Trying to figure out how to do that thing? We can help.

We’re currently testing Calendly on a free account before deciding on a paid subscription. Since free accounts can't submit support tickets, I’m posting this publicly. When I publish the widget as a popup or inline, it takes over 3 seconds to load. I’m concerned about the impact on our lead conversion and am looking for ways to speed it up.
HelloI frequently need to reach out to many (15+) people for individual meetings. Currently I create a one-off meeting manually adding times for open spots on my calendar. Then repeat 15+ time adding the same timeslots. This terribly time consuming because ~50-60% of my existing calendar meeting can be skipped. In the screen shot below you can see the before and after of the 3rd and 4th (normally I look for availability over 2 weeks not 2 days). On the 3rd all of my existing meetings can be skipped but on the 4th most meetings cannot be skipped. So for one-off meetings, I have to manually block out times 15+ times in order to maximize the timeslots available. Ideally I could add the appropriate times once, creating a single link. I would send that link to multiple people. If someone books a time, it would no longer show as available for the subsequent people. Alternatively, I could add the times once and choose to generate 15+ unique links. I would manually send a differen
We have monthly educational groups and the main complaint is that the attendees never know if they have already signed up for that particular meeting/event. So, they end up signing up several times. It would be great to have a feature that lets them know they have already signed up for it. Or, have a way to list what they had signed up for already without showing all the other attendees. Thank you so much in advance!!
I tried PayPal and Stripe but to use Ideal as payment-option is not working. I understand from other questions that this is a calendly isue. When will calendly accept ideal as payment via PayPal and/or Stripe?
Feature request:More languages (specifically Danish in our case): We’ve been unable to use Calendly lately as our site is required to be in our native language. Are there plans for this in the near future, or will we have to go elsewhere?Thank you.
We are running into trouble with having all event types on one scheduling page, resulting in our customers selecting incorrect event types despite our efforts to differentiate events and inform customers. Is it possible to have more than one scheduling page, so we can send customers to a specific page with just the event types applicable to them?
I would like to delete a (round robin) event type I created. I watched the video tutorial that said if I clicked on the gear by the event type, the drop down menu would have an option to delete it. My drop down menu doesn’t have that option. Help!
My company has existing Calendly users with their own accounts. I see that when I add these team members to my Standard account as new seats, their meeting URLs stay exactly the same. Are they clear to cut off billing on their side? Will their meeting URLs still be valid when billing renews, or do I need to make their URLs match my existing account’s?
I want to upgrade to Standard with just one seat but it tells me to remove users? I only have one user...
I’ve integrated Stripe and Calendly to collect small payments from customers, but I’d like to specify ACH as the only method for payment for large-ticket items (USD9,500) to reduce the transaction cost and lower failure rates. Is that possible?
Attackers are using their Calendly account to send emails that contain phishing or malicious links, or place suspicious links on their Calendly, how users can protect themselves?
I have a situation in which a specific user keeps scheduling an appointment and then does not attend the meeting. I want to block them specifically from creating additional appointments and monopolizing time on my calendar. Is this an available feature? I couldn’t find anything in the FAQ or settings. Changing the URL isn’t a feasible solution as that would negatively impact those to whom I’ve already sent the link and would require me to update several pages on our website, some of which I would need to involve other departments in as it would require actual changes to the HTML coding.
I work for a non-profit and not everyone we help has email, particularly our senior leads. It’s hard for them to book an appointment with me, because the email field is required and Idk how to make it optional.
Just joined now and I am happy to be with you all
I set up an event which is a meeting which can be phone or Microsoft Teams. Prior to all meetings I want the contacts name, email, and phone number. Basic stuff. However, if I put a phone number in as a question. It then asks for a phone number again if they select location ‘phone call’. It then asks for the phone number a 3rd time for text messages. Do they really need to enter there phone number 3 times? Any way to fix this?
The issue is not busy or free appointments - it's common sense it will work with free appointments - but it is still scheduling appointments during clearly marked BUSY appointments. It sucks with time zones and won't reflect the time zone set in outlook. Forced to use this by company who clearly can't see Calendly doesn't work!!
When utilizing the Book Meeting feature of the Chrome browser extension as discussed in the Schedule in real time with Calendly's extension post, we’ve noted that the text (SMS) reminder notifications do not send. This is presumably caused since the Book Meeting feature does not include the “Send text messages to” field that is found on the booking details webpage. Is there a method to include that field when utilizing the extension’s ‘Book Meeting’ feature such that text message reminders are sent?
I noticed we’re no longer able to sync Calendly with the calender app on iPhones. This is disappointing. Please make it easy to do so soon.
Any thoughts on how to address this issue?
Hey there all! I have an issue I can seem to figure out. My calendar is often super booked up several days out and i may have a small window available in my actual DAY- but my calendar reflects it being BOOKED UP.If i want to schedule a meeting utilizing one of the event types already generated, how do I create an invite to a person without having to figure out which ‘event’ on my actual google calendar is blocking the hours to register availibility on calendly? I want to be able to send an invite to someone whether I have open space on my calendly/calendar or not. How do i do that?
I am a pastor with a small staff-- church secretary & associate pastor. We each have connected Calendly accounts. How can my secretary check my availability and create appointments for my associate and me? We have the standard plan with 3 seats. Thanks for the help!
While trying to editing my one free event type, I accidentally deleted it and now I can no longer use the free version. I only need one event type as I have very simple needs and don’t want to upgrade but Calendly won’t let me add another free event type. It thinks I’m trying to add a second one and telling me to upgrade. Any advice?
Are you noticing time on your booking pages that are not available, but should be? Perhaps you are available but expected yourself to be busy instead! We’ve got your back. You can use our Troubleshooting availability tool on your scheduling page in order to understand what's causing a conflict in your schedule. I find it to be super helpful and it resolves most availability issues. 🎉 Check out this Loom video I created going over how to use the Troubleshooting tool, how to interpret errors in your availability and how to fix them! In the above video, I go over how to access this tool, how to figure out what each error means, and how to fix those errors! One error (or “title”) you run into might be “Calendar.” If you are a Google Calendar user (for example), Calendly will view your Google events with this "busy" event status as scheduling conflicts and will automatically remove the time from your scheduling page (including all-day or multi-day events). You can access and change this sett
Hi all. I found myself having to delete all my cookies yesterday from my Mac. Today when I go into Calendly all of my event templates are lost as well as my settings. It shows my account as a new user on a trial period. It does not detect that that I have a paid subscription. How do I have my account recovered to a previous point. I just paid for this service several weeks ago and already seeing issues. Should I not see all of the artifacts created when I log in?
We’ve reached attendee limit at 100 in order for attendees to receive text reminders. Will Calendly still send out email reminders above 100 attendees?
