see all my availability for all event types?

Hi - I have 4-8+ event types that are used the most; almost all of them have custom hours. What I’ve found is that since my availability tends to be all over the map in calendly, I’d like to streamline when I’m available for calls, and do an audit on when I have the most calls, most productive calls, etc.  So. I’d like to see all of my availability in a spreadsheet without having to open each event, copy-paste info, then repeat, etc. I want to compare all availability to then streamline it. Any suggestions of how I can do this easily? Thanks!

Cancel one invitee from group meeting instead of entire event

I just spent two days attempting to cancel a single invitee via an HTTP request and FINALLY got it to work! I just want to make a post so that others know it’s possible. Paypal Integration

HiI’ve connected the business Paypal account to Calendly and I’ve set up group Round Robin meetings that allow us to take payment for these meeting fine.My problem seems to be when I have set these meetings up also for individual staff members as one-to-one meetings it’s asking me to connect to Paypal and takes me to integrations where I see that Paypal is already connected.Do you know what's going on here? Why can’t I attach the existing company Paypal account to staff for one-to-one meetings?Thanks

Is there a way to get a copy of the email confirmation that the invitee gets? Sometimes we need to have this copy to forward a copy to other individuals.

Using calendly to book conference rooms

Hi! Is it possible to use calendly to rent conference rooms? The main issue i have is that customers can’t choose the duration of their bookings. I have to setup events for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours etc.Is there a way to bypass that?Thx!

Day event in google doesn't sync in calendly

Hi!If i book an event in google agenda that doesn’t include specific hours (considering it’s an event that occurs all day), i will still be available in calendly. If i give start and end hours to my event, it works well in calendly. Is there something i can do to bypass the hours manipulation? Thx!

Calendar says unavailable but I have no busy events during that time

A few of my clients have tried to schedule a meeting but my calendar is saying I am unavailable on multiple days even though I am. I saw this issues has been raised a month ago but haven't seen a viable solution for this.  I tried, troubleshooting, I erased all events from my calendar, I tried getting in contact with support through chat - not working in any way (incognito or not) and the issue is present in multiple calendar events I've created.  Any support with this please? As at this point, I can't use Calendly at all.  Thanks,

Email and SMS notifications

Hi Team,I need help with these please:I would like to know if the texts they opted in for stops if a meeting is cancelled by us If the texts stop if a meeting is cancelled by the client? How can we make it possible that the emails that are sent to the booking person is from an email address that is different from my sign-in email? Or is it possible that any emails that Calendly sends to the client are from a different email instead of the sign in email? If I sign in with my personal email but we use notifications@calendly.com for client notifications, can my email be hidden from clients? I don't want my email to appear on anything sent to the client.Thank you!

Zoom Integration Issues

I apologize if this is redundant or already has been answered, but this is the issue we are having:I initially linked Calendly-Zoom integration with our main service email at our company.  All of our account holders use Calendly to schedule trainings, and we utilize Zoom to accomplish these trainings and really like having Calendly send out zoom automatically.  The problem is that we have two trainers here: one using a different zoom user account and then I use the zoom account attached with the calendly integration.  I can add my co-worker as cohost- but if we ever have to be on separate trainings at the same time, Zoom always thinks I am in all the calendly created zoom meetings.  Therefore, not allowing me to enter a separate calendly created zoom meeting when my coworker is already in one.  My only workaround idea is to disconnect the zoom integration with calendly, and reconnect with a different email address at our company.  Then go in and assign me and my coworker as cohosts…Any

We have people filling out the routing form but not submitting enough information for our initial consutation. These people are manually followe dup and additional information gathered.Is there any way to update the form fill information to create continuity and the appropriate information included in the meeting?

I can't see who booked a meeting

I'm currently facing an issue with Calendly. I set up meeting time slots for my boss, and although she’s the host of that event and three people have already booked slots, she's unable to see who booked them! This is causing a lot of frustration as Calendly used to be very straightforward and easy to use. When booking a slot, people do need to put in thier names so they should be somewhere…

Time Zone Problems

I’m on HST and set my calendar to that.  But when I receive the confirmation email of when to meet with someone, it shows me on CST.  I need to read HST so I don’t get confused and miss appointments.  What needs to change?  (Using gmail with a forward to hotmail).

Calendly Meetings Past Midnight e.g. 11pm - 1pm

I'm in NY and have clients in Africa (7 hour time zone difference). They need to be able to schedule meetings, 2-4 hours in length, from 11pm EST - 3am EST (across the midnight hour).In order to accomplish this, I goto to Working Hours (https://calendly.com/app/availability/schedules) -- and add a 2nd 'interval':12:00am - 3:00am11:00am - 11:45pmThis issue is that I need the 2nd 'interval' to be 11:00am - 12:00am, or another way for my clients too book meetings such as 11pm - 2am. Please advise.

I am trying to use Calendly to send specific resources based on the Answer to the initial Question.(If This Selected > Then This Resource Provided)Ex. Blocking out AND allowing meetings based on same custom schedule

I hope there is an easy workaround to this, but I have not been able to work one out! I work mostly remotely - most of my meetings are virtual, but some are in person. I have to travel to the city for the in person meetings and so try to do this only once a week or so - not on a regular schedule. I therefore need to set custom  days when I’m in the city - and then use those days to EXCLUDE availability of virtual meetings and INCLUDE in person.At the moment, I have two different meeting types  but have to create custom schedules for each one, blocking out the dates twice. It would be really great if I could use some wording in my Apple calendar to indicate that I’m having a day of in person meetings, allowing people to book in person events and excluding virtual ones. If that’s not possible, can I at least use set up one custom schedule to both exclude and include availability in the different event types??Thanks - and hope this makes sense!best wishesAndrew

Exhibition with two conference rooms

Hi. We have a sales team of 8 people and ideale I want to set up an exhibition event where a customer can choose the date / time for the event + the wished sales guy.Is this in general possible or do I need to create one exhibition event per sales person? We have two conference rooms on the exhibition and I want to avoid an overlap within the bookings. I read the article to set up a conference room as a calendly user and always create a ne event with the user + the conference user to avoid overlaps.  I general I understood this concept BUT: the restriction for bookings are the sales person availability + the wished conference room. Meaning: company X wants to have a meeting with sales person Y at October 13, 10 am. Meeting room 1 is already booked so the system give only meeting room 2 as an option to book OR both meeting rooms are already booked, so in this case company X needs to select another slot where also a meeting rom (beside the sales person) is available.Are both topics possi
