Is there a way to stop the invitee from being able to reschedule themselves? I have a ‘master event’ which allows me to book in manual events if my main event settings doesnt allow me to so I dont have to always edit the settings - but if the invitee then needs to reschedule, it will let them reschedule with my ‘master availability’ which is not necessarily accurate! I would rather them contact my directly to rearrange. So I just want to be able to turn off letting them reschedule under that specific event.
Love the managed event feature. However, we need to create private booking links for my organization and there doesn’t seem to be a way currently to toggle them as Private Only.
I have a premium plan with a couple users. There is no way to email, call, chat, etc. with any support team from calendly. So this is my last resort effort to try to get a response as multiple emails have gone with no replies. Can someone help?issue: My account was over billed. When I removed a seat, no prorated amount was deducted. However, when i added a seat, charged me a prorated amount for it. So this just seems to be a bug in your seat system. however, I need someone to respond as I have no idea how to contact the support team.
Hi everyone,I am hoping someone can help me out.I’m setting up a 1:1 event type in Calendly but need to bypass the calendar connection. Essentially, I want individuals to book time on a specific user’s Calendly, even if their calendar shows them as unavailable. For example, our Event Manager’s Calendly is connected to her calendar, but when she’s onsite at field events, she wants to manage meetings manually allowing bookings even when no available times are shown.
I don’t seem to be able to add a pool to a round robin event as described here: We have the Teams license as described in the post, so not sure why I can’t see the option to add a pool. I have one team member who should attend all meetings, and then additional members who should be round robin.
I have saved my contacts and have added a phone number to their saved profile. Then, when I go to create an appointment for them, it asks me for the phone number, which I have to go back and look up every single time. Their phone number never changes. What a pain. There must be a setting I am missing somewhere that will automatically pull their phone number from their profile so I don’t have to keep searching for it to enter. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.
Hey guys, I currently take about 5-10 bookings a day with my new calendly. During the first day, attendees got all their confirmation emails, but after the first day, I got a google policy violation for every meeting booked, meaning the email would never be sent confirming their booking. This is the messsage:Your calendar event might be in violation of Google Calendar policy I’ve tried renaming event, doing a new event, etc, but nothing works. When I manually make events from the same email, the confirmation email works just fine.
Hello All!Wondering if there is any solution to my issue: One of my team members is using Android & is having to manually change the Country prefix and Timezone when adding every contact. Is there any way to default this to our country (Australia) and timezone (Brisbane Time)? I see on some previous enquiries that this has been raised as an issue but can't see any resolution.
Hi guys, I’m a driver instructor and I want to optimize my booking system with the students as I’ve been getting overwelmed with the messages and replying basic questions they could easily get the answer on google or even on a FAQ.Basically I run my classes in 3 different locations. How can I add buffer just when the booking is in a different location of the current class?Because If I have a class from 1-2PM in location A, I’m able to do a 2-3PM class in te same location. However if the second class is in location B, then a 30 minutes buffer has to be added. Is it possible to do that conditional buffer?Cheers
Hey Calendly Team, Use case: I want to use calendly to allow customers to select available appointment times, BUT I want to compare their address to previous appointments and set a max distance - for example:Use case 1:If they a customer schedules an appointment at 8am for location 1, then customer 2 enters their location - we see that location 2 is +50 miles from location 1, so the next timeslot in blocked. Use Case 2: Based on the starting location (appt 0, standing daily appt) the entered address by the customer is +50 miles, so they are pushed to a later timeslot. If this is not possible in calendly, is there a way to gather this information, zapier it out to a route optimizer and come back with the allowed timeslots for calendly to present?
I have opened my calendar from 6 am to 12: am each day.I have set the duration for the 3 hours I need.I have sent the number of appointments each day to 7 BUT, the page only shows sign up times through 6 PM…..I Cannot figure how to get the 9 pm to 11:59 slot to show up.What am I doing wrong?
My school uses Calendly to schedule parent-teacher conferences. Each teacher sets up a schedule with slots to book into. On the parent side, this is very cumbersome. I have to open up a separate window for each teacher I want to meet with, find a meeting time with each so that the meetings cluster together back-to-back (so I don’t have to spend an entire day meeting teachers for 20 minutes with large gaps of time between them). And on top of that, I have to do this separate for each kid and each different group of teachers. So, if I want to meet with 5 teachers each for 2 kids, I need to have 10 windows open, line up all the time slots so that nothing overlaps but doesn’t have a large gap between appointments. Often, I get a perfect schedule lined up and ready to book, only to find that another parent swooped in and grabbed one of the appointments I wanted, and then I have to start all over again. Can Calendly take all the slots the teachers enter, and then have parents enter the time
we have multiple locations and work at different ones on different days. Can you set the days for that location available for clients to schedule an appointment? For example a client can only book an appointment for the Echuca location with me on Wednesdays?
Is Calendly going to adjust the reschedule settings so we can choose to disable rescheduling within a chosen amount of hours of the appointment, to ensure clients cannot reschedule at short notice?I was previously with acuity and they offer this as an option. it would be so useful!
Hello,I am configuring my Calendly to allow my customers to book their pottery workshop online. I already had customers registered before the slots were set up and published on Calendly. How can I add these registrations to the online dates so that the number of available slots can be updated? Thank you for your answers.
All the rest of the info seems correct, I want to pay monthly with paypal, don’t know if that makes a difference...
How can I use fathom with meetings booked in Calendly and meeting via Microsoft Teams by default? Even when I paste the Calendly meeting link that leads to teams, fathom doesn't recognize it.
I work in a school and am trying to set up meetings with students and parents. They have to fall at specific times in the day, i.e. lunch, before school, and I try to fit in two meetings per 65 minute class period. Is it possible to set up a calendar that allows me to open up very specific times, i.e. 8:20, 8:45, 9:15, 9:40, etc. to maximize the number of meetings that I can fit in a day. Here is what it looks like on another program I have used. I need for a student not to be able to sign up for other times. It doesn’t fit a tight pattern because sometimes I need 5 minutes and other times 10 minutes between meetings in order for the meetings to land in the available class period (i.e. PE). Any suggestions?
Exactly what the title says. A basic search option for previous clients/calls is not available. Not sure if it’s there but this is a really basic function that should be easily accessible.
Is there a way to limit the same person registering 2x. I have my “invitees can schedule” set for 30 days, but some schedule 2x in one month. Is there a way to limit this via their email - block message that they have already registered for this month.
I have my account synced with Outlook (desktop). It has been working great for at least a year. Now, even when my day is completely empty on Outlook (like NOTHING), it is showing that I am unavailable on Calendly, so no one can book. Calendly has (seemingly) randomly closed off the next 2 months from my calendar (on Calendly, not in Outlook). I have tried the troubleshooting tool (not helpful for this problem). I have checked that the calendar plugin is still engaged and supposedly syncing (yes).I don’t know what else to try and Calendly tech support has not been helpful (they sent me the original message to use the troubleshooting tool and then have not responded when I showed them screenshots of the problem).HELP! How do I fix this?
I send my Calendly link out dozens of times per week, and no one has ever had an issue with it. My name/URL does not contain anything that would trigger a Scunthorpe problem. I’ve now gotten someone who works at a small medical practice telling me the link is being blocked as malicious (and of course doesn’t seem to understand that this is something their IT team has chosen to block, not a problem with my setup).Has anyone encountered this? Any idea what filter would be blocking Calendly and/or what sort of categorization it would be under? The person did not suggest that their employer massively locks down the internet, and it would seem that people there would need standard web access to perform their jobs.
I have set up two different event types basically with a different hourly rate: evening rates are more - is there a way to have both event types in the same calendar?Actually the best way to do this would be to set your event types and then when you set up your calendar availability you can choose the event type per time slot - is that possible? I’m missing it, if it is...
Hi, I’m booking a series of market research interviews. Once they have booked a time, I don’t want participants to be able to reschedule their invitation by themselves. How can I remove this capability? Cheers!
For some reason, I am not able to sync my calendar any more. Why cant I sync my calendars?
