I found this topic from last year but it seems to be closed now » Every time a meeting is rescheduled, a new Microsoft Teams meeting is generated. Can I get it to stop? | CommunityOur problem currently is whenever a customer reschedules a meeting, it creates a new meeting without deleting the old meeting. Is there a way to prevent this, or is this a limitation please?NB the thread started to discuss moreso the issue with the meeting defaulting to teams.

Until very recently, when I, the host, scheduled an appointment with a client, I could type in their email address and phone number and my client would receive an email confirmation and then 24 hours before the appointment, they would received an email reminder *and* a text message reminder. Suddenly, the format has changed and there is nowhere to enter my client’s phone number. This means they now only receive an email confirmation and reminder from me which is very inconvenient as many prefer a text. This is the case even when I’ve updated their contact details to include a phone number. How can I fix this so my clients get both an email and a text message reminder? Thanks!

We have a shared event with multiple hosts. It’s possible to setup availability schedule per host. But it seems not possible to set max number of event per host. Limits and Buffers configuration is applicable per whole event type (not on the host level).Example: shared event with 4 hosts. Limit set to max 1 event per day. If one event was scheduled with one host, it will be not possible to schedule this event on this day with the other hosts.It would be nice to know wether you plan to have this functionality in the future. Thank you!

hello calendly, I have just started to use Calendly for online teaching sessions. I wanted to create a event type where the students are able to pay for a bundle and book multiple time slots under that one event. Is this possible? 

Is there a way for me to configure an Event which includes a Stripe Product.  In the confirmation Event once the Stripe Product is successfully purchased the product (link or pdf) is emailed directly to the purchaser.

I have had calendy and didn’t have these problems in the past. Do you need a paid membership to prevent Calendly from offering appointments when there is something already scheduled (ie double booking). Also i’ve never seen the buffers show up on my calendar before. Buffers were just included in my availability slots.I do have a calendar connected, available hours set up, and i’ve checked settings. When I click on the free busy option it just takes me to which calendar is connected. I have verified that the correct calendar is connected. My goal is to set up 20 min appointments during my available working hours with a 5 min buffer before and after which in theory would allow people to book an appointment every half hour unless I already have something that conflicts with my availability already on my calendar.

Ever since my tech guy tried to connect my Calendly Calendar to my company calendar I have lost ALL of my appointments today because of this issue. ALL OF THEM!!! I cannot connect to my online zoom or Google meetings because the link isn’t right and everything that is suppose to connect so I can coordinate my schedule on one place does NOT work. It does not interphase correctly. I need some help. This was frustrating yesterday for the ones I missed not it’s an absolute nightmare because if makes me look irresponsible. i liberally could lose millions of dollars over this. Please help me!!!

New to Calendly: Already connected 3 of my calenders (Google’s) to Calendly but I cannot see them showing on my Calendly scheduling. What did Ive missed?

This new Meeting Page layout is useless.  It makes the customer's name blend in with the rest of the text instead of making it stand out as the header of each appointment.  I don’t understand why Calendly is always trying to reinvent the wheel.  I feel like every change is a step back from the previous layout.  I can no longer make appointments from my computer, since the change a few months ago...and now my Customer’s names are camouflaged within the appointment type on the Meetings Page layout.  Please stop ruining a once very helpful system.

The event description has disappeared. How can I restore the latest version? Are there any saved versions?And my second question:Where can I view social media referrals? I added a pixel in META, but I can't find where to view statistics on actual referrals to the event.

I want to schedule 3 + event types (three different coaching offers) that have different durations and numbers of sessions. I get that I can create 3 event types, one for each offer. But I want to make sure if someone schedules me for Tuesday for a 75-minute appointment starting at 2pm for Offer A, no one can schedule me for 3pm for a different package.Can someone clarify if Calendly accounts for this and other than creating the 3 event types with their durations, can I stipulate how many sessions they can schedule, and not have double bookings happen across event types?

I’ve seen a few requests for waitlist options. Just chiming in for another +1 to that request and any insights on timing of when we could potentially see something like this from the product team.My goal is to use Calendly for teaching virtual small group classes on Zoom. I would love to have an option for people to add themselves to a waitlist if spots are full for a specific time slot and then they get added if someone cancels out of the spot.Alternatively, maybe it’s a “notify” feature where people can give their email to be notified if a spot becomes available to sign up. I know retailers like B&H Photo do this for products when they’re sold out. I realize there are other tools available for this, but I love the calendly platform. Keep up the great work!

How do I change my event description without creating a new event? To be clear, I want to change the text that people see when they land on my Calendly event page.

does this mean they cancelled the appointment? As a client, where do I find appointments that I have made within another person’s Calendly schedule?

Hi, community.  Enjoying the app.  I am a small biz owner with a standard plan.  I have used calendly successfully for a few months now and have 2 sub-contractors who use the biz account to also set client meetings (we are an SAT/ACT prep company). Giving context as some of you knowledgeable and kind folks try to help me. I have spent 7 to 10 hours trying this.  I have yet to throw my computer through the wall, but if you all can help me, I am sure I won’t.  Ha.  Here’s what I am trying to do: I am hosting a FREE ACT mock exam at a local library on a specific date and time. I want to create a meeting which then gives me a link I can put out onto our website, socials, and to all the schools and organizations with whom we have a biz relationship.   All I want folks to do is scan the qr code/follow the link to sign up for the meeting.  Answer the 3 or 4 questions so that we know who is coming and so that, after the meeting, we can schedule follow ups with the parents to discuss the result

We give clients and our receptionists links to schedule with our team through Calendly. Since our receptionists and clients who are in our lobby are scheduling appointments through the same IP address over and over (different appointments, same computer scheduling), we are suddenly having an issue where attempting to schedule more than 10 Calendly appointments from a single IP address leads to an error and we are unable to schedule.This happens with the direct scheduling link and with the reschedule link that is generated by Calendly.I do not see any limits set on the number of appointments that can be scheduled from a particular IP address. Is this new? It wasn’t happening last week. Why is this happening, and how do we fix it?
