Hello,I manage two separate sales campaigns and would like to set up two different Calendly event types, each connected to a different Gmail calendar.Here is my setup: I have two Gmail calendars (Calendar A and Calendar B). Each calendar has different availability schedules. I want: Event Type A to check availability only from Calendar A Event Type B to check availability only from Calendar B Each event link will be used in a different marketing/sales campaign. I personally manage both Calendly events. Internally, my sales team will manage their own schedules directly in their respective Gmail calendars. The goal is for Calendly to to allow both calendars booked based on availabilit

Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with a Round Robin event type and hoping someone can clarify the expected behavior or offer a workaround.The Setup: We use a Round Robin event type for our sales team. Under the Event Type settings > Hosts and Invitees > Round robin settings, we have explicitly selected: "Use same host as original meeting" for reschedules. The Action: When a host needs to reschedule a meeting, they sometimes go directly into their connected Google Calendar and edit the event (changing the day/time using the pencil icon) instead of using the Calendly dashboard. The Issue: When the 2-way sync kicks in, Calendly cancels the original event with the system reason: "Rescheduled from connected calendar event". It then creates a booking for the new time slot.

Even though my gmail, google calendar and google meet are all connected, there is no Google Meet link generated and added to the meetings. Does anyone know how to solve this? 

The original creator of the link has passed on and I cant log in to see who has booked times.  How do I change admin ? 

Hello All,  I have a email chain where i am needing to access my account and unable to do so at this time. I am trying to access my paid account to be changed to a working email of mine. However the transfer of emails have not be completed and no status report whatsoever.  I have been emailing since Feb. 13th to access this account and change emails/ add an additional admin. I have followed up 3 additional times with no response. How to escalate as i'm paying for the subscription with an not being able to log in to access my account.

Hi, I created two events at specific times on two days in March. This allowed me to book 15-minute meetings in the first event and 10-minute meetings in the second.Everything went well, but a few days ago the available slots disappeared, and it's no longer possible to book appointments. What happened? How can I fix it? Thanks. 

Hi, thereMy account is in Portuguese. Fine. However, the confirmation e-mail sent to my possible client arrives mainly in English, with only the core in Portuguese. Is it possible to change it? The time is confusing for Brazilians (AM PM).  

Can Calendly send my secretary and another clerical employee copies of my scheduled appointments?

Hello Calendly Support Team,I’m experiencing an issue with one of my scheduled events that appears to be a syncing anomaly.A meeting with Avyaan Maniar scheduled for February 26 at 3:00 PM is visible within Calendly, but it does not appear on my Google Calendar. My account is connected and auto-sync utilities are enabled, so the event should have automatically populated.At this time: The event exists in Calendly. It does not appear on my Google Calendar. I am unsure whether it is correctly reflected on the invitee’s calendar. This is urgent, as it may result in a no-show due to the missing calendar entry.Could you please: Confirm whether this is a known syncing issue? Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue with a Phone Call event type.Here’s my setup: Event Type: One-on-One (30 minutes) Location: Phone Call Under “How will you get in touch?” I selected “Require invitee’s phone number” No custom phone question added under Invitee Questions Tested in Incognito mode However, invitees are still able to book the meeting without entering a phone number.Additional details: The event shows a “Select location” dropdown Only Phone Call appears selected in settings The required phone option is enabled (see screenshot)   Has anyone experienced this? Is there a hidden setting that overrides the phone requirement?

Any reason why there is not a way to change the URL on routing forms? That would be a nice quality of life change if we can change the routing form url to say a company name and not a random url that we cannot change 

Hello!I noticed a small bug in the Phone Field in Routing Forms.Basically, even though the field correctly detects my country, it doesn’t automatically add the country code, just the +. So when the user starts writing his phone number on it, he is forced to first write his or her country code. Otherwise, it will change the country.I’ve recorded a quick video showing what I mean:https://www.loom.com/share/ca2d72c96fef433c9c879912aad6c43aThe same issue happens with the Phone Field in regular scheduling forms: the user’s country is pre-selected, but the country code is not pre-filled. I have set a global limit for 6 meetings daily.However I want to set 1 seperate meeting for emergencies. This is outside of the timeframe I have set for normal meetings. But I want that this stay available even when 6 meetings on that day are already booked. Unfortunately I cannot ignore the global limit within the event.AI suggest I use a separate account for the emergency meeting but I would prefer to do this in 1 account. Any ideas on how to set up?

Quand je tape du texte dans la case description, il s'efface automatiquement … Aucun moyen de faire une phrase et de sauvegarder. Ce n' est pas un problème de localisation car j'ai bien trouvé l'endroit mais plutôt que le texte ne se sauvegarde pas. MerciDamien

My autorenew doesn’t work so I need to manually pay. I am late this month as I've been really busy. I can’t find the invoice to pay manually…. I can see last month’s however there doesn’t seem to be one for this month visible there under the billing area. How can I view this. Oh, I also got a txt message saying my account was cancelled. It should be easier than this to reactivate!  I decided I would upgrade, just to renew, but even that didn’t work…….Appreciate guidance on what to do next…. maybe I should create a new account????

My company changed my email from  [removed by moderator] and I am locked out I accidently started a new account but I really need it switched

Based on the search history on this platform, this issue has been brought up by others, but it doesn’t look like Calendly as implemented anything to help as of yet.  It would be extremely helpful to be able to block someone (via email / phone number) from booking an appointment.  I have had instances where people are abusing the booking link / booking process, and I don’t want them to be able to book again in the future.  I’m sure I speak for the majority of your customers in asking if this be something you all could kindly look into implementing.  Thank you.

We had purchased paid subscription paln almost a week ago. we are trying to reach to support team since the paid plan has not reflected in our account. because of which our business is suffering. We had sent so many support tickets. no fruitful reply. and none of our supoort ticket shows in open tickets also. what should we do. we had already paid for 1 month standard subscription plan 

I have been searching for the account settings tab as per my suggested resolution but I cannot seem to find it anywhere on the website. I am not getting an integration with my google calendar. That is what I want to do. My scheduling times are showing available when they are not. Thank you. 

My company has meetings where the host and multiple invitees are required for the meeting to occur. I set up managed group meetings because I thought that would help with scheduling the meeting.However, the group meeting allows any one of the invitees to schedule a meeting without including the others. So I am looking to connect the meeting poll feature with the managed group meeting. The intent is that a meeting (with that group meeting information and limitations) can be scheduled without re-typing the meeting information every time a poll is created.Is there any way to set up a meeting poll using a previously-created meeting type, or a way to select a previously-created meeting type when setting up the meeting poll?

As a Calendly Admin, I have set up a number of managed events.Individuals use a managed event to schedule. When they use those managed events to Create and Share single-use links, I’d like to be able to customize the prepopulated email content. Currently, it’s very generic and it would be great to be able to customize that email content for all individuals who Share single-use links for that event type.
