How Do I...?

We have a team using round robin bookings. On the scheduler we previously used we were able to search by email and see if a lead had an upcoming meeting already scheduled before reaching out. On Calendly, I can search meetings scheduled with me directly, but need an efficient way for my team and I to check if any of us have been scheduled through round robin. Any suggestions appreciated. If there isn’t a way to do this, we may need to consider returning to our old scheduling tool. 

  I can’t seem to understand why the duration is causing me to not be able to book this event.

I’ve tried a search but didn’t see a solution.  I’ve read the help article suggested by the chat bot, I’ve watched youtube videos on set up.  It looks like on my end Calendly is talking to google, but only one way.A person books via a calendly link I receive the email and that booking shows up in my google calendar.  However, Calendly is allowing people to book times that are taken already.  I’ve attached screenshots to hopefully help.  Setting page:Appointment Booking Landing Page:My Actual work calendar for same day.  Above someone is able to select times ranging from 9am through 10am, however I’ve got entries in google calendar that would result in double bookings and I can’t find a setting to make this a two way communication:I appreciate the help.

Dear Calendly, I am another Calendly user who has been trying to work around the fact that Calendly is not integrated directly with Google My Business. While I understand that I can add Calendly to my Google My Business account, the lack of direct integration means that the very visible BOOK ONLINE BUTTON is unavailable. I understand from reading other posted questions on this subject that Calendly is considering this problem. I would like to have an update on your timeline for Google My Business integration. Following up on this as I’ve seen someone tag on to my now closed post that they would love it:Is there any progress on this? I know savvycal has something like this but it’s only a “suggestion” for the time, which is still better than clients being able to checkerboard my schedule. Can there be an algorithm that the whole day is available, but if a client schedules an 11am then the only two appointments that are now open are a 10am and 12pm? And then if the 10am also gets booked it opens the 9am? It makes sure I don’t have two bookings at opposite ends of my day.Having the ability to cluster bookings would be a huge value add for Calendly and make anyone using it substantially more productive. Several people have booked time with me this week through my “Personal” event. Since I do not use a calendar that syncs with Calendly, I manually adjust the time the calendar shows for those events not booked by Calendly.Otherwise, I expect Calendly to block those slots that people have reserved thru it to prevent overbooking. This is not the case. For example: on SEP13 a meeting was booked at 10AM EDT for SEP 25. The attached screen cap shows that 10am is still showing as available. This is one of several instances.Obviously this is problematic.

I have Calendly synced with google meet. It automatically creates a meeting code when someone books in. Myself & a client join this pre-scheduled meeting. It is only always just me and 1 other person but every time the meeting gives me a count down at 1 hour? Anyone know what could be going wrong? How do I stop this happening?I’ve asked this in the Google Meet help & they say to ask here ...

I’m having two issues with rescheduling: When I go to reschedule on behalf of a client there’s no option to override available times as there is when I book a new meeting.  I can share a rescheduling link with a client via the IOS app. But can’t find a way to do it on the web.Both these things seem like basic bits of functionality that are missing, and make using calendly less than optimal. It’s also pretty annoying that you can view upcoming meeting with a contact through that tab. But you have to go to the meetings tab to actually manage/edit the meeting. It would be great if this informed future updates. 

I have two different types of meetings set up over different days but I can only see one of the meeting types when I select ‘Meetings@. Why is this please?

I have seen the other posts on this but can’t comment to add my voice in too as they have been marked as closed. I just paid an annual payment for Calendly before realising that you can’t add recurring appointments. This is super frustrating and I would not have signed up if I had realised, I see my clients weekly and paid for Standard so they could get reminder texts, but if I schedule them in - they won’t get the text as it only asks for name and email.  This is a huge fault. I will most likely use another software, which sucks as I really enjoy everything else about Calendly.  Can we please get some sort of timeline on this? I see it has been requested for years. 

I’m trying to reschedule an appointment from tonight to tomorrow evening, but my availability won’t update.  I’ve added the additional time to my availability for tomorrow, did the Troubleshoot, cleared my cookies, but the new availability won’t show up when I reschedule.  Any ideas??

Hello!I use Calendly mostly for sales: I have a couple round-robin events with several sales representatives in them, and users can book calls with them using Calendly.It's in the sales people best interest to have the most number of open slots possible, so that leads have more options to choose when booking a call. However, sales calls are quite taxing mentally, so doing more than 3 or 4 in a given day is exhausting.What's the problem? That sometimes a sales representative will get booked 7 calls in a day, because he had 8 different time slots opened, and maybe those reservations came in when he was sleeping or didn't have the phone with him, so he didn't have time to close the remaining spots after he got the first 4-5 reservations. So now he is over-booked.Right now, Calendly let's you establish a max number of reservations of a given event type per day/week/month. However, it doesn't let you establish a limit FOR A GIVEN PERSON.So, what I’m missing is a setting that lets me do some

So I started to make a the scedule. So they can choose when I am available. I did the days, and time. As well it showed me I can change from 60 to 250 days. But than I am stucked. This seems to be a new thing that has been happening in the last month, but when my team logs into my Calendly (oftentimes to create one-time links for an event), they now are being asked for a 2 factor authentication code.We have 2FA turned off but it seems that we are always being asked for this. How do we turn this off so that we truly don’t need to enter a code each time we log in?

Hi AllI run a financial coaching business and currently send clients one booking link for financial coaching sessions. The issue I’m facing is that my own availability is limited, and I’m now bringing on another coach.What I’d like to do is keep using the same central event link as its already integrated with B2B Client marketing materials, but have it display availability from multiple coaches’ calendars. That way, if I’m not available, clients can still see open times with another coach — without needing to use separate links.Is this possible in Calendly? Can two or more coaches share the same booking link so clients can choose from whichever coach has availability?

I would love for there to be an option that basically flips the current date/time selection process and have the ability to “Find next date with availability at X:XX time”. Sometimes people have limited time slots (lunch breaks, after school pick ups, etc) and they want to see when the next available appointment slot for a specific time would be - it would avoid having to click through many dates to find a particular time slot.

I would love to see two meeting page additions to help streamline communications. I work in education and my students are...teenagers and are not very adept at email use (yet). I would love to see a first addition of “Resend Meeting Invite/Details” button added. Kids/parents lose or cannot find the confirmation email so it would be great to be able to ad hoc send that instead of waiting for automations to run. Secondly - I would love a request to rebook button that is a middle ground of the two button options currently available. Currently I can either reschedule for them (me picking the times) or cancel completely (they don’t get prompted to rebook). This 3rd option would cancel an upcoming meeting but instead of outright cancelling - it would immediately ask them to pick a new time in the email or notice.  

I have always used my outlook add-in extension to send booking links to individuals.  Recently the updated meeting types are not showing in the drop down.   If i open Calendly on the desktop, i see the correct meetings, but the outlook extension showing previously deleted and not the full list.

We are a mobile service business.  We’d like to use a map routing system to plan our route for the following day for efficiency.  Is it possible for someone to reserve the date and not a time?  We would let them know the day before what time we will be there based on where they are on our route.
