Is Calendly down? Getting an error: Method Not Allowed
When looking at my transactions in Stripe, it shows a paid event as “Incomplete” (customer has not entered their payment method.) I cannot find the customer tied to this transaction. How do I find the specific customer in order to address this payment issue with them? And, is there a way in Calendly to prevent the meeting from being scheduled when the customer does not enter their payment method? Thank You!
I have Calendly for 2 years, everything was going well but since yesterday I can no longer book an appointment from my app for my customers. After validation of the event, I have an error message for 2 days
The updates to the platform are not helpful. The meeting poll functionality has gotten worse and not better. Trying to figure out who can / can’t attend one of the dates used to be sooooo clear. Now I have to hunt for the information. Since you show everyone who voted on each option, I have to hunt for where it just shows who selected that option, and it’s only visible by hovering. This is NOT helpful if I’m trying to find consensus while still needing to prioritize certain individuals’ participation. It’s clear that you have not asked someone who has to schedule a lot of group meetings for their input.
I recently tried to set up availability in my calendar for off-site meetings only to accommodate clients during renovations.I created off-site versions of each event type I set up a secondary calendar with days/times available for off-site events I set up exceptions in my on-site calendar so those events could not be booked I added availability to the off-site calendar with specific dates/timesMy calendar showed no availability at all during the renovations and I don’t know what I did wrong.I’d like to be able to be able to do this in future, what should I have done?Thank you!Liz
I’ve had someone reach out to me with a Calendly link that requires me to log in to be able to book an appointment.1st issue: once i click the link and try to log in with my Google account - it says my personal email address is invalid.2nd issue: the person who sent the link claims that “The Calendly link I shared is specifically set up for X Company” and requires authentication to ensure a secure scheduling process”.I am concerned this is being used as a phishing attempt. Can you please comment on the validity of the process and claims above. Are these real scenarios that Calendly supports?Thank you!
OverviewCalendly checks your connected calendars for events marked as Busy and treats those as conflicts; events marked as Free are ignored. If you appear available when you shouldn’t be—or blocked when you should be open—verify the event’s Free/Busy status in your external calendar and adjust it as needed. All plans can connect calendars; Free includes one connection and paid plans support up to six. Step-by-StepConnect your calendar: Go to your Calendar sync page and connect your work or personal calendar so Calendly can check for conflicts. Understand how conflicts work: Calendly sits on top of your external calendar(s) and blocks any time with events marked Busy; it ignores events marked Free. Check Google Calendar event status: Open Google Calendar. Open the event’s settings. Select the visibility/status control and set the event to Free (Calendly will ignore) or Busy (Calendly will block). Click Save. Check Office 365/Outlook event status: Open your calendar. Select t

I created an event and when someone signs up for the event, I want the notification to be sent to multiple email ids. How do I do that? Thanks
I have a paid account and it is associated with an email address I no longer have access to. I tried logging in and after entering my password, the message stated a code was sent to my email address. Please help. I need another way to login so I can change my email address.
Scenario / Question“I’m a solo nutrition coach using Calendly. Sometimes I want to book the next session for a client while we’re on the phone or in a meeting, so I need to schedule on their behalf and have them get the confirmation. I also keep a few ‘hidden’ times that aren’t publicly available. How can I do this? And what if the event type normally requires payment at booking?” OverviewYou can book on behalf of your client by opening your own booking page and completing the flow with their name and email. They’ll receive the standard confirmation, reminders, and any active workflows. For off-menu times, you can override available times to give yourself more flexibility. Step-by-StepOpen your booking page: While you’re with your client, open the same scheduling link you would normally send them. Select the time and complete details: Choose the preferred date/time and, where it asks for name and email, enter your client’s information instead of your own. Confirm the booking. Use the o
Hi, new here.I’ve set up three events and have a few people successfully book on. Great. They paid (I’m using Stripe) and received their booking confirmation emails. Then someone contacted me saying that they’ve paid and showed me the ‘pending’ payment on their bank account. But they were not showing as booked onto the appointment. I’ve just had another person tell me that they’ve booked onto another event time. And they are also not showing as booked on. Bit worried as to where my bookings are going. They are paying, and I’m not seeing it. Any help is much appreciated. ThanksRonners
Hi,for one type of appointment, I need clients to make a confirmation. So in the workflow I have set this and it works fine. But a client now receives two emails, the standard just after booking and the confirmation. I want a client to get just one email. So switch off the standard, or let them confirm in the standard email, than I don’t need the workflow. Please help me.
My Calendly integration with outlook and teams is connected and has recently stopped working. However when clients try to book a Teams meeting they are unable to. Any help on why the integration has recently stopped working
Hi there,When I connect my Google Calendar email to Calendly and pull my calendar email, where can I view those imported events within Calendly? Are they listed somewhere directly in my Calendly dashboard, or are they only used to check for scheduling conflicts?Thank you!
HolaAlguien sabe como quitar el "como llegar" y "ver mapa" en los correos de confirmación que genera calendly de los eventos donde su "ubicación" es google meet? Uso el plan gratis. Muchas gracias.

Recently my Android app stopped opening - it stays stuck on the screen with the logo. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it opened again but is now freezing again. Any suggestions for rectifying this - it’s creating major problems for me.
Hello,I’ve created some events and I realized that on the booking page, the menu to choose the duration looks transparent and is not very readable: Is there a way to fix this ? Or a place to report bugs as paid members ?Cheers !
Is it possible to have different Calendly links automatically categorize, by color, in outlook??
Hi there, I’m setting up a Calendly event for customers to attend an in-person event, and I’d like to prevent the event duration from appearing to them. I’m concerned that showing a fixed duration (e.g., 1 hour) might discourage guests from arriving late or staying longer than that set timeframe. I’ve explored the “Hide event details” option, but it only seems to apply to the initial landing page, once the guest moves to the confirmation step, the duration still shows. Is there any way to completely hide or obscure the event length throughout the scheduling flow, or any recommended workaround to prevent the duration from being visible to my invitees? Any ideas for an alternative approach are appreciated. Thanks!
I often book meetings for clients, and when I do that, I can’t send text reminders to them. Can you please create an option for that?
This past month every few days my Outlook calendar (Microsoft365) keeps disconnecting. When I go to reconnect I see a calendar with a long alpha-numeric name (like a SID) is shown, and I have to deselect it and reselect my actual calendar. Anyone know what’s going on with Microsoft and Calendly and why this is happening more and more?
I am using Calendly Notetaker for my meetings. Sometimes the client joins early and I want to start the meeting early, but I don’t want Notetaker to join partway through and miss the start or interrupt. Can I set up Notetaker to always join my meetings 5 or 10 minutes early? It could just hang out in the waiting room and whenever the meeting starts I’ll admit it so it can start taking notes.
I used to have notetaker automatically joining my calls and now it’s gone and no idea how to re-activate it. Any suggestions?
