Hi, Once subscribed to our service, our clients can book unlimited 1:1 and peer coaching sessions. The group sessions come in various formats (30-min to 75-min). While some clients like to decide on the session format before they look for an available slot, some just want to find any session that is available at a specific time of the week. Is there a way to display a single calendar page that shows availabilities for all event types? Thanks, Sebastien

Hi there. I’m curious if there is a way to create a landing page that displays multiple event types. For example, I am a professor so I have office hours. But I also provide consultation. I want to have two SEPARATE landing pages with events specific to each role. Routing doesn’t help bc I can only route to a single event. i want to display multiple events.

I am not receiving booking confirmation emails through on certain bookings.  It is very random which ones come through.  Some go into spam, some don’t appear at all.  My only accurate way of checking up to date bookings is through my payment system.  Can you help me please?

Hi all, Our eyecare practice based in the Netherlands started using Calendly this year and we are very satisfied so far.  However, when using text messages in workflows for confirmation and cancellation of appointments the texts are sent from an intl. number causing trust issues and (hence) them not to being read by our patients.  I do understand that Twilio is used for texting and that it should be possible to use a local number. Would like to have help and suggestions to use a local number for texting.

I have 3 collective events with 2 hosts (30-min, 45-min, and 60-min events). All are connected to my personal availability. When someone books a meeting under any one of those events, will my personal availability update?

My personal booking link will show all events, but when I have events with more than one host (i.e., Collective events), how can I also populate all of them under one booking landing page? In other words, I have 3 Collective events, 30-, 45-, and 60-minutes. I want the invitee to be able to choose one of those.

HI, I really tried to use Calendly to host a Zoom event here because C allows you to collect payment on the paid plan. I had to call the help desk or submit a ticket because the event was not showing up correctly. The help desk was SO helpful but the same thing happened today - showed no availability. 1.) If this is a calendar tool - we should be able to book events easily. It was way too complicated  AND it doesn’t block off the scheduler/hosters time on the calendar which makes no sense at all to me ( ala ZOOM). If I do book it on my calendar, then it conflicts with the event, which again makes no sense to me. Since it is not easy enough to do singular events - it is also not easy to set up recurring events.  I love the Customer Service and I love how easy it is to create events, but I think creating an event vs an appt needs to be addressed on the roadmap. Just my 2 cents. Donna

Hello everyone, I keep getting this message when trying to schedule an appointment through Calendly desktop with contact search: 'That time cannot be booked, please choose another time.' I have already searched the forum but there are no solutions; I have cleared the cache and cookies. I finally thought it was worth using Calendly, but it's not working well. It works through the app, but I need to use it on PC for convenience. solution?

Hello, Calendly n00b here. My company only has myself and my CEO on our account so far.  Yesterday, my CEO sent an email with a Calendly scheduling link to me and 3 external recipients.  I clicked on the Calendly scheduling link, and was presented with a list of times that clearly overlapped with existing meetings on my sync’ed Google calendar.  What is going on here? Isn’t this the “you had one job” that Calendly is supposed to handle? Shouldn’t calendly read my sync’ed Google calendar and not present me with times that overlap with existing meetings? Isn’t this the whole purpose of Calendly?  Thanks in advance!

I do not want my primary work calendar to have access to my other calendars...even to subscribe to iCal feeds that only share busy times (for fear that an admin on our work platform could identify a personal email address associated with an iCal feed)I What I would like to have happen is for Calendly to check my other calendars and place "busy" slots onto my work (primary) calendar. Is this possible?

Hi, I would like to offer consultancy services to my customers, and I would like to create a package of 5 hours, but just offering slots of 1 hour. They idea is they can select one hour, 5 different days. Does it make sense? Thanks, Rafa

I’m the CEO of a start-up, and have no end to internal meetings I could attend.  However, my priority is to book meetings with potential clients and potential investors.  If I reply “maybe” to my internal meetings, will that show up as available for meetings in my Calendly?If not, is there an alternative to being able to track those internal meetings, while still appearing available to external engagements?

Is there a way to stop the client from booking a meeting for a given radial button option and give them a reason why? For example Are you looking for hourly consulting?If they mark “yes” then they get a message saying “we are no longer offering hourly consulting” and they can’t proceed through the booking process.If they mark “no” then they can continue booking process.

I want to know how many times I’ve met with a specific client. Can I search this information somewhere?

Hi,I have seen this raised previously.  Please could a feature be added to allow a max number of bookings per person, per day, in a round robin.  I understand the the maximise and equal distribution features, but they aren’t able to account for if only one person is available on that day and for example they then received every single booking.  The max events per day is also difficult to gauge as currently we have upwards of 30 people on our round robin, so the max events per day fluctuates dramatically across the month / year.  It would be greatly appreciated if this function could be looked at being added.  Many Thanks

Hello. I’ve seen several conversations here on charging clients later and I understand Calendly cannot do that. My question is when the info is sent to Stripe, is Stripe directed to save the client’s card details? If yes, then I can manually go to Stripe later and charge an additional fee per my terms. Here’s my scenario. Clients book an inspection with me and understand that I will give them two options to move forward after the inspection. However, if they choose neither, I charge a fee for the initial inspection. I’m fine with charging them say $1 when they book (since Calendly has to charge something right away to collect card details). But what I want to know is if Calendly will direct Stripe to save the card details. If yes, then when a client doesn’t pick an option to move forward, I can go to Stripe and manually charge them the remaining fee. If no, then I did an inspection for only $1 and may has to fight with the client to get them to pay the rest of the fee. I would like to

I am having an issue with lots of clients rescheduling last minute due to the reschedule option on calendly meeting confirmation email. How can I turn this off?

Hi everyone,I'm having trouble setting up a redirect to a thank you page after someone books a meeting on my Calendly. I want to redirect them to a page on my website with next steps, but I'm getting a "suspicious link" warning.Here's what I've tried:Option 1: Redirect to a subdomain  Option 2: Redirect to my main domain Both options result in the same error (see attached screenshot).I've checked my Calendly redirect settings, and the URL is correct. I've also verified my SSL certificate, and it seems to be fine. Could this be an issue with my DNS records or something else entirely?Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks, 

Dear Calendly, I appreciate how you’ve finally made the calendar option to be tracking per the user's location. This has helped me so much as I travel a lot and have the same schedule and it automatically updates to each country I visit whilst my schedule stays the same! I have set up a One-off meeting (“Einmaliges Meeting” in German) and sent it to the person I want to schedule time with. She hasn’t selected a time yet.Now I need to delete one slot in this proposal, not all of them. Can I do this without deleting all proposed times?Best,Heike

I use a form with “First Name” and “Last name” but the confirmation returns those names without any separator, so I cannot see exactly what was entered. For Example:  [Peter Anderson] [Jones] returns the same as [Peter] [Anderson Jones]. Is there any way to include a separator on the confirmation?
