Allowing extra access to certain people

Is there a way to give certain people access to schedule over blocked time?  For example - I block chunks of time so that I don’t over-schedule myself, but there are certain clients I would like to be able to schedule over those blocked times.  Like giving certain people super scheduling access.

Schedule an event from API

I'm writing to see if you can help me.I'm currently working on integrating Calendly with a mobile app and website. For this I am using the Calendly API with great results so far.I have an account with an organization and a user invited to that account.I am trying to find in the API document the query to make in order to schedule an appointment for that user based on a certain event.Now I can access the user's data and their available times, but I can't find the query to schedule an event.I hope you can help me with my problem to find the information I need in the documentation.Thank you so much

Connected Calendars are not preventing overlap of booked meetings

Hi there, I have two connected calendars in my account that are both mine and somehow events from one email keep being able to be booked over events from the other calendar. I have the “Check for conflicts” set up covering both emails so am not sure why this is happening. Please help since this affects setting expectations with clients when I need to reschedule them manually due to this. Here’s a screenshot showing how they are connected: And here’s a screenshot from Google Calendar showing the overlap happening where green is the gmail address and the blue is my personal domain address.  Thanks!Adamwww.adamwbarney.com

Can I set up a workflow to send client docs only upon their Initial meeting scheduling

I work as a counselor and would like to use a workflow for new clients when they schedule their very first meeting. Is there a way that Calendly can recognize the user who is booking events so that they could get a more unique first-time email that has different contents than a recurring event booking workflow or reminder email?

How can add additional guests after the meeting is scheduled?

I cannot find any way to do this.  If someone is left off the invite, rather than forwarding the invite, I’d like to add them to the invite so it sends them reminders.

Buffers

I created a buffer of 1hr before an event and 30 min after an event.  I have an event from 3-4pm.  Why is 230pm show as available (if someone schedules at 230, then the meeting would go to 3pm at which time there is already an event scheduled = no buffer time at all)Also, I scheduled 30 min buffer AFTER an event...for the same day as above, 5pm is the next available (not 430pm) What is the logic here….I checked my settings again, it’s for 60min BEFORE an event and 30 min AFTER an event.

Location

How does an invite include a specific location, a unique location?  For example, I’m using a platform called riverside.fm. Each interview  address is unique because each is a one-time use. Where do I put the link and how does Calendly know what and how to include in an invite?  If I create an invite, do I add to each one by one?

Ich hoffe, dass mir hier jemand auf deutsch weiterhelfen kann, mit meinen Englischkünsten komme ich an meine Grenzen. Ich habe ein Ereignis erstellt, Dauer pro Person eine halbe Stunde, Puffer sollte 5 Minuten sein. Nun werden mir aber so viele Zeiten geblockt, die nicht gebucht werden können, dass ich hier bald eine Krise bekomme. Kann mir irgend jemand sagen, wie ich diesen Puffer wieder raus bekomme? Ich habe ihn inzwischen auf 0 Minuten gesetzt aber das ändert anscheinend nichts. Ich habe auch im Google Kalender die geblockten Zeiten auf Verfügbar gestellt, ändert aber auch nichts. Was mache ich jetzt??

iCal integration

Both myself and my college have Calendly calendars and each is connected to a respective iCal shared calendar. When a meeting is added to either Calendly calendar, it is appropriately added to the correct iCal calendar. But In iCal, when I move a calendar event from 1 shared calendar to the other, the change is not reflected on either Calendly calendar.Please advise.Thank you.Kent

Scheduling event in Main and Shared calendar in Google (Interviews)

Hello,Our Recruitment team currently utilizes Calendly to schedule interviews between Candidates and Hiring Managers. Once a Candidate books a slot, the event is automatically added to the Hiring Manager's Google calendar.(For context:Internally, we rely on Google shared Calendars to have a comprehensive overview of all ongoing Interviewing activities. Shared calendars are hosted under the main personal calendar. Additionally, we use Greenhouse as an Applicant Tracking System) However, I would like to ask if there is a possibility for a scheduled event to be automatically added to both the Hiring Manager's calendar and the shared calendar?

How to avoid invitees of selecting time slots but to accept a given time slot?

Instead of letting invitees to select time slots I need to send emails to them directly with a given time slot. Or else can we send a single use scheduling link with a single given time slot? The thing is I need to do them programmatically using the API.  I searched in the api documentation but couldn’t find a solution for this. Please help...

No Show Workflow

I am interested in creating a workflow that messages no shows a rebooking link or a message about the missed meeting.We have traditionally done this manually. I don’t see a workflow for no shows. Does anyone know of a work around?Thank you!

How to integrate different appointment types and calendars into one master page?

Hi, I’m wondering how to display all the different types of appointment I offer into a master page so I don’t create a conflict. Also to include my own google calendar into the mix?t  It’s connected, but calendly does not seem to consider what’s in it. Also, I’m not talking about booked appointments, just appointments offered - they’re different kinds - and I can’t see them on the same page. Makes the process super tedious: I actually have to use a paper calendar to put the different blocks on it to make sure I don’t create a conflict. Is there a way to do this more efficiently? I would certainly hope so. Thanks for your help!
