How Do I...?

I run several small businesses. I would like to use Calendly for all of them with different logos and different email addresses. Do I have to have multiple Calendly accounts or can I customize Calendly for each business? I have the Professional Plan.

I made a mistake when I first signed up. I'm just an individual not a company or a team. All I want is for people to put their username for 30 minutes time slots. I mean their username on a particular site where I'll be putting calendly. That's all I need, I don't need their real name or their email address. I added a category to put username but I can't delete the default categories of first and last name and email address. Also it thinks that I'm using the free trial of the paid service and I don't want that. I just want something simple where people can go in and in 30 minutes increments put their username in a time slot. ~DelennDax7

I have spent too much time away from my business to figure out what is happening with Calendly. Only to realize that Calendly has changed its product. Calendly removed the CALENDAR view from their product offering. They removed the thing they’re named after?! It is the entire reason I purchased an annual subscription four weeks ago. Now, I am stuck with a product that is not useful to me. I have read in other threads you’re stuck with the annual subscription. However,  I’m considering disputing the charge unless I get a refund from them since this product is now completely different from what I signed up for. OR , they need to add the calendar view back. This is unacceptable. I think it’s funny they made this

Where did the calendar view feature go to manage availability for all my events? I need ONE place to make changes and block off dates for ALL my events at one time. I have 30+ events, and it seems that with these new changes, I will have to go into EACH event every week and make these changes. This is NOT acceptable. If I am missing something, please let me know. The new availability manager is absolutely NOT intuitive. 

Hello! Am I able to send an email notification to a team manager when a meeting is scheduled, without that team manager being a meeting Host?For example, I have a meeting that my manager does not need to be invited to, however she does need to be notified when I schedule a meeting with a client. I cannot find a workflow option that allows this.

I have multiple team members and to preserve brand language and experience, I am now manually duplicating workflows for each new team member. When will we be able to have managed workflows just like we do managed events?

Is it possibile to create a workflow for a round robin event shared with other accounts? When I choose workflow tab and ‘email reminder to invitee’ then I can’t select that one specific event from the drop-down menu. Is it a bug or it’s not possible?Thank you a lot

I am encountering an issue with forwarding emails from Calendly in my Outlook account. I want these emails to be automatically forwarded to another email account. However, when Outlook attempts to forward the emails, I receive an error message:Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue or suggest an alternative solution for automatically forwarding these emails?Thank you so much!Elton

Hi, I work with a team who are responsible for booking meetings on my behalf. Calendly is great as customers can book directly seeing my availability, but it would be great to be able to have a notification or email sent to my team-member when someone books time. I tried to setup a dedicated event for the team-member to use and then a workflow so for that event they also get an email, but it doesn’t seem possible….. Is there a way?

How do I change my availability?  I liked the calendar option before. I need to change availability for one certain date 

I see there is some chats on this topic.I cant seem to find a possibility for a guest to add one or several spots on the reservation so it makes me think it is still not possible? The functionality can simply be: Dropdown, “I am booking for me” “I am booking for 2, 3, 4, etc attendees, “ up to maximum amount of seats available still Once reservation is done deduct same amount from total amount of seats available Still only one email and reservation notice to the one making the reservation, just add “this reservations is for 3 attendees”Above would solve my headache at the moment and as it seems from previous comments it would be enough to fulfil other comments in the forum to? :) I understand that cancelation of just one attendant would be a headache to develop, but I would be totally fine with cancel and rebook or even manual management of that topic if needed..Here are new customer bases that you will reach

I have a 30 minute and 45 minute calendly that are set to a max meeting of 4 a day, yet they don’t read each other-- so I can have four 30 minutes and four  45 minute bookings and feel overwhelmed. Other days it is fine and more sparse. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi, I accidentally canceled an event with participants in it. Why isn’t there a warning button or a way to go back a rectify this? That was frustrating! So, I “cloned” the event, changed the URL, as stated by this forum, BUT the work “clone” still comes up in each person’s confirmation text messages.How do I make certain that the word “clone” is not seen. I’ve erased it everywhere, but it still comes through. I have refreshed many times and beta tested, but still nothing changes.  Please assist me. Thank you 

We’ve been trying to use Calendly to schedule classes that frequently need to adjust class times for, but as of a certain date in the future.  So people will be booked for a class at 4:30pm through i.e 12/15, but we need to change that class time to 5 pm as of 12/1. (There are people already signed up for the 4:30 pm time we don’t want to loose).How do you update the calendar invite for the events on 12/1 & beyond WITHOUT LOSING EVERYONE THAT’S ALREADY SIGNED UP at the earlier time? We want to reach out and reschedule those folks. Instead it seems like if you adjust the schedule time, those already scheduled disappear from Calendly all together. How do we retrieve people’s info who were signed up for classes beyond the 12/1 date at the 430pm time so we can re-scheduled them at the new time, if someone updated the event time, not realizing the update is immediate and wipes whatever was there before?There’s got to be a way to find the people info. Help please.

HelloFor just one person who has a Gmail account my Calendly (free version) keeps automatically cancelling his events he schedules. It’s getting to be frustrating.Is there something either me (the person with the Calendly instance) or the person scheduling (the person who schedules the event on my Calendar) is doing wrong?Thanks for any help you can provide.

Although Calendly has been a game changer in terms of improving scheduling, we are unable to maximise it’s full potential due to the lack of customisation available in the notification/workflow emails. For us to be able to eliminate having to send follow up emails manually, we REALLY need to be able to embed images in the email body and attach documents to these communications. And also just from a branding perspective, I’d love to be able to add our proper email signatures (with our logo) as well. Any chance this feature is on the horizon?

I have 25 calendly events and have to click “Show more” every time in order to see all of them. Is there a way to freeze the expanded view to avoid having to click “Show more” every time I return to the home page?

Hi team,My team relies on the outlook invitation for all information needed when contacting a client.The event info such as the invitee’s phone number isn’t coming through and I am unable to find where this information is. It is coming through in the host’s email about the meeting, but this means going back to that email for every client contact. How does this information not flow through to the outlook invite? Thanks 

I see the default is a 30-minute meeting.  Can I add a few other options, such as 15-minute, 30-minute and 60-minute?
