Trying to figure out how to do that thing? We can help.

I see there was a question asked 2 years ago about HIPAA compliance. I’m wondering if Calendly has reconsidered adopting a BAA so that clinicians may use the platform for clients. Thanks!
I’ve booked a meeting via a poll, but now may need to reschedule. I would like to see the original results to see if another time worked for the group.
I'm experiencing an issue with my Google Calendar integration. My Google Calendar is connected, and Calendly is successfully checking my availability to prevent double bookings. However, new bookings are no longer being added to my Google Calendar. The issue started today. Everything was working correctly yesterday, but now multiple bookings have been created in Calendly without appearing in my Google Calendar. Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already completed:Disconnected and reconnected my Google Calendar integration more than 10 times. Verified that Google Calendar is connected. Verified that Google Meet is connected. Confirmed that bookings appear in Calendly. Refreshed Google Calendar and checked all calendars. Tested with multiple new bookings, and none of them synced to Google Calendar.Since Calendly is still checking my availability correctly, it appears that the integration can read my Google Calendar but is failing to create events.Could you please check the sync logs fo
I am a therapist. At the end of the session, I want to already book the next session. Because it is more convenient for my client and also because I am more certain that he or she will come back.I used to do this from the meetings page by using the link ‘schedule new meeting’, so I just had to choose a date and all data was pre-filled in the form. This link is now no longer available and it seems that the ‘book follow-up meeting’ is not yet available as the current event is not finished.
Hi everyone,I’m considering using Calendly Notetaker for my professional calls, but I’d like to clarify one practical point.Does Calendly Notetaker work properly with calls held in Italian?I’m mainly referring to transcription, conversation summaries, and action items.I’ve seen that some Calendly AI features seem to be mainly available in English, but I’d like to know if anyone has direct experience using it with Italian-speaking calls. Does it work reasonably well, or would it be better to use another tool? Thanks in advance to anyone who can share their experience.
Hello,I run a home-services business and we provide in-home sales and services. Customers reach out to us and we send a rep to their house. We cover a large metro area (DFW). As a result, our reps only cover areas that they generally live near as it can take 2+ hours to drive across the greater DFW metroplex. I’d like the ability to create service areas, or territories, and assign different reps to those territories. If a guest user’s address falls within a territory I only want to show calendars for rep’s that are assigned that territory.I have read a similar topic in these forums that is a few years old and some workarounds were suggested, but those don’t really work in our use case and the workaround suggested are clunky and I can imagine a pain to maintain. Is there no way to account for this use case other than some clunky workarounds?
My email confirmations of clients’ bookings are now showing the name of someone I booked in with, rather than my name. How on earth did this happen And how do I change it back to show my name?
Hello,I have a Business Calendly account. Is it better to install the Kit App or use my external Calendly Account. When I install the Kit Calendly app it does not give me the option to link my business account.Thank you
I need to speak with a real person to get my availability working. The chat box doesnt work on the multiple browsers and devices I have tried
Hi, As others have requested previously, please create a feature to randomly eliminate x% of available open slots to make us look busy. It’s not a good look when you’re too available. The work around of focus blocks is a complete waste of time since I would need to do it for every week, varying the times the focus blocks happen to make sure the prospect does not pick up on what we are doing.
How can I get the meeting length to be included in the email notification* that’s sent to me (host)? *the email notification sent to the host immediately after booking. I already know how to edit the notification sent to the invitee. Do I have to create a custom workflow? Will that override the original notification to host, or would I then receive 2 emails for every new booking? Thanks for your help!
I couldn’t find the new Meetings page until I realised it has suddenly been renamed Calendar. The page used to be called Scheduled Events, which made sense because you can create events in Calendly that aren’t meetings. Then it became Meetings, which I accepted because that’s probably how most people use Calendly. But now it’s called Calendar. Why?This page is simply a list of the meetings and events my contacts have scheduled using Calendly. My calendar is synced with Calendly, but this isn’t my calendar.Perhaps you intend for the Meetings tab within Contacts to replace the old Meetings page. If that’s the case, I’d gently point out that the Meetings tab is still missing some essential functionality that the previous page had—examples have already been discussed on this thread and in my post here.If the broader vision is still evolving, that’s all the more reason to wait before renaming the page. Calling it Calendar now feels premature, because there’s nothing about the page yet that j
Calendly used to allow me a setting to treat ALL my Outlook Tentative meetings as “Available” for someone to schedule a Calendly meeting with me. This was great! I set all my Outlook meetings that are “low priority; attend if you can” to Tentative. And Calendly would treat all of them as Free so that external people could select that time and “book over” my internal meeting. Perfect! 😃 And there is a Help Center topic that suggests I can still do that (see screenshot of 2026-07-08 in USA). But now it seems I have to individually set meetings by name in order for Calendly to book over them. Or else I need to set my Outlook RSVP to “Free” which confuses the internal meeting organizers: am I attending or not? Is there still a way to indicate “Treat Tentative meetings as Free” for ALL my Outlook meetings in Calendly? If not, this is a significant downgrade to my workflow. 😥
Provide the option to block individuals (via email or phone) from booking appointments. It is frustrating when people fail to show up and then book another appointment.
Hello,I need help with an account ownership issue. One of my clients wanted to share their Calendly account with me. However, by mistake, they sent me a link that resulted in them becoming the owner of my Calendly account instead of sharing theirs with me.As a result, I am no longer the owner of my own account. This is preventing me from using certain API endpoints and managing my account correctly.I would like to revoke my client's ownership/access and restore myself as the owner of my Calendly account.Has anyone experienced this before, or can someone from the Calendly team help me resolve this issue?Thank you in advance.
Is there a way to decrease the amount of screen space that the Calendly Notetaker uses during a Teams Meeting? It takes up a space the size of another participant’s face on the screen. Couldn't Calendly indicate the presence of Notetaker with something smaller?By the way, I love Notetaker. I just recently learned - almost by mistake - that the feature was already included in my level of subscription. I’ve used it ever since and prefer it over MS Teams notes or several other tools I’ve looked at. I just would love it more if it wasn’t such a screen hog!
I would like to make a day as unavailable across multiple event types without having to go into each event type.
Am I right in thinking that Calendly will not show my bookings from Google Calendar - I’ve ‘synced’ my Google accounts inside Calendly, and I’ve made sure on Google Calendar that my bookings are down as busy. This is pretty grim isn’t it?
I’m using Zapier to automate saving meeting recaps to a spreadsheet on our company’s SharePoint site, however unlike the other meeting settings, there is not an option for Organization as the source. This means that my automation is limited to meetings where my Notetaker is included. Is there a workaround that anyone is aware of? I also saw something about automatically sending recaps to a specific email address, but it appears that feature is not yet available to everyone. Thanks!
This topic has come up before but the staff responders seem to think the current voucher discount code feature is enough. This response shows that calendly don’t understand the actual full benefits of gift card implementation. The idea is that that an end user customer (our customers) can *either* book a paid event in the normal way, *or* buy a voucher which can later be redeemed when booking a paid event.A gift card is essentially a single-use voucher with 100% off for an event. You already offer the ability to manually create single-use 100% off vouchers. The missing piece of the puzzle is that user’s can’t buy these via calendly. So if I want to offer gift vouchers for my sessions, the process becomes clunky and manual, rather than automatic. The customer has to email or message me to ask to buy one, I have to take payment in another (more awkward) way, manually create the code in calendly’s interface, then send them the code. This clearly reduces sales, because many customers don’t want
thanks
Hello everyone,I would like to check whether it is possible to involve a second person in selected meetings while remaining on the Standard plan. What we need is for the second person to receive the relevant booking notifications and updates, including confirmations, cancellations, reschedules, and the information needed to join the event.I assume this is what Calendly would define as adding a co-host. Could you please clarify:Is this possible on the Standard plan?Would this need to be set up as a Collective meeting?Or is there another recommended way to ensure the second person is included in all meeting updates and joining details? Thank you!
Hello. I have a question about scheduling appointments with someone who’s already in my contact list.Whenever I try to schedule an appointment myself with someone in my contacts, the app always asks me to enter their phone number, even though it’s already saved in their contact information. Also, the U.S. area code is always preselected, so I have to scroll through the country codes to find my country’s flag (France). A colleague who works in a nearby office doesn’t experience this issue. For him, the app automatically adds the phone number with the French country code. That seems more logical to me. How can I set the French country code as the default and have the phone numbers of clients already in my contacts pre-filled when I schedule an appointment? Thank you for your help.
