Right now you can only select Notetaker to join, one of the following. I’d like to add a fourth option and allow us to pick both 3 & 4. all meetings meetings with people outside your company meetings scheduled via Calendly MY SUGGESTION: meetings HOSTED by people outside your company

I'm a coach who works with clients on an ongoing weekly or biweekly basis, and I'd love to share a workflow challenge that I suspect affects many coaches, therapists, tutors, and other service professionals.I recently spent considerable time evaluating Calendly and Acuity, and while Calendly offers some functionality I really appreciate, I've encountered two limitations that become particularly problematic when combined.1. No recurring appointment seriesI typically reserve approximately 16 weeks of appointments for my ongoing clients. Because Calendly doesn't support creating a recurring series, I have to manually book each appointment individually.2. SMS consent is required for every individual bookingWhen I book appointments on behalf of clients, Calendly requires them to opt in to SMS reminders separately for each appointment, even if they've already consented for previous appointments. This means that when I schedule 16 weeks of sessions, my client could receive 16 separate SMS opt-

I have calendly set to round robin and also equal distribution for my 2 closers. The setting team has booked 10 closing calls this week and 7 of them have gone to 1 closer and 3 to the other. I read that with equal distribution on it will optimise to no more than 3 more per person - but what it doesnt tell us is over what timeline? is this weekly/monthly or somethign else? Is there a way to set this myself to weekly? The guide is minimal on context in and around equal distrbution settings so would appreciate some help here. Thanks

I’m creating a new thread because there are already multiple posts from customers dealing with the same problem, and this deserves more visibility.SMS Workflows are one of the main reasons we pay for Calendly. We rely on texts because email notifications get missed or filtered to spam, and SMS is what allows clients to actually see appointment notifications and confirm attendance.Calendly changed that by adding a separate SMS opt-in/verification step after the appointment is scheduled. If the client misses that message, doesn’t recognize it, or doesn’t complete the extra step, the SMS Workflows we are paying for simply do not reach them. That is not a small change. It materially reduces the usefulness of a paid feature. What makes it worse is that I received no meaningful advance notice. This happened right around our annual renewal. Had we been told ahead of time that a major part of our workflow was about to change, we could have evaluated alternatives before renewing or migrated befor

Hi, I build a booking flow for a client on the Standard plan. A user scoped webhook subscription listens for invitee.created and invitee.canceled, and our server books the paid session from invitee.created.Three questions:What delivery delay should we expect for invitee.created in normal operation? Is the retry schedule still 24 hours with back off (as in the Dec 2023 staff post), and what happens to an event after the last retry? When a subscription is disabled after failed deliveries, is there any alert (an email or an API field), or must we poll GET /webhook_subscriptions to find out? Thanks.

Hello team, I noticed that the “Forgot Password” button is not working as expected. I would like to report this issue because users may have difficulty resetting their passwords and regaining access to their accounts. Expected behavior: When I click the “Forgot Password” button, I should be redirected to the password reset page or shown a password recovery form. I should be able to enter my registered email address and receive a password reset link. I should receive an appropriate confirmation or error message.  Currently, when the forgot password is clicked on https://login.calendly.com/, only the # is added to the url (“https://login.calendly.com/#”). Request: I would appreciate it if you could investigate and fix this issue so that I can use the password recovery feature without any problems. Thank you.

Does anyone know how to make a second option to purchase several sessions at once at a lower price (payment through stripe). For the life of me I can’t figure it out.

British Columbia has adopted permanent UTC−7 beginning November 1, 2026. This is already an issue for anyone scheduling Calendly appointments that take place after that date.During my testing, I confirmed that Calendly is continuing to treat British Columbia as part of “Pacific Time – US & Canada”, which follows U.S. Pacific daylight saving rules. For example, I scheduled a 9:00 AM meeting in British Columbia for November 6, 2026. The booking page correctly showed 9:00 AM, but the event was added to my Google Calendar as 10:00 AM.I’ve reported this to Calendly Support, and they’ve confirmed that this is not expected behavior and that it’s been escalated to their product and engineering teams for investigation.I’m posting here because this affects anyone scheduling appointments with people in British Columbia after November 1, 2026, not just my account. If you’re in British Columbia, or regularly schedule meetings with people in British Columbia, I recommend testing a booking after No

What happened to the lovely monthly calendar where I used to be able to see my availability for a month at a time? It was the only layout that made sense to my very visual brain. Has the path changed, or is it gone?

Hello everyone,For several days, the booking form is broken on Safari when an event offers Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams as a location option. I first noticed it on my own inline embed, then tested several other websites using Calendly: the problem is everywhere. What happensAt the "Enter details" step, the location icon (Google Meet, Zoom or Teams) is rendered at a huge size and overlaps the fields below it (the phone number field in my case). Clients can't properly select a meeting type, and in practice many of them simply can't book.EnvironmentAffected: Safari on macOS and Safari on iOS/iPadOS (same WebKit engine) Not affected: Chrome and Firefox, desktop and mobile Safari version tested: 27.0 (22625.1.29.11.27)Steps to reproduceOpen any Calendly booking page or inline embed whose event offers Google Meet, Zoom or Teams as a location Pick a date and a time On the "Enter details" step, look at the location choicesMeasurements (Safari accessibility tree)"Google Meet" radio butto

Hi,I’m a Czech web developer and Calendly user. I’ve recently implemented Calendly on my Czech-language website and noticed that Czech is not currently available for the booking interface.I’d like to suggest adding Czech localization. Calendly is used by freelancers and businesses in the Czech Republic, and having the booking flow fully localized would make the experience significantly more natural for Czech-speaking clients.I’m a native Czech speaker and web developer, so I’d also be happy to help with translating and reviewing the Czech localization if your product team is interested. Thanks!

I’ve been locked out of my paid Calendly account for more than 48 hours and have yet to receive assistance from a human support representative. My company recently rebranded, and I renamed my existing Google Workspace primary email address. The underlying Google account remains unchanged, but Calendly continues to associate my paid account with the previous email address. When I attempt to sign in through Google using my updated email, Calendly displays an error stating that no account exists. My original account is still recognized under the previous email address, and I can still receive emails there, but I cannot authenticate through Google Sign-In.Here’s what I’ve done so far:Contacted Calendly Support approximately 48 hours ago (Ticket #4075502). Received an automated response acknowledging that human intervention was required. Followed up requesting escalation to a human support representative. Contacted Calendly’s Billing department separately. Attempted to access this community,

I’ve disabled notetaker and reabled it. NO luck. It doesn’t even attend meetings when I manually add it.

Hello,I am using Calendly Standard together with a WordPress/Elementor website. The booking itself works correctly. A user can choose a time, complete the booking, and Calendly confirms the appointment successfully. For the relevant event type, I have configured:After booking → Redirect to an external sitewith this URL:https://mathematik-lernen.com/termin-bestaetigt/The redirect URL has been saved correctly in Calendly. The target page exists in WordPress and is publicly accessible. However, after a successful booking, Calendly still remains on its own confirmation page and does not redirect to the external URL.This happens both on iPad and Mac/Desktop.Could you please clarify the official recommended solution for this setup?Does external redirect work reliably with an embedded Calendly booking form? Does the redirect need to be configured separately for each event type? Are there any restrictions with WordPress/Elementor embeds? Is there a specific embed method required for redirect-after

Has anyone found a reliable way to trigger an automation when someone submits a Calendly routing form but doesn’t complete the booking? I’d like to follow up with those leads without manually checking which submissions never turned into meetings.

I am having problems with my Calendly account not connecting to my apple calendar.  I cannot link to iCloud either as it is asking for an app specific password.  This has resulted in clients not being able to book any services with me.

Hello Calendly Support, When a user tries to sign in through SSO, the response comes back with the Identifier (Entity ID) of another application, the Calendly enterprise application, instead of the custom enterprise application we configured in Entra ID. The SAML response therefore does not match what is expected (Audience / ACS URL / certificate) and the sign-in fails. We are setting up SAML SSO between our Calendly organization and Microsoft Entra ID (AMPLI Mutuelle tenant), and we are running into an issue at sign-in.Symptom:After completing the SAML configuration, when a user tries to sign in through SSO, the response comes back with the Identifier (Entity ID) of another application, the Calendly enterprise application, instead of the custom enterprise application we configured in Entra ID. As a result, the SAML response does not match what is expected (Audience / ACS URL / certificate) and the sign-in fails. Best regards

Hi, I IT at a University, I was approached by a school that has a Calendly instance that is not connected to Salesforce asking if they could get connected. The issue is that we already have one school’s Calendly instance attached to Salesforce. When I ask google if it is possible it says it is, but checking other spaces I get conflicting information that this is not possible.  Can you please advise on what would be the process to connect an additional Calendly instance to Salesforce?

We have a group of about 40 calendars where a round robin event has to grab availability and who’s next to get an intro meeting with a person using our experience. As soon as the person views the monthly calendar, it takes 20-30 seconds to load availability. If they go to the next month, it again takes 20-30 seconds to load the calendar. We’re tied to Outlook calendars and I imagine that is the reason for the extreme slowness. Are there ways to configure Calendly or our integration with Outlook to speed this up?

I have reached out to Calendly customer support for one week. My team of 7 recruiters has not had the Calendly bot attend any TEAMS meeting for since October 2. As there is no bot attending the meeting, we have no AI notetaker either. Why is their support so miserable? I expect a refund as I’m paying several hundred dollars a month for this service.

Hello! I’ve seen two previous questions on this topic, both with links to articles that are no longer there. Is there an updated link or guide for how to do this?

Just today, July 15th, when I scheduled one of my students, it said they needed to verify a number sent via text message. I schedule for my students when they aren’t present - they ask for a meeting and I set it up on my end. This means I can’t be verifying text messages. If I do NOT verify it, it says they won’t receive text reminders for the meeting. I need them to receive these - no one reads emails. I saw this: https://calendly.com/help/how-to-send-text-messages-with-workflowsHow can I make sure students still get text reminders if I can’t do the verification each time. Is it EACH TIME? That feels insane to me.
