period.  Some of the dates will need to allow for up to 6 students to select that date.  Other dates need to allow for 12 students.  Students will be given one calendar link and all 20 dates should be available as options so they can select the date for the class they wish to attend, assuming there are still seats/appointment slots available at that date/time.  I’ve read every resource I can find, but I can’t seem to schedule these group events correctly.  Could someone tell me how to proceed step-by-step.  (I’m on the standard plan = $10/month)  Thank you!

Using Calendly for Google Ad Tracking

Hi all, I am beginner here, and have a question. I want to track Google ad performance whenever an appointment is booked using Calendly.  I have seen few very technical (for me) articles, and I am wondering if there is a simple way to do it. One idea I have is to create a Calendly event type dedicated to Google ads, and use that link. So, all booking on the event type are from Google ads. I do not know if it would work - or if there are simpler and direct  methods available. Thanks, Ram

Hello,6 months ago someone asked if you’re able to book different time slots on the one event calendar.As a therapist where appointments can be anywhere between 30-90 mins, this is crucial.Are there any updates on this? Is this going to be a feature anytime soon?Thanks,Anna

Hello, I’m currently working on a project for a website called LESCO Bill (it’s a bill checking service for LESCO users), and I’m trying to set up different calendars for various teams. Each team handles different tasks (e.g., customer support, technical issues, and content updates), and I need to manage them separately within Calendly.I want to know if there’s a way to create separate calendars for each of these teams so I can keep things organized and avoid any scheduling conflicts. Is it possible to have one account handle multiple calendars for different purposes, and how do I make sure they don't overlap?Any advice or step-by-step guides would be greatly appreciated! Robin Round two events with two different host at the same time

Hello, with the Robin Round tool we have two events with two different host at the same time. But the calendar just show one event. The second event at the same time is not available in the calendar tool. So no client can book the second event with the other host.  What can I do?

Wrong Email being populated when accepting other peoples invites

I’m logged in as my main email (XXX@gmail.com), but when I click on someone elses calendly invite, it automatically populates my old work email, which I no longer have access to.  This old work account, is no longer connected to my account.I know I can manually change it, but sometimes when in a rush i forget to, and now that calendar invite never gets to me.

Are there any future plans to offer multiple payment options?

I see that we cannot offer clients multiple options of payment. Are there any plans in the future to add this functionality? I need to offer the option to pay via cash or etransfer after booking as well as both Stripe and Paypal. I have read about routing forms but that is not ideal for my business and the number of events/services I offer.

Log In from Somones Calendar

This is more of a feature request, but when I’m on someone elses calendly account, it’d be great to be able to log in.  Because once I’m logged in I can see which time slots of theirs work with my calendar. Matt

One event for two physical locations with own calendars

Hello dear Calendly community!I’d like to setup an event (“we appraise your car”) for our two locations.The event type & description are the same, but I would like the user to choose from one of the locations. This in itself is possible, but the problem is that the two locations run on two different google calendars. It wouldn’t make sense if user 1 would book a time slot at location 1 and user 2 wouldn’t be able to book the same time slot at location 2.Is there a workaround for that?Currently I use two seperate calendly calendars. It would be way easier if we had to implement only one on our webpage. I wouldn’t have a problem with paying for two seats since two different calendars are used. Thanks in advance!

Calendly sending dozens of event replies

Several of my users are having a problem with others Calendly setups. When my user (User A, office365) uses Calendly to set a meeting with (User B, Google Workspace), it will sometimes send user B dozens of event replies, confirming, denying and marking tentatively. Microsoft blames google and google blames microsoft, but this has happened to a few of my users and only when setting meetings via Calendly. Exchange says these never left our premises, so they must be coming from Calendly. Any ideas of how to prevent this?

Icloud calendar sync no longer possible?

Hello there,I would like to sync my iCloud calendar with Calendly so that Calendly knows when I already have appointments scheduled. However, following these steps, I encounter the problem that iCloud sync is not selectable anywhere. Only Google, Outlook, and Exchange calendar sync options are offered. The same issue arises under Integrations & Apps >> Calendars, where no iCloud sync can be found either.Is there another way to do this?ThanksOliver

Hello, At least three times in the past calendar year all of my events have simply disappeared.  I’ll set up the appointments, then suddenly, they’re gone and I’m getting appointments for times that were once blocked off.  Can you help please?  Thanks.

I’ve been using Calendly for a couple of years and never needed Admin rights to set up a connection to my calendar. Now suddenly Calendly or Microsoft is requiring this. How do I resolve this?“We couldn’t add the Microsoft Teams meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event.”

Times blocked off still showing as available on calendar

I do appreciate having the calendar view back, so thank you. However, when I block off an hour, it shows up as blocked off on both the calendar and date specific hours (great!)When I add a day, or an hour, it shows up in my calendar (great!)But the hour I blocked off still shows up as available to clients for booking.The day I added does not show up as available to clients for booking.I have tried troubleshooting and it doesn’t reveal anything. I have none of my calendars (Outlook, etc) linked to my bookings, either.

iCal and Moleskine Timepage Read Only in Sequoia

Since updating to Mac OS Sequoia, when my customers book through Calendly, I can no longer edit the booking in Moleskine Timepage or Apple iCal. Timepage is my main calendar app and this has become frustrating (the same thing happens on the latest iOS on my phone and iPad. It only happens with Calendly entries though.Jobs are booked via Calendly via a Gmail account and now Gmail is the only way I can edit. But it’s too easy to delete jobs on Gmail.I basically need to cut and paste from the address field to the title of my calendar of I can see at a glance where I am going.Is there a way to turn off Read-Only?Thanks
