Looks like Apple pay works for the regular calendly link, but it doesn’t seem to be showing up in the embeds for some reason. Is there a work around or is this one of the apple pay issues that the calendly developers are actively looking at? I’d love to be able to have our embeded calendly form accept apple pay and not just the direct calendly link accept it. Please let me know, thank you!
Merci
Hey communitySome clients have made bookings that show up correctly on Google calendar, however, when I go back to double check past bookings, the date is usually shown as the date before. So if the booking was made on the 8th, it would correctly display on Google calendar. However, when I search for the booking on the Calendly system, it’s recorded as the date before, 7th for example.I have also had clients say that they were confused about the time.As they’ve booked 5pm for example, but on their calendar it shows up as 5am Please let me know what I’m doing wrong. You’ve prepared for your meeting, are on the call or at a location ready to chat and…your invitee is a no-show. (Cue sad trombone womp womp). No-shows are no good, but they happen. Your customer or candidate may have had an emergency, gotten stuck in traffic, or simply lost track of time. While the missed meeting isn’t ideal, you typically want to forgive, forget, and get another meeting on the books, fast. 🌟Good news — now users on paid plans can use Workflows to automatically follow up with no-shows! 🌟 Before When you marked a no-show in Calendly, your post-meeting Workflows were cancelled. You still had to manually reach out to no-shows to get a new meeting scheduled. Now No-shows, no problem! Set up and apply a no-show Workflow to Event Types. Then, when you mark a no-show, Calendly will automatically send invitees who missed the meeting an email prompting them to book a new time. (Don’t worry — other post-meeting Workflows like a thank you email will still be
90%+ of our userbase is Arabic speaking and prefer reading content in Arabic. We face several issues because of this:No RTL (right-to-left) language support makes the UI of the landing pages look awkward Unprofessional landing page with a mixture of languages Event name and description - Arabic “Select a Day” calendar title - English Calendar entirely in English (Month & weekdays) - it’s fine to keep the numbers as they are Time selection flow - English Event details (duration, time/date, timezone) - English “Enter details” Title = English Fields forced by Calendly (name, email) English Additional fields we want to add - Arabic Success/confirmation page - English Our company has been paying for Calendly for years and we’re looking to scale up our usage soon, but we cannot justify paying for a bad user experience much longer. If there’s a roadmap that can give us an estimate on when, if ever, these issues will be addressed, we would love to hear about it.
Hi all, Our company is based in the Middle East and everyone’s week here starts on Sunday.Yet all of our booking pages start on Monday.I’ve seen this topic covered in posts, but all seem to be from 1 year ago, and complaining about the opposite (that it’s starting on Sunday, but they need it from Monday).
Hello, I have purchased the standard plan but still can’t schedule collective meetings. When I try it says there was an error and it thinks I have a free plan. I tried using the chat support but don’t see the bubble and I tried to manage the cookie settings to have the chat pop up and I can’t change those either. How can I schedule a collective meeting.
I’ve been using Professional Calendly for years and I’m still shocked that we can’t set a maximum amount of appointments that can be booked, per day. We can only set a daily limit by appointment TYPE. Not a GLOBAL max appointments per day.I need 2 max, per day. So I’m constantly having to reschedule clients who book a 3rd slot. Other than me constantly managing my availability blocks to prevent a 3rd booking - do any fellow Calendly users have any workarounds? I’m this close to cancelling and moving to another platform over constantly having babysit my availability and rescheduling clients. And yes, I’ve already put in a feature request. For years. Still nothing. It’s such a simple feature and I can’t imagine I’m the only one who has multiple appointment types (I primarily work with only 2 appointment types). Any suggestions/workarounds would be super helpful. Thank you!
Is there a way to max out number of calls booked per day across ALL Calendly events? Thank you!
I am looking to set a max number of meetings for my team members across the several event types we have. I have seen this topic come up several times within the Calendly Community threads. Is there any resolution to this issue?
Hi- I need assistance- I have a limit for my personal link for 5 per day and have a limit for my group link for 5 per day- I was under the assumption that it would sync up and only allow 5 per day over all- it is now allowing 10 max- how to align so it would only allow 5 per day total?
Hi. I have already set limits for my various event types. However, I would like to limit the max number of meetings, including all event types in any given day. For example, if someone books one of my 4 hour timeslots, I want nothing else to be booked that day. But right now, someone else can book one of my 90 minute slots in the moring. Can I set an additional rule, and how do I do that?
Hello:We are using a group round robin Calendly event for our customer’s to select the best time for them for onboarding calls. There will be 5 onboarders in this group. We want each onboarded to have a maximum of 4 calls per day.How can we set this up?From what I read “Daily Limits” will pertain to the event type and not the individual.Thank you on advance for recommendations!
We have a shared event with multiple hosts. It’s possible to setup availability schedule per host. But it seems not possible to set max number of event per host. Limits and Buffers configuration is applicable per whole event type (not on the host level).Example: shared event with 4 hosts. Limit set to max 1 event per day. If one event was scheduled with one host, it will be not possible to schedule this event on this day with the other hosts. It would be nice to know wether you plan to have this functionality in the future. Thank you!
Hello!I use Calendly mostly for sales: I have a couple round-robin events with several sales representatives in them, and users can book calls with them using Calendly. It's in the sales people best interest to have the most number of open slots possible, so that leads have more options to choose when booking a call. However, sales calls are quite taxing mentally, so doing more than 3 or 4 in a given day is exhausting. What's the problem? That sometimes a sales representative will get booked 7 calls in a day, because he had 8 different time slots opened, and maybe those reservations came in when he was sleeping or didn't have the phone with him, so he didn't have time to close the remaining spots after he got the first 4-5 reservations. So now he is over-booked.Right now, Calendly let's you establish a max number of reservations of a given event type per day/week/month. However, it doesn't let you establish a limit FOR A GIVEN PERSON.So, what I’m missing is a setting that lets me do some
My company needs the ability to have per-person booking limits for Round Robin events and not just per-day booking limits. If it’s not available, is there a workaround? THANK YOU!
I saw numerous posts asking for this feature in the past, which I realize wasn’t happening for a while. This page in the help center on December 10, 2024, though, suggested that the ability to limit events by week had been added. When I look at my event menus, however, there is nothing for “More options” at the bottom. The menu for limiting max number of events is constrained to day, and the organization of options is not like they described in this post. Am I just missing something…? Has anyone gotten this to work?
Hello, Can you provide an update on the status of a feature that allows either:A host in a Round Robin event type to set their own maximum daily scheduled eventsA global setting within the Round Robin event type to define a maximum number of daily events per hostThe lack of this functionality creates significant challenges, and I’ve both received direct confirmation and seen community discussions (dating back over a year) indicating that this feedback was under consideration. I’d appreciate an update—ideally with details on whether this is planned for development. Looking forward to your response.
We are using a round robin event that is live on our website and landing pages for consultation bookings. Each host has sets their own availability and the event has a cap on the total number of bookings per day however some hosts are being over scheduled. Please ad a feature so that each host can set their own individual daily limits.Thank you.
I have a personal Calendly link that is set to 1:1 appts with the hours set to avail and capped at 3 event types a day. I am part of a team Calendly Round robin. This event type uses my hours and capped event settings. However, the issue is that I need 3 events a DAY capped. The issue is that 3 appts are booked in my personal link however the team Calendly is still allowing appts to be booked because the events caps don’t speak to each other it seems. HALP from the overbooked and overcooked.
We have multiple event types for different types of meetings. We wanted to set a limit on the number of meetings that can be booked in a day , irrespective of the event type. How to proceed on this ?
I have a user who wants to limit the number of event scheduled through Calendly. As she has about 25 event types, limiting each event type does not help, as her day could still be completely filled. Is there any way to only allow say 4 meetings scheduled a day for this user total, regardless of event type?
I would love for different event types to use a common daily limit. For example, let’s say I want my limit to be only one meeting per day, regardless of the event type. Then when someone tries to create a calendar entry for Event Type A but Event Type B already scheduled a meeting that day then Event Type A will not be able to use that day.I’m sure this is not as simple as it sounds but it would really enhance the benefit of me putting Pop-Up Widget enbedded scheduling to my website.
