Prezados Amigos ou Equipe do Calendly, Utilizo o Calendly em um Formulário de captura de agendamento com os interessados (APP Respondi), contudo, quando leio as respostas do formulário, a pergunta que está o link do agendamento (com as informações de data e horário agendado, ele retorna com a informação:  “Sorry, the event you're looking for can't be found.”.Antes não era assim, pois retornava exatamente o dia e horário do agendamento.Em conversa com o APP Respondi, disseram que é uma falha do lado do Calnedly.Como não entendo de integração, não sei avaliar o que está acontecendo exatamente. Peço ajuda e orientação para correção.  Aguardando.Ingrid e Charles

We are trying to create an event (a meeting) through the API but when doing it as in its documentation it sends me a 404 errorhttps://api.calendly.com/scheduled_events/ Does anyone know how to achieve this?

PUT or GET "Amount to be collected"?

I’m looking to use the calendly API to sync pricing for events between my website and Calendly. In the Calendly UI there is an “Amount to be collected” field shown here:  For a given event type, is it possible to use the API to PUT a new value there (preferred) or GET the current “Amount to be collected” given an event type?

can you reconsider launching scheduling API?

I saw a few posts ranging from years to months ago requesting a “scheduling API” to be launched. I wanted to know if this was any closer to becoming a reality, if there was a timeline / early access option.To be honest, it seems crazy to me that this has not been launched.I’m currently working with clients to add Voice based scheduling, which is useful for both organic bookings, and for accessibility with visually impaired users. Naturally a lot of clients are already using Calendly. As it stands as we cannot schedule events from user data, the only thing I can do is encourage people to migrate away from your service because of this limitation - which seems pretty sad since you’ve often been a staple supplier.This seems like a big miss that is going to get worse very quickly as AI increases the volume of non-traditional booking interfaces being used - if you haven’t I would ask you to reconsider.

Where is the list of all possible timezone names that can be returned through the API

Where can I find the full list of possible time zone names returned by the API for a users local timezone.  The API seems to return names based on the city that the user is in.  Is there a list of all possible names? Is it possible to have the API send the timezone send as Zulu time -7 or -6?

hi  calendly team i  am going to implement integration of caldenly into next js so my backend on nest js , so i need to map schedule id with user id which was store into my database  because right now calendly just provide name and email data from meeting schedule request , so i cannot rely email id so i  can send my user id into schedule  request and received into backend side to map data

Webhooks seem to never reach the AWS API (using Lambda and API Gateway)

I have setup webhook subscriptions both to a local ngrok server as well as my deployed API in AWS which is serviced via API Gateway and Lambda.  I have confirmed that both subscriptions are definitely active.  They also both have the same events setup for the subscription. However, when an appointment is booked only my local ngrok server seems to get a request.  The API in AWS seems to never get triggered.  Is there a way to see what the specific issue was and if Calendly actually called the API?

Pending Scheduled Events and Creating Meeting Polls via API

Hello,I'm currently working on integrating Calendly more deeply into our scheduling workflow and have several questions regarding the API's capabilities, specifically around scheduled events and meeting polls. Querying Pending Events: Is there a way to specifically query for scheduled events that are in a 'pending' state, such as meeting polls? This functionality would be incredibly useful for managing large numbers of appointment requests. Creating Meeting Polls via API: While the API documentation provides details on creating One-Off Event Types, I am curious if there is a similar capability for creating meeting polls. I noticed that the event type class includes a pooling_type attribute. Could this be utilized to create meeting polls, and if so, could you provide some guidance or point me to the relevant documentation? I appreciate any help or direction you can provide. Integrating Calendly with a Multi-Step Form to Submit Collected Data

I'm using Calendly as the final step in a 5-step form on my website. I need to ensure that when a user schedules an event via Calendly, the data collected in the previous steps of the form is also submitted.Is there a way to pass the collected data along with the Calendly event scheduling? Alternatively, is there an event or method to ensure the event is only scheduled if the data is submitted correctly?Any advice on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated!

UTM parameters for a scheduled event on calendly

I am using this API endpoint to get calendly events that were scheduled "https://api.calendly.com/scheduled_events" for one day before current day's date, but I am not able to fetch the UTM parameters related to that scheduled event from that calendly API endpoint, so is there a way to get UTM parameters for a scheduled event in calendly through API?

Web Hook response

I have set up a web hook subscription for my custom HTTPS URL.My web hook is in active state and triggers my URL. However, when the URL is triggered, I receive blank response and header values.I checked for "$_SERVER['HTTP_X_CALDNLY_SIGNATURE']" to compare the header signature to the web hook secret key.Could you possibly guide me get the web hook payload properly in my PHP script?

Previously fill to polulate start time end time

Hi Previously fill in the guest information on the scheduling page, just like the name, email, etc., the valid start and end time is passed instead of being prerecorded. I have seen these variables but I don't know how they can be used.event_start_time (in invitee timezone (iso8601 format))event_end_time (in invitee timezone (iso8601 format))

Can I push invitee data to my database as soon as it is created?

Whenever a user books a slot using calendly and fills the booking form, I want to push the invitee data into my database. Is there a way to do that without using integrations like zapier?

Working with Calendly Add in

Hello,I’ve just joined the webinar about the add in and love the functionality. I have 4 calendars connected and work daily in Outlook. When composing an email and selecting the extension I only see the meetings created via my outlook. I don’t any from my gmail. This rendesr the functionality pointless and I cannot see a true picture of my day. What am i doing wrong? Thanks in advance for helping! D

How to use API to fetch invitee.create events for a given time period

I’m planning on registering a webhook to receive “invitee.created” events in real-time for my organization.  I’m also planning to code a backup job, which can use the Calendly API to fetch invitee.created events.  That way, if for whatever reason, the webhook callbacks are lost or quit being received, the backup job can fetch the invitee information until the webhook subscription issues are resolved.How would you recommend getting the invitee created data using the API?  It appears the `activity_log_entries` endpoint does not return events, unless the event is triggered by a user, who belongs to the organization.  In my case, the people, who book a meeting/event, are not members of the organization.So, it looks like the only way to get the invitee created data is to fetch all active scheduled events using `scheduled_events` endpoint with status = active.  Then, make an individual call for each scheduled event to fetch invitees data.  If we have 100 active scheduled events, we’d need to

Weebhok sunscription “updated_at” & “retry_started_at” fields

What does mean the fields “updated_at” “retry_started_at” in the Webhook Subscription Object?I have read the documentation but it is still not clear to me what this data represents. In what way is a subscription updated? I have not found an endpoint to update a webhook subscription, only GET or DELETE.And in the case of “retry_started_at” what does it mean? I have subscriptions in NULL in that field and others with the same date as “updated_at”. I don't understand it.Thanks for your time.

Can I connect a different payment method with an integration? (No stripe, No paypal)

Hi! I am using Sumup for my business and I would love to keep all payments under one roof 😌It would make it so much easier if I accepted payments through Calendly with my usual provider, since I am forced to open a stripe account and manage invoices/receipts from two different providers now.It’s really not useful.Is it possible to make an integration with the API of Sumup and accept payments on the calendly page?If so, how exaclty?Thanks!Elisa
