Hi - When I have people create a meeting from my calendly link it doesn’t auto-generate an invite.  Is there a way to override this?  Other people in my organization it works

Hi everyone, we use Calendly for booking appointments with our clients – fully connected to Microsoft Outlook. Previously, we used Microsoft Bookings. Here’s the issue:Our appointments are set to a default duration of 2 hours, which is appropriate for many sessions.However, some appointments end up being shorter or longer in reality.So far, we haven’t found any way to manually adjust the duration of an existing booked appointment – either in Calendly or via Outlook.This creates two major problems:Available time slots remain blocked in the calendar when the actual session was shorter Or the appointment runs longer and overlaps with another bookingBoth cases result in lost bookings and revenue, which is becoming a serious issue for us.My question: Is there any way to manually change the time or duration of a booked event, without cancelling and rebooking it?We’d really appreciate any help or suggestions – thank you!

This might help some people. To adjust the title of the calendar event that shows in your calendar you have to set the Title in the calendar invitation under basic notifications.Go to event setting  Notifications and workflows Basic notifications  Calendar invitation That will allow you the ability to customize the event title as you want it.  

My Outlook is not linking with my Calendly. My Calendly was working perfectly until about 1.5 weeks ago. I had not changed my settings at all. When I block off a few times on my Outlook, it does not block off the times in my Calendly. Based on the “Integration & Apps” tab on Calendly, my Outlook is indeed connected to my Calendly. I even removed my Outlook from the Calendar Settings subtab within the “Availability” tab and added my Outlook calendar back in but nothing has changed.

Hi,Many times we have to update a booked calendly event by 15 minutes earlier or later. We can’t do this on Calendly bec the reschedule won’t show the time as available until you cancel and then the automated emails go out and it becomes very confusing for client. What is the best way to handle this - we call our clients and tell them the updated time and that they may be getting automated emails (36 hours and one hour) before event with original time but to disregard that - not ideal. Is there a way to make a small time adjustment on a scheduled event or is there a way to have calendly NOT send reminder for a specific scheduled event?

Hi, I’m having issues opening up my calendly. This is frustrating because I’ve been paying for this service for a little over a month now and it’s only now now been acting up (after years with no issues with the free plan). It’s not my internet as everything else is working fine with my connection.

I have received a few emails from Calendly about this.  I do not use crypto and there is nothing booked on my calendar. The email appears to be from Calendly, and reads:This is a friendly reminder that your Wallet Verification with Crypto Wallet Authenticate is at 06:30 (Pacific Time - US & Canada) on Monday, June 16, 2025. Does anyone know what this is? I never agreed to link anything!

I provide services by phone and on-site at my customer’s home. I allow customers to book phone calls through the online scheduler, but only book in-person sessions after talking with the customer directly. How can I add an on-site appointment manually into Calendly without allowing for that appointment type to be bookable from my public Calendly site?

My whole screen is taken up with other event types and the calendar edit panel on the right is difficult to navigate with everything else taking up the space on the screen. Please bring back the ability to edit with a full screen. Or at least put the editing tools back over on the left side of the screen. Or give us a choice of layout. This current layout is horrible and distracting.

I can not set one on one meetings anymore with my Essentials plan. What is going on? The error message says, that I should change my prize plan and add another host. I don’t understand. Thank for your quick help. Willi

I have now reached out to my domain host, and here is the response I received: Dear Sir/Madam, the issue lies with the sender’s server. When I try to access my Calendly page, it comes up with a blank page.  Same applies to when I send my Calendly meeting links to people.  They try to access and get a blank screen.  Various browsers have been tried with no luck.

I have a free account and am just getting started using online calendering. - I’ve used the Calendly scheduling link successfully for the past couple months. Yesterday a user reported the link was not working - no further information was provided. I asked a friend to try to schedule. They reported that “something weird” is popping up but they were able to bypass it if they clicked “accept” - they did not get screen shots. I compared the link I have been sending to the link on my page, and they were identical. I sent the link to my personal email and was able to schedule with no issues. I have added my Google Calendar to Calendly.With my email address on this calendar, there are 3 sub-calendars included corresponding to 3 different people.How can I have the 3 sub-calendars available so that I can match them with my events ? I can only see one of them.How can I connect them to existing events ? I do not see the information given for that on my interface.Thanks for your help.

When I click my link, it is stating there are no time slots available - I checked my settings and everything is correct but still says no times are avaailble for June. 

I used to be able to get information about someone who has booked an appointment that included what time zone they are in. This is very valuable information to me and since the latest update, I cannot find that information now.Am I just not looking in the right place? Anyone know how to find this info now?

Is there a way for me to see which sales rep booked a meeting through our scheduling system? Should I create a separate event type for each sales rep by duplicating the existing structure and giving them their unique booking link? If I do that, will it still sync properly with my current Google Calendar?"
