In the last week, when clients book events into my calendly, I receive the email confirmation of the meeting, Zoom intergrations continue to work but the event does not get put into my Outlook calendar.I have reinked my calendar via the connections page and reinstalled the plug in within outlook.Having tested it again, the same issue occurs.Any ideas if there is something I am missing or a box not ticked somewhereMany thanks

I work within a team on Calendly where we have a round robin set up for people to schedule meetings. This is because we want the pooled availability of all team members. However, it is seeming as though even if there are two hosts available only one meeting can be scheduled.Why is this? They both have availability at that time.

When trying to modify the template for an email reminder -- the variables don’t seem to be inserted where I want them.  I click and drag them to the right spot but when saved and I look again, the variable is no longer highlighted.  There isn’t a way to send a test to myself to ensure it’s correct. so, how do i correctly change the template.  And can I set my new version to be default?  I’ve tried this both in the set up of a new event as well as within workflow.

I had the wrong phone number for a contact and when i deleted it to re enter it said i already have a contact with that email…..how can i fix that

I and 30 others on my team need to consistently provide single use links to applicants to our nonprofit. We do this to protect ourselves from trolls and folks who no-show for one meeting and just schedule another. The process to create single use links used to be a single click from the chrome extension. Now it takes three clicks, both from the extension and from the dashboard. This is incredibly inconvenient. I was hoping to instead be able to either create single use links via API or at least as a block of 10ish to save everyone time, but now instead of getting better, it just keeps getting harder to use Calendly. 

I created a Calendly link that shows on my Event Types but links to someone else’s calendar?!?!? How can this happen????? What can be done about this? My business is connected to my link!!!!

 Hi, I want to set up a meeting poll but once my dates/times are selected and I click on “next” I get the message “select at least one host” although I do not want to have any additional hosts then me. I have a standard plan and never had issues like that. Please let me know if you have an answear

So in general i like calendly.  BUT i want to change the payment information--- not possible. The account is linked to paypal. No change possible. I want to contact support: Not possible. You need to click on the not present chat bot … lol funny.  I cancelled the account now in the hope that the team can then END OF MONTH edit the payment information while procuring a new licence. Totally idotic user experience.

When I click on workflows it just has 3 dots ..... and the page never loads.  I have tried this on 3 different browsers and even in incognito mode.  All other pages work.   I need to access workflows to make changes, but the page never loads.

I changed my email domain last week, and now I cannot access my calendly account to change it within the account.  The only option appears to be setting up a whole new account, but I can’t get in to my old account to delete it and I’m paying for it. Have emailed Support 4 days ago and yet to hear back.

Our Calendly event has been working properly but now, since this weekend, it’s messing up and spamming our invitees with an invite confirmation email and won’t stop. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem. We are starting to lose appointments because of this issue and I don’t know where to look first to find a solution. Thank you in advance.

I have set up regular monthly group events for my clients to book onto. The numbers for each event are limited to 5. Increasingly regularly, clients are booking themselves onto the same instance more than once.For example, this week, 3 people have booked for the event, and 2 of them have booked twice, which means that the session shows as full to other potential clients and leaves me with a 60% full session.Surely, there must be a way to stop people from booking onto the same session more than once??

I can’t imagine that I just dreamed this but maybe? A week or so ago, I saw the new option of letting people choose the meeting length. I even updated my instructions; however, I just noticed that this new feature is no longer a feature? Was I just making it up?

Every time a client schedules a meeting through a Calendly link, a phone call (with a different specific client) also gets added to my Google calendar, always at 7:15 pm that evening.  I don’t see anything in how I set up the link that would indicate to also schedule another event. I don’t believe I ever scheduled anything with the specific client that gets scheduled, so I am not sure how his name was even added.Any suggestions? Yesterday, I organized a 1 hour and a half group meeting, but the time finished after one hour. Why? I am paying for this!

I have been using Calendly for years, (free version) and I have always had the sync with Google active.Now everytime I try to set up a new One off meeting, and selecting the plausible time slots, I cannot see other meetings already created on my calendar. Even worse, if I do check an open time slot, and offer those that I know are open, I cannot send the option over because Calendly is requesting me to add “hosts” which I never requested to change (from me being the host).

Hello,I’ve been using Calendly for years and I’ve always received an email notification every time a new appointment is booked.However, since June 1st, I haven’t received any emails at all.I still get the notifications inside the Calendly app, but nothing is showing up in my inbox, not even in spam or the promotions tab.Has there been a recent update, or is this a technical issue?Thank you,

My candidates are unable to book a call on Saturdays as the link is showing Saturday as unavailable.Saturdays are open and I have time slots allocated on my end. I do not know what I am doing wrong. 

Hello! When a person makes an Calendly event, then needs to cancel or reschedule the meeting, they are still receiving an invite for the original date. I spoke with support, and the current workaround is using workflows, which isn't ideal. Request - to have a reminder, or a way to change the reminder to, not send out of a session has been cancelled or rescheduled. ​​​​​​
