How Do I...?

The system used to allow me to only see upcoming appointments and counted them for me.  Now it makes me select a time period and doesn’t show an upcoming appointment count.  Did this feature get deleted with the update or an I missing something. 

Hi There,Can anyone help me, it seems I have two accounts and they seem to be having a confilict and my outlook is not synchronising to the events that customers have placed in calendly. I trialed calendly a while back using 1 email addressAfter months of lapsed time i decided i was going to use calendly however by then I had changed my email address logging in details, however my outlook email is still the original trialed calendly. Can someone please advise?thanks Sam.

I’ve had a client able to schedule using the “card” feature through the Stripe integration, but a different client tried to use the “Apple Pay” feature and it doesn’t work. I tested it out and had the same issue - apparently this is an ongoing issue other folks have had as well via calendly. Is there a way to remove the Apple Pay feature altogether? It’s not ideal to have to have this back and forth with potential clients, making the steps to pay/schedule much more difficult than it needs to be. Not to mention apple pay is showing the client this payment is pending, I’m hoping it doesn’t process/go through. Any help is asspreciated. 

I’m looking for a way to set up an event in Calendly that includes two hosts and multiple attendees in the same time slot.I’m hosting a virtual group interview with a co-host, and we’d like to allow up to five invitees to join each session. I know Calendly allows group events with one host, but in our case, we need two hosts to be present for every session. Is there a way to create a shared event that allows both hosts and multiple invitees to join the same time slot?

I am doing an automation from Zapier where if an invitee scheduled a booking from calendly, the google meet name is set as event name. The scheduled event name is working but after creating a one-off meeting, all titles for google meet is named as “Invitee name and Event creator”.I need to configure the Google meet name created from this one-off meeting so I can integrate automation for fireflies.ai in google meet.

I have recurring events where agents book meetings with clients onto my calendar. I would like for both the agent and the client to be added as invitees, with all the associated confirmation emails, but I’m not seeing a way to do so without a lot of extra steps. I’m looking for:Agent goes to booking page Agent enters their email and information Agent enters client’s email and information Both agent and client are automatically added to the eventCurrently I have a one-on-one event, and I have to choose between adding either the agent or the client as the invitee. I can intake the other’s info, but they’re not added as an invitee. I’ve seen some workarounds that involve rescheduling the event once confirmed and adding the second invitee, or I could do a group event with a limit of 2 and have the agent schedule twice, once for them and once for the client, but these all seem cumbersome and error-prone.Is there an event type and

I’ve been using “book follow-up meeting” to manage regular meetings that recur, but not always at the same time every week.This works great, except that the mobile-phone information from the original meeting is lost.  This means I have to search through my emails to copy and paste the mobile phone number from the original meeting.Is this some kind of intentional feature, or just a bug?  Does anyone know of a better work-around? Thanks!

I have a M365 Group set-up and the shared calender for that Group is not showing in Calendly.  This means that my availability is not howing correctly when clients book meetings via my Calendly page.  I can see the Group in my Outlook so it’s active, but it’s not synching with Calendly.  I’ve checked permissions and it is set to be available to public access.  Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

Hi,I’m experiencing an issue with event titles. In Calendly, I have events with a specific name (for example: Introductory Meeting), but when they sync with Google Calendar, the event title automatically changes to display the invitee’s name plus mine.Is there any setting that allows to keep the original event name from Calendly instead of changing it?Thanks in advance for your help!

How do I edit the description for my event?

My customer (who uses Calendly pro) is currently experiencing an issue where his customers are not able to book him. I get the issue below (Error server 500). In the other pictures, I have left the network traces. Tried to do a lot of searching here and across the internet but couldn’t seem to find a solution to this specific problem. Basically, Calendly says I’m unavailable at a certain time due to a busy event in my connected calendar (screenshot 1). However, there is no event whatsoever at that time in my connected calendar (screenshot 2).Not an issue with cookies or cache or anything like that. Disconnecting the calendar frees up the unavailable spots, and reconnecting the calendar blocks them off again. Has anyone experienced and fixed this issue? Many thanks. 

I have the Calendly widget embedded on my site. Looks great on desktop. On mobile it resizes the logo really small. Any way to fix this? 

The availability time dropdown gives final selection as 11:45pm. Manually I can key in 11:59pm, but even this does not allow the visitor a 30 min booking for 11:30 to midnight. How do I make my availability till midnight.Actually I want to make it till 1:30am, for which I have created another entry for 12:00am to 1:30 am. 

Problem: I created a Calendly account using my work email. It processed a charge a few weeks ago even though I left that employer in July.It billed my personal card making me doubly frustrated. I tried messaging/emailing support several times with zero response.I want to 1.) cancel the account and 2.) request a refund as it was within the window for a refund (at the time I reached out, at least). Any suggestions? I’m at my wits end. I cannot log into that email anymore and have no way to access it.

So what’s happening is:I have bookings on days that I will no longer be available for. I’m changing my availability going forward and so I need to reschedule quite a few bookings, specifically moving Tuesday bookings to Fridays.Below, you can see that my availability is correct for this event type. I changed my schedule in “Working hours” and it appears correctly here.Below, this is the booking page for the event type I am trying to reschedule a booking from. You can see that the availability is correct.Now here’s the problem. I’m trying to reschedule a Tuesday booking to Friday. But here’s what I see when I try to do that:

I created a new meeting type and I've availability for all days of the week, Saturdays and Sundays included. When I go to view my calendar, my weekends are unavailable. I don't understand why this is happening.

I am a wellbeing practitioner and I sometimes choose to allow my clients to make a donation instead of insisting on a set fee.  Is there a way I can set up Calendly to do this?Thank you.

I have set up about six event types, such as “Discovery Call”, “ Financial Consult”, and so on. I can see them in the Event Dashboard. They are not grayed out.  I cannot locate a toggle switch (to turn on/off) next to the event name.   Are the events on by default after setup?  Why are they not displaying so that a scheduler can use them?  There is only one user, and that is me. Did I need to make an assignment for them to display?  Please help.  

Anyone else feel limited with having to click to see the rest of the options? Clients also go immediately to the calendar to book and are not seeing the full description of events which contain important details I’ve found myself having to clarify in DMs.Preference to scroll rather than click another button to “see more”.Thank you! I’m stumped. I have a group event, and my understanding is that group events should not have the option for invitees to add guests - yet it is showing. There’s no option for me to disable the option for invitees to add guests - but I’m guessing that’s because since it’s a group event it shouldn’t be showing in the first place.Unless the option for invitees to notify other guests of the scheduled event would be more of a “sign up for this” rather than “here’s the zoom link”? Any ideas?I would rather not create a new event link because this has been used to advertise.
