I have recently upgraded to the Standard Plan but I’m struggling with having my current 3 schedules making specific dates available that is meant for each schedule. It shows the exact same days and times available for each schedule as I want each schedule to be different as it’s created for a specific group of clients
Can anyone give me good detailed information on how to connect my Google Calendar and all other calendars to my Calendly So that people aren’t double booking on my link when I am scheduled to have meetings on other people‘s calendars. Calendly keeps giving me the same information as going to settings and scheduling then calendars and I’m not even offered those options
At present I have to create new events in my calendar to show what availability I have given in Calendly, because the slots I have given as available in Calendly do not appear in my linked Google Calendar. Only booked appointments appear in my Google Calendar. This means that in order to avoid clashes I have to manually update my own calendar every time I update my availability in Calendly. Could there be two different types of events that are sent to the linked Google Calendar: available slots and booked meetings?
When my clients schedule meetings, they show up as [Their name] and [My name] in the title in Outlook. But often they are scheduling meetings for someone else (an EA scheduling for the CEO, for example). I want to change it so that they can set whatever title they want instead of this default. Is there a way to do that?Second, how can I change the titles for meetings arleady scheduled. When I’ve adjusted the title in Outlook previously, it automatically defaulted back to the original [Their name] and [My name] format.
I do contracts and invoices outside of calendly, and I’d like to be able to give clients a meeting package after contracting with me. I don’t want to make them pay with Calendly, though, and it seems impossible to set the package cost to $0.
Is there a number to call for technical support? I tried to click on Zoom links through my calendar and it says that it’s not integrated with Calendly, so I go to the integration’s page and then it says that my zoom is connected. Also, when I clicked on a meeting for today, it says error. Does anyone know why I will get that message?
Hello, I receive my Calendly notifications on Mail, on a MacBook. The content is white on a white background so I can’t read it directly. I have to paste it on Word. Can I solve this ?Thanks
I am growing my coaching business and I really need to be able to book executive clients for a series 8 to 12 sessions upfront. Asking them to do this themselves is becoming too burdensome on my very busy leadership clients. I feel unprofessional trying to answer why the service I use for booking doesn’t allow this feature while others do. I see a post on running this through Zapier but, in addition to the cumbersome 20+ steps and testing laid out in that post, I would lose the benefits of reminder emails/texts to these busy clients.I am considering moving my scheduling to another platform before my business grows any larger. I’ve found posts 2+ years old from Calendly saying this is a known issue and they’re working on it, but there’s still no built-in solution. What exactly is the hold-up? What aspect of integrating a recurrence feature makes this so difficult to implement? As a former product manager, understanding this will allow me to be more understanding and patient with Calend
I have not changed a single thing on my account or events, but my clients are not getting a single confirmation or notification, which means they can’t access the link for our meeting. This has happened alongside other major issues all at once and right after Calendly made a bunch of changes. Can someone please help?

My “secret” Event Types DO NOT SHOW on my listing. Only the clone shows. I thought this might be due to downgrading but the AI response said it was not.calendly.com/NiamoTheHealMobile No longer works but bumps up against a message of unavailability. See attached. This has been going on for a long time. I was wondering why NO ONE had tried to make an appointment. Once I realized the problem I started sending people the clone link. A work-around is to make the clone match my calendly URL. Is this possible?
Hi,I got a warning from Paypal that IPNs sent to https://calendly-billing.chargebee.com/payment_gateways/paypal_ipn?id=xxxxxx (ID xxed out for security reasons) are not being processed. I should ask the service provider. What does this mean? Can you help? Thanks,Pisamai
Calendly is asking for a text verification code from the invitee after i book someone, if i click skip and don't do the text verification, the workflows WONT WORK. I depend on Calendly heavily and had two appointments today not get reminders and i was not able to run cause they forgot. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and it is COSTING ME MONEY.
Hi Team, if possible I would find it helpful if the teams meetings my recipients set up could also be set to automatically transcribe. Right now after a Calendly event is booked, I need to manually go in to the Teams meeting settings and set it to transcribe. Thanks!
I want to set a date range for a specific client. When I save or copy and send the link to my client, it doesn’t work. Please help!
Bonjour !est-il possible d’ajouter une réunion/un rendez-vous dans l’application « Calendrier » d’iOS, depuis Calendly, sans avoir à tout retaper manuellement ? merci d’avance !
I want opt text sms to invitee and host what I do
Hello Calendly community,I identified these needs from Calendly users:tracking is highly important for users putting money in ads (meta ads, google ads) to get meetings booked. attribution is often an issue depending on the Calendly integration chosen by the user. even if you send postMessage events, these events don't contain any context from the invitee/meeting => can't get user data aka what ads platforms ask for.In this context, I have recently worked on a workflow involving Google Tag Manager Web/Server and the Calendly embedded iframe which is I think the best tracking system you can get.Things to be aware of:this setup requires Google Tag Manager Server aka a server-side setup. this setup gives you access to click IDs attribution (gclid, fbclid, etc.), 3rd party cookies and also user data entered from the user => aka the 3 pieces of information required by ads platforms for the most accurate attribution. Here a schema of the architecture:To fully understand the architecture
I’m curious how other photographers handle scheduling consultations with potential wedding clients. For us, there can be a lot of back-and-forth when trying to find a suitable time for couples, especially when they are comparing different photographers or planning a wedding from another city.Do you use Calendly or another scheduling tool to let clients choose available consultation times themselves?I’m also interested in knowing whether photographers use separate booking links for initial consultations, engagement sessions, and wedding-day planning calls. What scheduling setup has worked best for your photography business?
Most of my meetings are in-person. Has anyone tried using Notetaker for In-Person meetings? How did it work? Is there a way for the Calendly team to optimize Notetaker for In-Person meetings?
Hi, community, I have tried sett calendar for specific days and hour but them not show in my calendar. For example, I setted my calendar from september 7 to 11, meeting just from 13 to 17 hours however, them not visible in my calendar. Thanks for you help.
How do disconnect Outlook when I no longer have access to that Outlook account?
Hi everyone,I'm hoping to learn how others are handling this.I own a professional organizing and productivity business, and many of my clients have ADHD or other executive functioning challenges. As part of my service, I frequently schedule appointments for clients while we're together, rather than asking them to complete the booking themselves.I recently discovered that although SMS reminders are enabled for my event type, they won't send unless the invitee has completed Calendly's SMS consent flow.I completely understand why consent requirements exist. My question is about the workflow. In my case, removing that automatic reminder creates additional friction for exactly the population I'm trying to support. The reminder isn't marketing. It's an accessibility support that helps clients remember appointments.A few questions:How are other businesses handling this? Has anyone built a reliable workaround using Twilio, Zapier, or another SMS provider? Has anyone found a good workflow when t
I’m curious how other businesses are using Calendly beyond simply letting people choose a meeting time. For example, do you use routing forms, custom questions, or different event types to collect information before someone books a call?I’d especially like to hear what workflows have worked well for:qualifying leads before sales calls directing different types of prospects to the right person reducing no-shows collecting useful information before the meetingWhat setup has worked best for you, and is there any Calendly feature you think makes a big difference?
I sell sessions in packs — a client buys 10, then books them one at a time over a few months. Last week I genuinely lost track of whether one client had 2 or 3 sessions left in her pack, and ended up just giving her the extra one rather than get into it.I found the "Offering a Series or Package of Events" thread (now closed for replies) — the redirect/daisy-chain workaround is great for pushing someone straight to their next booking, but it doesn't seem to track how many they've got left if they're not booking every session back-to-back.For anyone selling packs on Calendly: how are you actually keeping count day to day? A separate spreadsheet next to Calendly? A different tool altogether? Curious what's actually working versus what people gave up on.
