How Do I...?

Our company is looking for a way to run webinars on a regular cadence, however, with rotating hosts on a round robin.  I noticed in help articles that Calendly may only support one-on-one events in a round robin - but I figured it best to ask if it was possible to round robin a one-to-many event like described? Ideally, the event would have a limit of 5 people per webinar (which I know is possible), but the round robin part is crucial so as to balance the webinars going between our 2 staff hosts.  Hope this makes sense!

Bonjour, Mon agenda calendly (payant) est créé et relié à mon google agenda. J’ai bien un mail de confirmation du rdv pris par mon client qui arrive sur mon adresse gmail avec toutes les infos lors de sa prise de rdv.Et j’ai bien un rdv qui se planifie dans mon google agenda …… mais malheureusement les infos de mon client (nom, prénom, téléphone, ...) ne remonte pas dans l’agenda donc je ne sais pas qui cela concerne. Le titre du RDV est : Infos concernant votre RDV : Séance au cabinet …. alors qu’un ami qui utilise aussi calendly à comme titre le nom du client (par contre il n’a pas le téléphone non plus) Pouvez vous m’aider dans mes réglages ? Romain

I am trying to send out calendar invites to multiple interviewees for them to book the slots most suitable to them but after one interviewee booked a slot the link says its no longer available

Hello, I have a beauty salon and 3 employees, each one can schedule an appointment.Is it possible to show the different availabilities of each employee on the calendar with their schedules, by color on the calendar or in some way? I have seen that when choosing an event you can choose a circle with a color, does that have any functionality?Thank you very much

Is there a way to customize the time zone options that are displayed to users? 

I time block on my Google calendar with “busy” blocks that I can move around as needed. Sometimes I need to reschedule a meeting with a client and would like to be able to override my own calendar. Right now I am moving the time blocks somewhere else, rescheduling the meeting, and then moving them back where I want them based on the rescheduling. Is there a way for me to override my own calendar when I am the one doing the rescheduling?I sub-contract for someone else and she uses Acuity, and when I need to reschedule one of her clients, Acuity will allow me to override my own calendar and it is a quicker process.If there’s a way to do this in Calendly without having to move time blocks around prior to rescheduling, please let me know. My Title may be confusing; here’s the context.I’m project managing user research interviews. I have 4 different internal staff who will conduct the interviews, with differing availability slots. I’m sending invites out to 50+ potential interviewees.I want the potential interviewees to be able to select time(s) that work for them, then I can assign the correct interviewer and send out the invite. I do not want any additions or changes to the calendar to notify people who’ve already selected potential dates.I thought the meeting poll was the way to do this, but I was wrong. 😇Is there a way to do this with Calendly?Thanks in Advance,Chris

We had to move a One-on-one event to a Group event.  We’re syncing to Outlook calendars in O365.All the Booking Form entries appear in the body of an Outlook Calendar event but Group meetings only show the name of the person that booked it.  (The email notification from this booking shows all the Booking Form fields) Is there a way to include the populated Booking Form fields from a Group Meeting in the body of an Outlook Calendar event?

 I would like to inquire about the possibility of integrating other currency options into Calendly. From my perspective, the current limitation is quite restrictive. While I appreciate and enjoy using Calendly, the inability to transact in my own currency poses a challenge in tracking payments and confirming appointments.This limitation requires additional manual effort, whereas other platforms seamlessly handle currency transactions in my currency. I am curious why Calendly does not offer this feature?From the client's perspective, it adds another layer by redirecting them to an external site for payments and adds confusion.It would greatly enhance the user experience if currency integration could be included within Calendly. I offer this as a suggestion for consideration by the Calendly team.Unfortunately, I find myself exploring alternative programs due to this particular limitation, although I very much would prefer to stay with Calendly.

I’m an online business owner and I travel to many locations over the year. Google calendar asks me if i want to update my settings to match the timezone. Another forum i’m part of asks if i want to update my location. Can Calendly just ask me if i want to update my timezone as i travel? thank you

Hello, I have a client that is looking for a solution for potential customers to book a product testing online. He has 20 products in 3 categories (7 products type A, 7 products type B and 6 products type C). Would it be possible to create an online form where people can request testing a product of type A and Calendly shows if yes/no there’s a product of type A available? I think it could work if you create 20 calendars, but I’m not sure if Calendly can work with categories. Many thanks in advance for your ideas!  Katrien 

Hi Community,I’m running a focus group on a specific (already confirmed) date and time. I would like to send invites to multiple e-mails (let’s say: 20) with the expectation that only some of the invitees can attend. I want to get a report of RSVPs with the associated names.It’s no different than sending an Outlook or Google Calendar invite, really. So why do I want to use Calendly? The focus group invites will be sent by multiple folks (each of us personally knows a different portion of the invitees) but we need centralized RSVP collection.Is this something Calendly can do? I’ve been reading and experimenting with Group invites with no success.Thanks!

Hi,We are trying to integrate Calendly into our website. We use HubSpot forms, however, after submission, it is not showing the calendar, only a thank you message from the HubSpot form.Some knowledge bases say that the option to show the "thank you" message needs to be removed from the HubSpot form, however, this is not possible. As you can see in the images below.Does anyone know how to make this work? 

With integration with stripe, can clients submit payments along a sliding scale range versus a set payment? Also, how can we communicate directly with someone from calendly support?  Chat or email?  Thanks.

If there was ONE thing I’d love is a recurring calendly meeting so I can do it one and done. When You have clients that have regular meetings at the same time it’s so long to set up say 6 months of meetings!

When a client wants to meet with me by viewing my calendar, how can the default be via Teams? Right now they aren't assigning the location.

I have a free account and had just played around with using Calendly, as well as some other booking software.  I have deleted my connection with my Google calendar through my Calendly account, and all of the open slots are still showing on my Google calendar. I have also cancelled any availability through my account so there shouldn’t be anything to show on a calendar. I might want to use this in the future, but I find it really annoying that it shows all of my open slots from Calendly, basically filling all of my calendar indefinitely.  Being a small business that is just starting out, this is something I don’t rely on every day so I don’t want to see it there.

Hi.I’m new to Calendly. I thought that Workflows were working for EVERY meeting I had setup. However, I just found that ‘’One-off meeting’’ were not (sometime, I need to book a fast meeting with this ‘’One-off meeting option)... So, I can’t automate reminders for those type of meeting, which is a complete lost of time (we are using Calendly for that!).Is there a solution to my problem ? How can I automate/Is it possible to add reminders, for One-Off meetings ? Thanks in advance :)  Olivier

Hi, To reduce surprises, I have my calendar set so that within the next three days, no bookings are available.  The choices for minimum notice period are days, hours, or minutes.  On the long end of the range, we can pick calendar days or business days… so is there a reason why I can’t pick 3 business days as a minimum notice period?  I don’t care if, on a Monday, someone books time for Thursday… but I do care very much if late on Friday afternoon, someone books for Monday and there’s prep work required.  Theoretically, I could move the notice period to 4 days to block Monday bookings on a Friday, but that isn’t great at the beginning of the next week.  Please consider updating the choice options.  Thank you.
