Why can I not see Notetaker?
If someone booked a slot in my calendar and reschedules, they do not get an updated invite or entry in their calendar. It will show in my google calendar, but I have to add and invite them manually again. I also cant find a workflow for reminder Emails in such a case. Any advise?
Hey Calendly Community 👋I’m so excited to share that coupon codes are officially available in Calendly! With coupon codes, you can now create and manage flexible discount codes for your Stripe-powered paid events, directly from Calendly. Coupon codes are unique to each event type, and fully customizable. ✨ How to create your first code:Select the event type where you want to offer a discount. In the editor, click More options, then scroll to Payment. Make sure you're connected to Stripe and have a price set.(Need help? Here’s how to connect Stripe and set your price) Click Create coupon code to open the setup window. There, you’ll:Add a unique coupon code (what your clients enter at booking) Include a coupon name (what appears on receipts and invoices) Choose between a percentage or flat-rate discount (Optional) Limit the code to first-time bookings, set usage limits, and add an expiration date Once your code is created and saved, your customers can easily enter the code at checko
I know I must be missing something in the setup, but is there a way as an admin I can create and configure a meeting package for another user? I have a shared event set up for the user, with an individual price. But now I want to create a package from that event on their behalf. Am I missing something or is this not possible?
We've confirmed with your support team that when clients reschedule appointments in Calendly, the old Zoom meeting link remains on the Zoom calendar while the old Outlook event is correctly removed. This creates duplicate notifications and visibility issues for our team.Current Impact:We receive notifications for canceled Zoom meetings that don't appear in Outlook Confusion when appointments show as rescheduled in Outlook but appear unchanged in Zoom Requires manual cleanup of Zoom calendar after every reschedule Affects client-facing and internal scheduling reliabilityRequest: We'd like to see Calendly handle Zoom calendar events the same way it handles Outlook—removing the old event when a meeting is rescheduled rather than leaving duplicate entries.Alternative: If Calendly's architecture doesn't allow automatic removal, we'd appreciate:Clear documentation on using webhooks to automate this via third-party tools A recommended workflow for teams using Zoom + Outlook simultaneouslyWe u
My overrides show up in my Availability, I can see them but my students cannot. What am I doing wrong?
I know this has been posted in the past, but I’m +1’ing it and raising it again. This a super important feature for us. (Having moved from Acuity, which can do this.)We need a very simple option to limit the number of consecutive hours of meetings booked. Right now, I only have an option to put a ‘buffer’ which adds a lot of short empty spaces (not wanted) or give Calendly free reign to book 8 hours of consecutive calls, which is also unworkable. So my workaround is to manually book breaks, which isn’t ideal either because those are blocks that may be workable times for schedulers.
British Columbia has adopted permanent UTC−7 beginning November 1, 2026. This is already an issue for anyone scheduling Calendly appointments that take place after that date.During my testing, I confirmed that Calendly is continuing to treat British Columbia as part of “Pacific Time – US & Canada”, which follows U.S. Pacific daylight saving rules. For example, I scheduled a 9:00 AM meeting in British Columbia for November 6, 2026. The booking page correctly showed 9:00 AM, but the event was added to my Google Calendar as 10:00 AM.I’ve reported this to Calendly Support, and they’ve confirmed that this is not expected behavior and that it’s been escalated to their product and engineering teams for investigation.I’m posting here because this affects anyone scheduling appointments with people in British Columbia after November 1, 2026, not just my account. If you’re in British Columbia, or regularly schedule meetings with people in British Columbia, I recommend testing a booking after No
Is there a way to schedule a class/meeting one day only in a month at one time that up to 50 people can sign up for ? I have seen the one off setting but when it has them sign up it’s for all times avail that day and if I change availability then it changes it for all my other one on one sessions I have. Is this function available and I appreciate your thoughts on what is probably something very simple for you experienced people. Have an awesome day !
I see there was a question asked 2 years ago about HIPAA compliance. I’m wondering if Calendly has reconsidered adopting a BAA so that clinicians may use the platform for clients. Thanks!
I’ve booked a meeting via a poll, but now may need to reschedule. I would like to see the original results to see if another time worked for the group.
I'm experiencing an issue with my Google Calendar integration. My Google Calendar is connected, and Calendly is successfully checking my availability to prevent double bookings. However, new bookings are no longer being added to my Google Calendar. The issue started today. Everything was working correctly yesterday, but now multiple bookings have been created in Calendly without appearing in my Google Calendar. Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already completed:Disconnected and reconnected my Google Calendar integration more than 10 times. Verified that Google Calendar is connected. Verified that Google Meet is connected. Confirmed that bookings appear in Calendly. Refreshed Google Calendar and checked all calendars. Tested with multiple new bookings, and none of them synced to Google Calendar.Since Calendly is still checking my availability correctly, it appears that the integration can read my Google Calendar but is failing to create events.Could you please check the sync logs fo
I am a therapist. At the end of the session, I want to already book the next session. Because it is more convenient for my client and also because I am more certain that he or she will come back.I used to do this from the meetings page by using the link ‘schedule new meeting’, so I just had to choose a date and all data was pre-filled in the form. This link is now no longer available and it seems that the ‘book follow-up meeting’ is not yet available as the current event is not finished.
Hi everyone,I’m considering using Calendly Notetaker for my professional calls, but I’d like to clarify one practical point.Does Calendly Notetaker work properly with calls held in Italian?I’m mainly referring to transcription, conversation summaries, and action items.I’ve seen that some Calendly AI features seem to be mainly available in English, but I’d like to know if anyone has direct experience using it with Italian-speaking calls. Does it work reasonably well, or would it be better to use another tool? Thanks in advance to anyone who can share their experience.
Hello,I run a home-services business and we provide in-home sales and services. Customers reach out to us and we send a rep to their house. We cover a large metro area (DFW). As a result, our reps only cover areas that they generally live near as it can take 2+ hours to drive across the greater DFW metroplex. I’d like the ability to create service areas, or territories, and assign different reps to those territories. If a guest user’s address falls within a territory I only want to show calendars for rep’s that are assigned that territory.I have read a similar topic in these forums that is a few years old and some workarounds were suggested, but those don’t really work in our use case and the workaround suggested are clunky and I can imagine a pain to maintain. Is there no way to account for this use case other than some clunky workarounds?
My email confirmations of clients’ bookings are now showing the name of someone I booked in with, rather than my name. How on earth did this happen And how do I change it back to show my name?
Hello,I have a Business Calendly account. Is it better to install the Kit App or use my external Calendly Account. When I install the Kit Calendly app it does not give me the option to link my business account.Thank you
I need to speak with a real person to get my availability working. The chat box doesnt work on the multiple browsers and devices I have tried
Hi, As others have requested previously, please create a feature to randomly eliminate x% of available open slots to make us look busy. It’s not a good look when you’re too available. The work around of focus blocks is a complete waste of time since I would need to do it for every week, varying the times the focus blocks happen to make sure the prospect does not pick up on what we are doing.
How can I get the meeting length to be included in the email notification* that’s sent to me (host)? *the email notification sent to the host immediately after booking. I already know how to edit the notification sent to the invitee. Do I have to create a custom workflow? Will that override the original notification to host, or would I then receive 2 emails for every new booking? Thanks for your help!
I couldn’t find the new Meetings page until I realised it has suddenly been renamed Calendar. The page used to be called Scheduled Events, which made sense because you can create events in Calendly that aren’t meetings. Then it became Meetings, which I accepted because that’s probably how most people use Calendly. But now it’s called Calendar. Why?This page is simply a list of the meetings and events my contacts have scheduled using Calendly. My calendar is synced with Calendly, but this isn’t my calendar.Perhaps you intend for the Meetings tab within Contacts to replace the old Meetings page. If that’s the case, I’d gently point out that the Meetings tab is still missing some essential functionality that the previous page had—examples have already been discussed on this thread and in my post here.If the broader vision is still evolving, that’s all the more reason to wait before renaming the page. Calling it Calendar now feels premature, because there’s nothing about the page yet that j
Calendly used to allow me a setting to treat ALL my Outlook Tentative meetings as “Available” for someone to schedule a Calendly meeting with me. This was great! I set all my Outlook meetings that are “low priority; attend if you can” to Tentative. And Calendly would treat all of them as Free so that external people could select that time and “book over” my internal meeting. Perfect! 😃 And there is a Help Center topic that suggests I can still do that (see screenshot of 2026-07-08 in USA). But now it seems I have to individually set meetings by name in order for Calendly to book over them. Or else I need to set my Outlook RSVP to “Free” which confuses the internal meeting organizers: am I attending or not? Is there still a way to indicate “Treat Tentative meetings as Free” for ALL my Outlook meetings in Calendly? If not, this is a significant downgrade to my workflow. 😥
Provide the option to block individuals (via email or phone) from booking appointments. It is frustrating when people fail to show up and then book another appointment.
