I came here to find out if this was a feature I was overlooking and after noticing a few posts about this not being a feature Calendly is planning to implement I’ll be researching alternative platforms. Does anyone have a workaround (workflows, maybe?) to use in the meantime?

Hi everyone,I manage scheduling, and I’m facing an issue where some clients see limited or no time-slot availability, even though my full weekly schedule is set up properly. I’ve already checked time zones, buffers, and calendar sync settings, but the problem still persists.Has anyone else dealt with this issue? Well, I see I’m not the only one with this issue. Now I’m wondering if I’m the only one who hasn't got it resolved or feeling completely ignored! I too mistakenly didn't see that I was signing up for a yearly subscription! This was back on November 2nd and its the 19th! I stared off with some confidence that maybe I would get a partial refund after describing my situation. That I’m on disability and some of that $120 ($100) of it was supposed to for my rent. After some replies and some confusion on mt account and Calendly unable to locate my account and payment info, I sent you guys my receipt and card and bank statement then NOTHING since! After several attempt through e-mail I've received no response and now assuming maybe I am just out and letting my landlord know Ill somehow make it up in he future.

I moved to EST from Central. At first, meetings were working just fine. Then all of a sudden, in the last 2 weeks, if someone from ANY time zone books with me, it hits my email with the CORRECT date and time. It hits my Outlook calendar for 2-5 seconds at the CORRECT time and date. THEN moves down 6 hours. same date, WRONG time. I have spent 2 hours on the phone with Calendly and 1 with Microsoft. All settings are CORRECT, and both are blaming the other. Has anyone had this issue and found the solution?

I’ve been seeing requests for this on here for over two years now. It is forcing us to switch to another provider unless you can give a clear timeline of when this will be added.

We use Round Robin meeting types almost exclusively. We often have use cases where we need Owner(s) to be on the record and any employee from a pool.  For example, Company Owner + SDR Owner are hosts then round robin to SME team. Our company as nearly tripled in size this year, so I have well over 100 meeting types that contain “{Our Company} Demo”. Sometimes I simply want to add a new employee to one of the catch-all meeting types where no Owners are indicated. I have to load 20 meetings at a time to finally get to the meeting I want. Lately the tool has been timing out while I do this. Please include the ability to filter by:meeting internal note meeting created date meeting color string does NOT containThis would make it so much easier to get to the meeting I need. Alternatively, you could make it possible to launch the meeting editor from the round robin r

I have the same issue for a month and no one is taking it.The duration menu is transparent and not very usefull at the moment.It’s a Css major issue I think and i’ve been in touch with the support service for a month and last think I had as an answer, is that it’s not estimated nor started.So my question, when the team will work on fixing this issue, as the duration visibility is terrible.Thanks for your help and reply, and I hope it won’t take a month more to solve it...  

I created a question in one of my calendar events that I would like to add to all of my calendar events. Is there a way to copy that question and paste it into all of my other calendly event types without having to add it manually?

So i have this set up with 3 hosts in a booking page.I had to remove and re invite the hosts due to an issue with their emails.Now i have added one by going to "hosts - add host” but now i cant add the second one.Their user doesnt show up when i search for them or anybody else for that matter, i know they are users and its the exact same meeting/event set up as before.Please help 

I have been receiving the following message for a few days. It appears when a user books a new calendar appointment for an event created with Calendly.I would like to emphasize that this has been working without any problems for several years. We have not made any changes to our Office 365 Teams infrastructure or Calendly.I am getting an "action required" error when attempting to send MS Teams links with booking confirmations. Why is this happening?Of course, I did all mentioned to dos that where mentioned in this ticket: But no success. Can you analyse the reason.

Hi! I have a group event coming up that I’m using Calendly for so people to register. It is showing the whole calendar without displaying December 10th 7:00-8:00pm MT as the date of the event. I’ve already deleted my normal working hours and set it to custom.  Attached are 2 documents 1) so you can see my settings 2) This is how it is showing up in my website where folks can not actually register. HELP!

I see many of my law professors with a calendly account and assume the college has an active account. How do I get the 25% for my .edu account on Calendly?

SCENARIO: I have multiple events available for customers to book. Certain groups are eligible for discounts. We finally have the ability to use codes BUT...PROBLEM: I can’t use the same code across multiple events. So for 1 customer eligible for a discount, I have to give a unique code for 10+ available events. I can’t promote the discount on a flyer and have 10 different codes for them to use based on what they want to book! NEED: The ability to use ONE code (eg. THANKS30) to book any event/session!This seems like a fairly basic feature that would have a common use case. Does anyone have a workaround for this? CODE1A, CODE1B etc is not a feasable workaround. 

I had a calendly link attached to my old work account. I am no longer with the company and I can’t access my calendly link because it wants me to sign in using my Microsoft 365 credentials. Those credentials no longer exist. Is there any way to get that account or link back?

I booked two sessions yesterday which are not showing in Calendly. However they are showing on my Google cal. I booked them as an admin myself.
