I want to support my educators to schedule sessions in our calendar that then allows the learners to join that group event as invitees.  I am currently using the one-to-one event type for this but thought it would work to schedule an event for multiple attendees.  I am finding that it doesn’t work this way. Does anyone have suggestions for scheduling within a facilitators busy schedule and then adding that time for learners to attend the designated slot? Thanks for any help!

I have my work calendar and my home calendar linked on the view side so I can’t double book myself, but when a meeting is scheduled, it would also be nice for me to be able to add that appointment to more than one calendar, i.e. my work and home calendar. Is there any progress being made on this?I added a 2nd user to my account and made my home calendar the 2nd user, but when I created a collective event it won’t show up on my scheduling link so I couldn’t even use that as a work-around. Is there any progress on being able to link a 2nd calendar for events added? Brian

When someone is using Calendly by itself (meaning not integrating with Hubspot) the name of the person booking a meeting appears in the calendar (google) such as Bill Smith and (Employee name) in the calendar details it shows the type of meeting. Now when using Hubspot integration the google the meeting changes to show the type of meeting in the calendar and you have to click on the details to find the name of the person. How do we make it work the way it was before Hubspot integration?

I'd like to allow invitees to choose meeting durations. Is this possible with Calendly?

I am looking for an easy way to reschedule an existing scheduled meeting to take place outside of the normally listed availability?Case in point today: client books a meeting at 11:00 am. My normal working hours go to 12:00 pm. He then calls me and asks if we can exceptionally hold the meeting at 12:00. I say yes, go in Calendly, choose the meeting and click reschedule, but I don’t seem to be able to override my normal availability and book it for 12:00 as the option is not available.  I then went into my calendar, that is linked to calendly, to reschedule it from there, but my client did not receive an updated calendar invitation.  For reference, I am on a paying “standard” plan.  I am looking for an easy, user friendly way to do such minor schedule changes - without having to create special events, etc.  Thank you for your guidance!

Is there a way to essentially have 2 landing pages within calendly for booking? I work with clients and with practitioners.  I have 7 appointment types for practitioners and would have 3+ for clients.  I’d like to have 1 link to give to practitioners with all their options and 1 link to give to clients with all their options.  Is this a possibility? 

I created on-off events for my students to sign up for a 30-minute meeting. The calendar shows all dates as unavailable stating that the space is reserved for a on-off event. How do I make a simple way for my students to sign up? This is very confusing.

New meetings appear on my Google calendar but they don’t appear on the Calendly schedule unless i go in myself and change the availability. Shouldn’t meetings booked through Calendly appear on the schedule / availability automatically??  I’ve spent ages trying to figure this out!

Hello programmer team,I need the following function: Allow multiple bookings by the same person in one step.Select multiple event types before finalizing the booking process.This means: One person books several appointments one after the other on the same day. Or on different days (regular customers). But without the hassle of re-entering all contact details for each individual booking. Without starting the entire booking process from the beginning. And without the risk of losing track of when the bookings made so far were in the calendar. This request has already been made 2 (or 3) times in 8 months. When will this important function be available? It is so obvious that this is necessary for regular customers. I cannot expect regular customers to go to the trouble of booking each appointment individually and searching the calendar for a direct connection to previously booked appointments. I do see previous topics on this, but they are closed and none specifically address the question I have.The vast majority of the time, a person setting up a meeting gets the Outlook invite, I get the Calendy notification email that a meeting has been set up, and it appears in the Meetings section of my Calendly account - great.Occasionally, though, none of the confirmation emails/invites are sent, but the meeting does still show up in my Meetings section. I think the meeting generally appears on my calendar, but I also recall a few times when it did not appear after they booked the meeting.My question is this:  How can I (and if I cannot, why) manually resend the meeting invite emails to a client from the Calendly Meetings page?  If the meeting is on my calendar, easy, I can send it from there, but when/if it is not, there should be a way to manually get the invite sent out without telling them to go through the booking process again just becaus

I used to have 4 different “availability” definitions that could easily be adjusted once, in one place, and those adjustments were applied to all the different events that used that specific availability.Think:  1) Open for Public Calls;  2) Open for Client calls (more availability that is NOT open to the public);  3) Open for Community Member Calls (different from the first 2);  4) Available for Friends and Family (even less restrictions); 5) Per-Call ConsultsEach of these Availability Definitions were used in one, two or 4 different events, making it easy to adjust “When I’m Available to the Public” and know that all the various events (and links) out there in the world would be correctly adjusted going forward. Now all that functionality is gone and I have just 1 “Weekly Hours”.Meaning, I have to adjust each Event individually.That was a dumb change.  Please bring it back.

Hi, Two feature requests with a theme If I delete a calendly invite from Google Calendar it sees this and give me a cancellation notice.  if I try to move the event on Google Calendar to a different time it does not recognize this change.  The google calendar invite has a reschedule link but that limits me to the parameters of that meeting type.  I set certain office hours for clients, but occasionally I will schedule outside those hours.  Why not allow Calendly to just match the change from the calendar? This is a general theme for me as 80% of my clients schedule themselves within those set hours, but when I schedule myself or reschedule someone, I should be able to easily override those hours and other parameters (like max # of meetings or buffer)  This is actually a HUGE hassle for me since I rely on text reminders, reconfirmation and payment workflows so if soneone wants to reschedule outside the parameters of that meeting type i have t

Hi,I have two event types for my office hours: an In-Person Meeting and an Online (Zoom) Meeting. I want only certain potential invitees to have access to the second event type (i.e., Online Meeting). Is that possible? If so, how do I set it up?Thanks!

As a post graduate teacher, I would like my students to be able to book certain windows of time with me to just meet one-on-one. I’d also like them to be able to view “drop-in” times on my calendar where I’m available for drop-ins, but not bookable for 1:1s. Is there a way to do this so it’s clear when they click on my booking page?

Can someone please assist me with this issue:  I've made no changes to my events; however, now I am seeing that under preview and even when I use the Calendly link, it no longer shows available event dates/times to book.  Troubleshooting is not fixing the issue. I have also logged out and logged back in /toggled on and off.. and checked Zapier integrations to see if that was affecting things. Doesn't seem to be an issue elsewhere. How do I get this Calendly back up and running so I don't lose business. Thank you.   

If a candidate needs to rebook their interview, it appears in my calendar at another date, but does not cancel or reschedule the original meeting.  Perhaps they do not see or use the reschedule links provided in their booking email.  However, is there a way to block the same name and email from booking another interview and instead re-direct them to use the reschedule link? Thanks
