ScenarioQuestion: Google Meet ended automatically after 60 minutes even though the Calendly event was scheduled for 2 hours. Is this a Calendly issue, and how can I prevent it from happening again? OverviewThis behavior is controlled by Google Meet, not Calendly. Free Google Meet plans automatically end calls at 60 minutes; longer call durations require a paid Google plan. If your organization is on a paid plan that should allow longer calls, contact Google Support to investigate possible technical issues. Step-by-StepConfirm your Google plan: Check whether your Google Workspace/Meet plan supports meetings longer than 60 minutes. Verify who owns the Meet link: Ensure the host creating the Google Meet link is on the appropriate paid plan that includes extended call duration. Recreate the event if needed: If you changed connected calendars recently, reschedule the Calendly event to regenerate the Google Meet link using the correct host account.\ Test with a shorter meeting: Run a 10–15 m
Our sales reps work in Teams and schedule demos as a collective. I want to add managed events to each team, but it only seems to allow assignment by person or group. Any insight on how to add 16 events to each of the 9 teams quickly?

I am facing poor turnups (10-20%) on my calls even after sending 1 followup sms and email that calendly allows. I want to check if anyone has tried any 3rd party tool here that if integrated can run a lead nurturing sequence, something like (call gets booked → lead nurturing sequence starts on email or whatsapp). I have seen a lot of people doing this manually and seen success in improving the turnup. Anyone, who has been able to automate it in a nice way?
As the title states. Is it possible to have more than ten guests added to a round robin event?
Hello,We have set up tasting event for 21 people. I need to offer both the standard and premium options, each with a different price but still the total 21 people in one time. I couldn’t find a native way to set this up, so I created the event as “standard” and let customers know they can upgrade later. However, this isn’t ideal from either a UX or business perspective.Do you have any other ideas? I also read that the Calendly is working on this posibility - is there any time when this will be done?Thank you! :)
We’re running into an issue with triadic sessions involving a coach, an employee, and a manager. The employee is the one booking the session, but Calendly only shows availability based on their own calendar and the coach’s calendar. Since they can’t see or factor in their manager’s calendar, they’re unable to book a time that works for all three parties. Is there a recommended way to handle this scenario or a workaround that allows the employee to check availability for all three calendars when scheduling?
Hello - something is not syncing between my google calendar and calendly. Some meetings on see in Google are not in Calendly yet they were clearly booked via calendly. And not some are showing up in Calendly but not in Google.
I have the standard paid option and for some reason not seeing the +Add duration option so that I can have multiple duration possibilities for my meeting. What am i missing?
Hello Calendly Community! Thanks in advance for any help.I’m using Calendly to create a series of meetings, each with a maximum number of attendees. I would email the link to my clients and they can choose the slot they want based on what’s available. When someone books, the number of available slots is reduced. Set up and initial invite seems to be working well. The problem I’ve detected in my testing is that when someone accepts the meeting invite and then subsequently declines the invite, Calendly does not clear the slot to make it available for someone else. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I've received confirmation of my payment for the Professional plan, and I have the receipt. The upgrade was through a human agent, who promissed me my account would go back to active/normal (I had the legacy Professional monthly plan. The payment was processed, I'm still a free user, and all my support tickets are marked as solved even though it's far from that.I supposed to be able to access the live chat for support, but the system isn't giving me the option, since it's not recognizing me as a paying customer. What should I do???? It's very frustrating the fact that I'm paying for something I'm not able to use at all, and they are just ignoring me without giving me my money back or stopping the payments. Would be great not to have to talk to a lawyer because of 15 bucks/month….
We have one email account that has many sub-calendars (for each of our locations) and we are wanting to have the ability to set up individual events based on a single sub-calendar, ensuring that the booking link looks only at that one specific calendar to determine whether there is availability for a meeting. Is this possible?
Good morning,I have several booked meetings that have shown up on my calendar, but are not showing up in meetings in Calendly. Please advise….
I’m traveling and wanted to set up 20min back to back meeting for an afternoon. Calendly is only showing time segments in 30min increments… 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, etc.. I tried removing any buffers.. For this meeting how do I get the sign up times to 1:00, 1:20, 1:40, 2:00, etc.. -Thank you
Can someone help me figuring out why this option is not appearing in my options, even when the meeting time already started and even if it is in my workflow? Thank you!
Scenario / QuestionYou may encounter an “Approval required” prompt when trying to log in to Calendly with your Microsoft 365 (Office 365) SSO. This used to work previously. Here’s what changed and how you can regain access. OverviewThis prompt is generated by Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), not by Calendly. Your Microsoft 365 tenant admin must grant consent for the updated Outlook permissions Calendly now requests, or you can ask Calendly Support to switch your login to username/password as a workaround. Specifically, Microsoft changed how OAuth permissions are handled, and Calendly now requests Calendars.ReadWrite.shared during Outlook calendar connection, which can re-trigger tenant admin consent requirements. Step-by-StepConfirm what you’re seeing: If you see “Admin consent required” or “Approval required” during Microsoft 365 SSO or when connecting your Outlook calendar, this is coming from your Microsoft tenant. Contact your Microsoft 365 admin: Ask a tenant admin to complete the
You’ve landed on an article that is part of a series surveying the basic components that make Calendly such a powerful tool. We will cover core features, essential processes, and key concepts that will help you get the most out of your Calendly account. This article will tackle essential aspects of the team page event type— Round Robin Events. I can’t manage to contact the support to change my payment method
Hi there,I’m unable to add a participant to meetings that are scheduled by our clients through Calendly.com. Previously, I could click Reschedule on an existing event, and while rescheduling, I was able to include additional guest email addresses. However, it seems that option or field to add guests no longer appears when rescheduling existing events.Could you please confirm if this functionality has changed, and advise how I can add additional participants to a client-booked meeting now?Thank you for your help!Best regards,
Availability on Saturdays is 10-10:30 am only.Event type Scheduling also shows Saturdays 10-10:30 am only.Clicking ‘Preview’ at foot of Event panel, however, shows available all day Saturdays. What is going on? How to fix it?
Hi, I have different Event Types set up for the different therapies I offer. I would like to edit an event type (because the client has changed their mind on what therapy they would like for their appointment). I’ve selected the meeting from my list of bookings, selected ‘change event type’, but it wont display my full list of event types in order to choose the therapy I want to change it to (even when clicking on ‘show more event types’. It would be great if I could just change the event type for an existing booking without the need to cancel it and rebook it.Any suggestions greatly received.I’ve only started using Calendly in the past couple of months and so far am finding it quite inflexible as a booking system tool. It’s great taking bookings direct from clients, but back office management, such as edits to existing bookings appear impossible. The override calendar option works when i’m booking a new appointment but not when i need to reschedule an existing booking and the text/
I noticed that this topic here has good replies but two links in @Kelsi’s reply are broken (namely, links to Zapier and Outfunnel). How to report/fix the links? This topic gets served by Google, so fixing links could improve the user experience for many.
When I reschedule a booked meeting with a client out of nowhere it is acting as if it is the client rescheduling it. I’m not given the option to update the timezone to client timezone and the confirmation email for the reschedule says rescheduled by the client and not me. Any idea why this would be happening or how to fix it? Thank you for any help with this!
Invoice download please, July, August, September, thanks
This is so annoying. How can I set the beginning of the week to MONDAY? We just wasted so much time (again) finding a time slot in a team only to find out that it was set to SUNDAY instead of MONDAY. The first day in the week is always MONDAY for us, so please find some time to make this configurable.I see this issue popping up again and again in the help and community forums. Makes me wonder where you guys set your priorities.
