Is it possible to keep the Calendly branding for one event type and then use my company branding for a different event type?I’ve seen the post about adding a user, but my use case is for personal meetings versus business meetings, not two meetings for two different businesses.Thanks so much in advance for your help!

Why does my invitation show a time 4 hours offset from the time I sent?  For instance, for a 2:40pm – 2:55pm (Eastern Time - New York), the subject heading shows 6:40 PM - 6:55 PM. (I’m sending it to myself, so the time zone should be the same.)

Hello, I haven’t seen any option to change the default zone code in front of the phone number field when adding a new contact. It would be great. I am in france and the default phone number is set to +1 and i would like it to be +33 without having to change it each time i add a contact.

Booking page error for myself and those booking. How to contact customer service for resolution when Customer service chat is also down?

It appears that only my main available time settings is functioning. If I add date specific options, it shows up correctly in my dashboard, but doesn’t show up correctly for those making the appointment. They only have access to my regular set hours. Is there any way to fix that?I added Tuesday, 9 April and Thursday, 11 of April, to my schedule which shows up correctly in my dashboard, but does not appear for clients. See the two screenshots. How can this be fixed?

Hey, I’m new to this so I’m just trying to figure a few things out for the best cost-effective route to go down.  For my business I need to use the round robin event type.  Does anybody know if each member on the round robin event (team members) need a paid subscription?  Or if it’s just the main account that’s creating the event that needs the paid subscription?  Thank you for this help. 

Hi everyone!So, I employ 5 independent contractors and want clients to be able to select WHO they want to work with THEN schedule and pay, but Calendly only allows individual users to integrate payment options into their own accounts.I would like to have full control over the payment optoins/payout options and don’t want to give this “power” to the independent contractors, even if htey are willing to give me their login/pw.Any thoughts on workarounds for this? Thank you!

If I connect multiple calendars for multiple different people to one event type, is there a feature to make bookings available when one person is available even if the other isn't?

Hi all!Is it possible to create an event where a new time only becomes visible once an appointment has been made? So the only visible option is at 9:00. Someone schedules this appointment and then the option to schedule an appointment at 9:30 automatically appears. And so on.And if so, which option is this and how do I arrange this? :-)Thanks for your thoughts!

Today Google Meet all of a sudden stopped the event after 1 hour automatically, although it was scheduled for 2 hours?Here one can block the event (webinar) which is supposed to last 2 hours: https://calendly.com/quicklohn/We schedule it via Google Meet. I know you can change the title of a one-to-one event by going to the settings of the event → communications → calendar confirmation. But this is not available for group events since the group events do not support calendar invitations for communications. How can I edit the title of the event on my calendar? I want it to be one of the answers to the questions when they book the event.

How cool would it be if Calendly implemented an AI role play program that can take your script and turn it into a scenario to help you close your business. It’s not that I couldn’t go out and find other programs, however would it add value to implement an AI role play program or take away from Calendly? One thing I do know, with out innovation and growth comes stagnation.

Is there way to send out a mass email to all past appointments? 

I have two times showing up for my sessions… the bigger time slot is correct and what the client meant to book for. But in google calendar it has the smaller font time booked out. We are both in central time zone. Not sure how to fix this

Hello,I have clicked on the German public holidays in the settings so that they should actually be blocked. The customer can still book these days in the events. Is this a known problem or do I have to block the public holidays somewhere else?Thank you and best regardsMarcel 

How do I remove the *required* location question from Booking page options?

Is there a way to manually change language of “set date and time” and days of the week? 

Why when I share the link or want to copy the link, for example, on a button in my website then I see, on the upright corner, the menu that brings my account and possibility to copy the link? Can I only see this or also costumer? If so how can I remove it?
