Trying to figure out how to do that thing? We can help.

I would like to make a day as unavailable across multiple event types without having to go into each event type.
Am I right in thinking that Calendly will not show my bookings from Google Calendar - I’ve ‘synced’ my Google accounts inside Calendly, and I’ve made sure on Google Calendar that my bookings are down as busy. This is pretty grim isn’t it?
I’m using Zapier to automate saving meeting recaps to a spreadsheet on our company’s SharePoint site, however unlike the other meeting settings, there is not an option for Organization as the source. This means that my automation is limited to meetings where my Notetaker is included. Is there a workaround that anyone is aware of? I also saw something about automatically sending recaps to a specific email address, but it appears that feature is not yet available to everyone. Thanks!
This topic has come up before but the staff responders seem to think the current voucher discount code feature is enough. This response shows that calendly don’t understand the actual full benefits of gift card implementation. The idea is that that an end user customer (our customers) can *either* book a paid event in the normal way, *or* buy a voucher which can later be redeemed when booking a paid event.A gift card is essentially a single-use voucher with 100% off for an event. You already offer the ability to manually create single-use 100% off vouchers. The missing piece of the puzzle is that user’s can’t buy these via calendly. So if I want to offer gift vouchers for my sessions, the process becomes clunky and manual, rather than automatic. The customer has to email or message me to ask to buy one, I have to take payment in another (more awkward) way, manually create the code in calendly’s interface, then send them the code. This clearly reduces sales, because many customers don’t want

Hello everyone,I would like to check whether it is possible to involve a second person in selected meetings while remaining on the Standard plan. What we need is for the second person to receive the relevant booking notifications and updates, including confirmations, cancellations, reschedules, and the information needed to join the event.I assume this is what Calendly would define as adding a co-host. Could you please clarify:Is this possible on the Standard plan?Would this need to be set up as a Collective meeting?Or is there another recommended way to ensure the second person is included in all meeting updates and joining details? Thank you!
Hello. I have a question about scheduling appointments with someone who’s already in my contact list.Whenever I try to schedule an appointment myself with someone in my contacts, the app always asks me to enter their phone number, even though it’s already saved in their contact information. Also, the U.S. area code is always preselected, so I have to scroll through the country codes to find my country’s flag (France). A colleague who works in a nearby office doesn’t experience this issue. For him, the app automatically adds the phone number with the French country code. That seems more logical to me. How can I set the French country code as the default and have the phone numbers of clients already in my contacts pre-filled when I schedule an appointment? Thank you for your help.
There is no setting with the word buffers on this site; how do you set a gap so meetings are not set back to back
I have customized each host’s calendar availability but now it is saying that there’s no availability while in preview mode?
One year ago I posted (comment included at end). I have seem multiple posts about the layout. Yet still, it is horrible. ¾ of the screen is occupied by event types list, and those are not used during editing. Only ¼ of my screen is available for editing, and that is ridiculous. The entire page is white and no border to set off where the editing pane is, so it all just runs together too.Additionally - the editing requires an inordinate amount of dropdowns, scrolling, and searching (yes I use it frequently - I still can’t find what I need without numerous clicks). With all of that clicking and searching, it compounds the challenges posed by the very small amount of real estate on the screen. And now, instead of improving what exists, you are launching all kinds of features (notetaking) that duplicate what already exists in teams, zoom, etc. I’ll assume people want notetaker - so I may be alone on this. I just want a booking app. Old comments from one year ago in 2025: Bring back the old e
It’s great that the person who creates a poll can reserve the times they suggested so they don’t get booked by colleagues while waiting for responses from poll recipients. But who hasn’t experienced laggards taking so long to respond to the poll that early the times early responders had marked as available get booked up for them?My suggestion is, therefore, for respondents to be able to reserve the time slots they have replied to as available or preferred to get reserved in their calendars too - until the poll is closed and the meeting booked.I suppose that would involve accepting to install some plug-in.
Bonjour.
When someone books an appointment and provides their email address, a process should be put in place to verify both the email address and the phone number before confirming the appointment, to ensure the person can be contacted.
Create a shared list among all Calendly users to flag problematic clients. Tis list wouldn’t be visible by users. Use a list of reasons: no-shows, disrespectful behavior, etc.Allow businesses to automatically block flagged users once a certain threshold is reached.
There is a work around for private meetings- where you can go to the external calendar and set it to recur. But how does that work with classes where there is a limit for slots and multiple people can book?
HALP! I am a Renovation Building and Interior Designer, Project Manager, Consultant and Coach. My business has multiple service types and I suspect I may have over-complicated this with far too many service types in Calendly. I meet people both virtually and in-person. I charge fees for some things and not others, but need the option to waive the fee at times. I provide full service design, on-call renovation consultation services, and I also provide coaching and consulting for industry professionals. I would LOVE some ideas and feedback on how I can consolidate and/or simplify. I have tried to manage this with the routing function. The feedback I’ve received from people is they found the number of options confusing. On my end, the routing link breaks far too often when I make the slightest change to any event type, then I forget to update the new routing link in all the places (email signature, Slack channel, website, etc...)My event types are currently:Residential Design New d

Bonjourje ne comprend pas quand j’annule un rendez vous sur mon google agenda (annulation d’un client) la plage libre ne réapparait pas disponible dans le calendly visible par les internauts sur mon site internet.Pouvez vous m’aider ? merci
Hope you guys can help me here.I've been using Stripe as my payment for awhile, then I had some issues with Stripe that I had to sort out, so I switched payments to PayPal for about 5 or 6 months. Now, everything is sorted out with Stripe, so I go to switch the payment method back to Stripe on my Calendly... and Stripe isn't even listed as an option on the drop down window in my payment section, only PayPal shows up when I click on it. I double checked and Calendly says that my Stripe account is still connected. My Stripe account also says that it's still connected to Calendly. My Stripe isn't in "test mode" and everything seems fine... but still, no option to switch payments back to Stripe on the drop down menu of the payments section on my events, is appearing. Any help would be super appreciated!- Skye
Hello! I have a work outlook calendar and my personal gmail calendars that I need to sync with calendly so that if a meeting is added to any of the calendars then it automatically appears on Calendly as not available time. Is there a way to do this?
Hi there,For some reason my Calendly booking dates are not showing up in my Google Calendar, although on the dashboard iit says that Google calendar is connected. How can I resolve this?Thank you.Best regards,Dr. Christiaan
Hey,we are a managed IT firm in los angeles, ca. we run independent bookings for each of our dept, but our COO wants to centralise the whole booking operations. right now, bookings are spread across multiple indivudual calendly accounts, and we want to be able to see and manage everything from our headoffice. you can get an idea of our operations from our website. Is what we are looking for duable inside calendly or will we have to go for a custom developed solution?
Hello, I have created an event type Round Robin and when using it as an inline element, we seem to notice that the Powered by Calendly ribbon is active. This suprised us because on all accounts the Powered by Calendly branding was toggled off. Could this be a bug or are we missing something? Many thanks in advance , Robrecht
