When I try to go to https://calendly.com/app/scheduling/polls?id=...(with a poll ID) like from a poll notification email I get redirected to https://calendly.com/event_types/user/me. The help article tells me to click on “polls” from the scheduling screen, which is not present. Is this happening to others? what am I doing wrong?

Rescheduling Events After the Start Time — How Can We Keep the Info and Set a New Time? We’ve run into a recurring issue with Calendly and are hoping for a solution or workaround. Our sales team uses Calendly to schedule appointments with homeowners. Sometimes, these appointments need to be rescheduled after the scheduled start time, such as when:• The homeowner is a no-show, or• Only one decision-maker is present, or• They no longer have the full 60–90 minutes available. When we try to use the reschedule link after the event has started (even by a minute), Calendly blocks the action and says: “You can’t reschedule an event that has already passed.” This creates a major issue because we now have to:1. The workflows are not to be trusted.Set up no-show workflow - the system emailed every old no show in the past. I’m new to this so luckily it was only 2 prospects and myself (the tester).  Emails should not go out to past meetings. Links “Reschedule here” are broken.   Paragraphs are spaced way to far apart. SMS text messages have no reply.  If a client receives a text reminder, then assumes he/she can reply to you directly, they’re wrong.  You will never see that message.  No good.

How can I reassign a Round Robin meeting to a different team member (host)?We’re using Calendly’s Round Robin with “maximize availability” setting to let our appointment setters book meetings for our sales team. It’s working well, but occasionally we need to manually switch the host for a specific meeting.Here’s the issue: Once a meeting is booked through Round Robin, it’s assigned to one of the sales reps based on availability. If we delete and reschedule the meeting, it goes through the Round Robin logic again, which could result in assigning it to the same rep or a different one unintentionally—but not necessarily the correct one we’re trying to assign. What we need is a way to reassign the meeting to a different team member without rerunning Round Robin or deleting and hoping the correct person gets picked. I have several collective events with a colleague—I’m based in Belfast, and he’s in Melbourne. We use collective events to ensure he’s included on invites, even if he doesn’t need to actively participate. He just needs to be aware of the meetings. However, I’m running into an issue: I need to schedule a customer support call in GMT. I’m available, but my colleague is asleep during that time. Because collective events require all hosts to be available, there are no available time slots—even though he doesn’t need to attend. Is there a way to override the requirement that all hosts must be available for a collective event? Or is there a different event type that would allow this kind of setup (where one host is optional or just included for visibility)?

 Hello Support, I am a brand-new user of Calendly, helping my boss in her setting account. She integrated her Calendly account with her personal Zoom account that is different I used for setting up Calendly Account. She had issues in her meetings. She could not see the person and had breakdowns. I do not know if it has to do with that.  Should the Gmail from setting up and integration be the same ? On other hand, if in case of using different Gmail accounts would not affect the effective operation of Calendly, and she disconnect, reconnect and authorize to integrate again her Zoom Account. Would the pending meeting links still work? Thanks

What happened to the ‘Schedule Invitee Again’ feature?  I used this after after meeting to reschedule my clients quickly and easily as all their information was already there!?!  Now, I am having to create a new meeting and repopulate their information.  You are you doing with this product?***Update:  Seems some of my previously scheduled meetings still has it, but others do not.  What is going on?***

Does anyone have a workaround for creating snippets from the videos? There are no time codes, and the tool is useless without them.

When I log into zoom from my calendar it logs me in but I am not the host so I can’t join the call as the host any reasons why this is happening? 

Hello, We’re running into an issue managing Calendly events across teams as we scale. Use case: Our team works with customers. When a customer needs to meet with us, we often include a colleague from another internal team (e.g., someone from customer support, sales, etc.). So, each team member has a Calendly link that includes another teammate. These links are shared with customers to book the meeting. When booking, the customer fills out a form. The questions in that form depend on which internal function is joining (e.g., different if it’s a support person vs. product).  Problem:Right now, we have to: Create a separate Calendly event for every team member + teammate combo Copy and paste the same settings and questions over and over Manually update all of them whenever we change anything This doesn’t scale and is hard to manage as the team grows. What we’re looking for: A way to create and manage shared event templates by internal function A faster way to update events

Hi, Can anyone tell me if there’s a way of filtering my contacts to only view those who don’t have another meeting booked in with me at some point in the future? In the filter option in the contacts tab, I’ve tried selecting [next meeting date], [blank] but it still shows me contacts who have a another meeting booked in...Am I doing something wrong? Thanks. 

How can I show combined availability across multiple team members for fixed appointment times?I’m trying to use Calendly to let my appointment setters book with any available sales rep on our team. Each rep runs appointments at fixed times: 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm daily.What I need is for Calendly to show those exact time slots—only if at least one rep is available for that time. For example, on the 30th, if only one person is free at 2pm, I want the 2pm option to be visible and bookable. If every single rep has 2pm booked, then it should be hidden.Round Robin doesn't work because it only shows availability for one person at a time. So if Person A has 10am, 12pm, and 2pm available but not 4pm or 6pm, it hides the 4pm and 6pm—even if Person B has those times free.Is there a way to combine everyone's availability into a shared booking page that only shows the fixed time slots where any rep is free?Thanks in advance.

Hi, we manage a team of coaches who each work at multiple schools. None of the schools are shared by coaches. We are trying to find out a way to have them provide different availability for each of their schools based on their location. For example, we don’t want one coach to be scheduled back-to-back at the high school and then have to drive to the middle school. They are all syncing their calendars with their Outlook availability. What would you recommend for these coaches so they can set different availability for different locations? I saw an earlier question about routing forms but this would require me to make all the coaches admins in our organization to create their own routing forms. Thanks.

Our goal is to let leads select their preferred date and time, but have our call center contact them to qualify the lead before confirming the appointment.Is it possible to configure Calendly so that the calendar is always open for leads to book, but the booking is not automatically confirmed? Ideally, we’d like them to complete the form, receive an automatic acknowledgment, and have their information forwarded to us for follow‑up.Thanks in advance for your guidance!

I really don’t like these features you have added, what was simple has now become complicated.  I have zoom appt yes that require emails and all contact information, but I also have other types of appts that don’t and its a pain for me to type in all the info just to schedule a block of time, and if I don’t know there email and I would like to post a reminder for myself it says my email is already being used…...it is not user friendly anymore and I want a refund and to cancer the service I will go elsewhere

As a feature request, it would be very helpful if calendly included the Attendee’s time zone (or even better, the time of the calendar event according to their time zone) in the calendar invite details, so that I didn’t have to load up calendly’s website and find it myself. Often I want to check the time zone of my attendee, to check what time it will be there when we have the meeting. It takes a while to load up the calendly website and it can be quite frustrating.  Please include this as a future update! (seems like a simple one) (can be optional to include in the invite details)
