I created a question in one of my calendar events that I would like to add to all of my calendar events. Is there a way to copy that question and paste it into all of my other calendly event types without having to add it manually?

Bonjour, Je souhaite supprimer le lien de réservation calendly de ma page google et c’est impossible. Cela m’envoie fait un google form en anglais (je ne parle pas anglais). On me demande in ID Google que je ne trouve pas. Bref je galère depuis 2 semaines.Autant cela s’est ajouté de suite, autant c’est compliqué pour l’enlever.Pouvez vous m’aider?Merci à vous

So i have this set up with 3 hosts in a booking page.I had to remove and re invite the hosts due to an issue with their emails.Now i have added one by going to "hosts - add host” but now i cant add the second one.Their user doesnt show up when i search for them or anybody else for that matter, i know they are users and its the exact same meeting/event set up as before.Please help 

I have been receiving the following message for a few days. It appears when a user books a new calendar appointment for an event created with Calendly.I would like to emphasize that this has been working without any problems for several years. We have not made any changes to our Office 365 Teams infrastructure or Calendly.I am getting an "action required" error when attempting to send MS Teams links with booking confirmations. Hi! I have a group event coming up that I’m using Calendly for so people to register. It is showing the whole calendar without displaying December 10th 7:00-8:00pm MT as the date of the event. I’ve already deleted my normal working hours and set it to custom.  Attached are 2 documents 1) so you can see my settings 2) This is how it is showing up in my website where folks can not actually register. HELP!

I see many of my law professors with a calendly account and assume the college has an active account. How do I get the 25% for my .edu account on Calendly?

SCENARIO: I have multiple events available for customers to book. Certain groups are eligible for discounts. We finally have the ability to use codes BUT...PROBLEM: I can’t use the same code across multiple events. So for 1 customer eligible for a discount, I have to give a unique code for 10+ available events. I can’t promote the discount on a flyer and have 10 different codes for them to use based on what they want to book! NEED: The ability to use ONE code (eg. THANKS30) to book any event/session!This seems like a fairly basic feature that would have a common use case. Does anyone have a workaround for this? CODE1A, CODE1B etc is not a feasable workaround. 

I had a calendly link attached to my old work account. I am no longer with the company and I can’t access my calendly link because it wants me to sign in using my Microsoft 365 credentials. Those credentials no longer exist. Is there any way to get that account or link back?

I booked two sessions yesterday which are not showing in Calendly. However they are showing on my Google cal. I booked them as an admin myself.

Our sales reps work in Teams and schedule demos as a collective. I want to add managed events to each team, but it only seems to allow assignment by person or group. Any insight on how to add 16 events to each of the 9 teams quickly?

I am facing poor turnups (10-20%) on my calls even after sending 1 followup sms and email that calendly allows. I want to check if anyone has tried any 3rd party tool here that if integrated can run a lead nurturing sequence, something like (call gets booked → lead nurturing sequence starts on email or whatsapp). Hello,We have set up tasting event for 21 people. I need to offer both the standard and premium options, each with a different price but still the total 21 people in one time. I couldn’t find a native way to set this up, so I created the event as “standard” and let customers know they can upgrade later. However, this isn’t ideal from either a UX or business perspective.Do you have any other ideas? We’re running into an issue with triadic sessions involving a coach, an employee, and a manager. The employee is the one booking the session, but Calendly only shows availability based on their own calendar and the coach’s calendar. Since they can’t see or factor in their manager’s calendar, they’re unable to book a time that works for all three parties.Is there a recommended way to handle this scenario or a workaround that allows the employee to check availability for all three calendars when scheduling?
