Feature Request: Split Invitees Into Different Groups / Groups A and Group B

TLDR: We would like to be able to group and limit invitee slots into “Group A” and “Group B” (and multiple other nameable variations).Example below:For a 3-hour event, we have hourly sessions at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 PM. In each hourly session, we have 16 invitee slots.We would like to split these 16 slots into “Kids class” and “Adult Class” with 8 participants per class. This ability would allow us to cap each group so we don’t have 15 kids and 1 adult.This could be useful for other users to group signups with examples like:Breakout Group 1 & Breakout Group 2  Interview Group 1 & 2

Availability not showing up on scheduling calendar.

Some changes to availability are not reflected in my scheduling calendar. I tried to make a couple of hours available on Sundays and it’s not showing up. Active events are set correctly. If I make changes to other days, they show up, but it won’t show Sunday availability. There are no conflicting events in my synched calendar.  There are no date overrides.

I am having an issue with Calendly and Microsoft teams. When a meeting is scheduled, I get the error message : Sorry, this web conference link no longer exists.You are logged in as study@ceip.ca. This message is only visible to you."We couldn’t retrieve the web conference link associated with the scheduled event. How can I bring data from an external form to Calendly so that when it is filled out and sent, it takes me to Calendly but this information that the client already filled out in the previous form appears immediately in the fields of the Calendly form.

Can you connect a specific event type to a specific google calendar?

I have an employee and would like to connect his google calendar (which is already integrated with Calendly) to a specific event type that we have, since he is responsible for providing that service alone (not any of our other event types). Is there a way to do this? (I don’t want to connect his calendar to all event types that we have set up, just to one in particular.) Does anyone know how to do this in Calendly? Thanks

Why is the appointment booked not showing in my clients calendar but it is showing in mine?

My clients use the link to select a timeThe booking comes through to my calendar but does not seem to send to theirs so that they can accept itThis happens inconsistently also, sometimes I see their acceptance and other times not.  Where can I check t=if I am doing something wrong in the set up?

How to change the name of my calendly notification variables

Hi guys, I recently changed the name of my company and forgot to update it on calendly.The variable “event organizer name” is coming up with the old business name, so when people book an appointment their email and text reminders are coming up with the old business name, not the new one… I’ve looked everywhere to try and change this, any help?Thanks!

How to Stop Host Notifications for New Bookings, Cancellations, and Reschedules

Hi Calendly Support,I would like to stop receiving notifications as the host for new bookings, appointment confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules. Right now, invitees are receiving notifications, which is great, but I would prefer not to get notified about these updates. I can see any changes reflected on my calendar, and that's sufficient enough for me. At the moment, I’m receiving too many notifications, and I’d like to disable them entirely.Could you guide me on how to adjust my settings so I no longer receive these notifications?Thank you!

Can completely booked time slots be displayed as full instead of disappearing?

Good morning,We use Calendly a lot for booking sports time slots. We have a lot of comments (more than hundred) saying that it's confusing to see that there are no time slots available instead of seeing that they are full. This gives the impression that we offer no time slot for citizens. Will an option come soon to display the full ranges instead of making them disappear? THANKS

I’m trying to inline embed the Calendy app on my website, but the calendar never loads.  I always get the error This Calendly URL is not valid, then when I log in to Calendly to find out more, it says calendly.com refused to connect.This has been driving me nuts all day, does anyone know how I can fix this please.Thank you.

Maximize availability with maximum number of invitees at any given time

I can have a maximum of 10 invitees at any given time. I have to allow a 2 hour duration for each invitee, but I do not want to schedule in 2- hour increments (I DON”T want ten people from 8-10, another ten from 10-12, another ten from 12-2, etc.). I want to stagger start times in 15 minute increments always making sure there are a maximum of ten invitees at any given time.If I set 15 minute increments, with a 2-hour duration and a max of 10 invitees, does Calendly keep track of the number of invitees at all times to ensure there are no more than 10 at any given time?

Hello, I’m new to the Calendly/Salesforce integration and a little confused by the documentation. Per this article,Rescheduled meetingsWhen a meeting is rescheduled: Salesforce updates the canceled event record. You can display the rescheduled details by editing the page layout. The rescheduled event will still have "canceled" in the title. A Salesforce Administrator can customize the CancelEvent flow to change the default title. My question is, does this create a whole new entry for the Rescheduled meeting and then add “Canceled” to the title of the original meeting? A related question: Are the options to update the CancelEvent flow to either add “Rescheduled” to the title OR to delete the record? Or would it be possible to Delete deleted items and add “Rescheduled” to rescheduled ones?

Calendar showing as available, but i have marked days as unavailable

I have edited my availability to suit some dates that I am unavailable, followed steps I found on google, and saved. No issues… however I have just received a booking for one of the dates I had makes as unavailable, and I am still able to view and book all other time slots within my unavailable dates. what have I done wrong?

Invitation Emails Always Going to Client's Spam

About 50% of the emails being sent through notifcations@calendly.com end up in my client’s/prospects spam folder.  Please advise how I can fix this.

Are there any future plans to offer multiple payment options?

I see that we cannot offer clients multiple options of payment. Are there any plans in the future to add this functionality? I need to offer the option to pay via cash or etransfer after booking as well as both Stripe and Paypal. I have read about routing forms but that is not ideal for my business and the number of events/services I offer.

Display multiple types of appointments with radio buttons next to embedded calendar

Hello,As an expert in on-page conversion tactics, it’s great that the calendar can appear next to a certain type of appointment people can book. They see the title, if they want to pay to book it, they see the dates available and then the hours, then they pay and it books.But if I have 5 types of appointments (75 mins, 45 mins, in person, over the phone, etc.) there should be a way to list those right there to the left of the calendar and the person hits the radio button next to it (making each type of appt. mutually exclusive) and then book it without leaving the page.Am I going to have to hire a developer to see if this is possible and pay them for such a basic, common-sense type of feature?thanks
